Abstract
The invention discloses a zipper with handles and its application and installation on a trolley case. The zipper has a handle provided at one end of each left and right zipper chain for guiding the respective left and right zipper chain into the tooth groove of the slider. Each handle has a connecting piece used to fix with the cloth belt of the respective zipper chain. The thickness of each connecting piece and the respective cloth belt after being fixed is less than the gap between the upper cover plate and lower cover plate of the slider through which the cloth belt passes. Each connecting piece has a thin guide rod provided at one side thereof, and the guide rod is connected to the chain teeth of the respective zipper chain. The height and width of the guide rod is less than the height and width of the zipper chains.

2. The zipper with handles as claimed 1, further comprising a fixing sleeve sleeved on said guide rods of said handles of said left and right zipper chains at the same one ends to keep said guide rods together and to prevent the said same one ends of said left and right zipper chains from being separated, said fixing sleeve being also used as a stopper for the zipper to prevent said slider from being pulled over and coming off said zipper chains, said fixing sleeve being selectively a ring sleeve or an 8-shaped sleeve, said ring sleeve to be used to sleeve and fix the said two guide rods together, and said 8-shaped sleeve to be used to insert said two guide rods into a respective hole in said 8-shaped sleeve.
3. The zipper with handles as claimed 1, wherein one said left and right zipper chain has one end thereof connected with one respective said handle and the other end thereof connected with one opening element that is in the form of a block bottom stop, and the other said left and right zipper chain has one end thereof connected with one respective said handle and the other end thereof connected with one said opening element that is in the form of a pin.
4. The zipper with handles as claimed 1, wherein said guide rods of said handles of said left and right zipper chain each comprise a plurality of digital markings uniformly distributed from 1 to n formed on same-direction surfaces thereof in a longitudinal direction, and one of a scale mark or an arrow mark formed in a middle position, and said arrow mark on one said guide rod of one said left and right zipper chain pointing to said digital markings on the other said guide rod.
5. The zipper with handles as claimed 1, wherein said handles are made of non-rigid plastic and are hot-melt connected to said zipper chains respectively.
6. The application of a zipper with handles on a trolley case, wherein the zipper with handles used is connected with said handle at one end of each of left and right zipper chains thereof and an opening element of block bottom stop and an opening element of pin at opposing other ends of said left and right zipper chains respectively, said left and right zipper chains being sewn to edges of two mating case shells of the trolley case respectively, and the ends of said left and right zipper chains being located in the middle of bent sides of said two case shells, and the two ends of said left and right zipper chains being overlapped in the middle of said bent sides, the ends of said handles connected to said left and right zipper chains being respectively left with a section not sewn with the edges of said case shells, so as to facilitate manual gripping of said handles to insert sliders, a first slider with a pull tab and a second slider with a pull tab respectively passing through said handles of said left and right zipper chains to dispose on the outside of said case shells for opening and closing the zipper, a third slider with a pull tab passing through said handles and disposed in the middle in said case shells, said third slider pulling together the overlapping part of said left and right zipper chains in the middle of said bent sides of said two case shells to connect said two case shells together, so as to facilitate adjusting front and back tooth position between said left and right zipper chains and separating and assembling said two case shells when the relative positions of said two case shells are asymmetrical, said first slider and said second slider being used for opening and closing said two case shells.
7. The application of a zipper with handles on a trolley case, as claimed in claim 6, wherein said third slider is selectively an automatic locking slider or a semi-automatic locking slider with a stopper.
8. An installation method of a zipper with handles on a trolley case, comprising the steps of: (1) sewing, which is to separate left and right zipper chains, and use handles of said left and right zipper chains as a starting point to sew said left and right zipper chains to and around edges of two mating case shells of the trolley case respectively, and overlap stitch to opening elements; (2) inserting a first slider, which is to insert said zipper chain with a block bottom stop into said first slider through said respective handle, and then pull said first slider around edge of said respective case shell to the end of the opening element without locking said zipper chains; (3) inserting a second slider, where said second slider is opposite to said first slider, and use said left and right handles of to insert said left and right zipper chains into said second slider at the same time to engage the teeth, then pull said second slider to the position of customs lock of the trolley case, and insert a pin into said first slider and said block bottom stop, and then use said opening element and said first slider to mesh said left and right zipper chains, and also pull said first slider to said customs lock position, so that said first slider and said second slider are both side by side at said customs lock position, and then place the trolley case upright and test whether four rollers at a bottom of the case shells touch a ground at the same time, that is, whether said two case shells are completely aligned; (4) adjustment, where if said two case shells are not completely aligned and are biased to the left or right, move said first slider back to the end of said opening elements and open said opening elements, and at this time, lower layers of said left and right zipper chains are exposed, and then operate said left and right handles to appropriately open the zipper chains and insert a third slider through said left and right handles, and then adjust the front and rear positions of said right and left handles relative to said third slider in reverse manner according to the left and right deflection degree of said two case shells, and if said four rollers have not yet reached a balanced state of landing at the same time, i.e. said two case shells have not been completely aligned, repeat the step (4), so that by adjusting the chain engagement of said left and right zipper chains at the front and rear position difference of said third slider, the balance correction of landing of said four rollers at the same time is performed, and after the balance correction of the chain engagement meets the requirements, put a fixing sleeve on said left and right handles; and. (5) finally, at said opening elements of said left and right zipper chains, through said first slider and the engagement of said opening elements, enabling said left and right zipper chains to be meshed again to complete the entire installation and adjustment.
9. The installation method of a zipper with handles on a trolley case as claimed in claim 8, wherein said third slider is selectively an automatic locking slider or a semi-automatic locking slider with a stopper.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0026] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
[0027] The zipper with a handle comprises left and right zipper chains 1, and a slider 2 for opening and closing the left and right zipper chains 1, a handle 3 connected to one end of each left and right zipper chain 1 for conveniently guiding the left and right zipper chains 1 to be inserted into the tooth groove of the slider 2 as shown in
[0028] The application of the zipper with handles on a trolley case is shown in
[0029] The installation method of the zipper with handles on a trolley case is as follows: [0030] (1) Sewing: Separate the left and right zipper chains 1, and use the handles 3 as the starting point to sew the left and right zipper chains 1 to and around the edges of the two mating case shells 13 respectively, and overlap stitch to the opening elements 10 as shown in
[0035] The third slider 18 described above is an automatic locking slider or a semi-automatic locking slider with a stopper to prevent the items in the trolley case from touching the third slider 18, so that the third slider 18 moves and the left and right zipper chains 1 are automatically pulled apart. Of course, the third slider 18 may also be an ordinary slider without a stopper.
[0036] Of course, the above examples are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, but do not limit the scope of implementation of the present invention.
