Furthermore, when it is judged that specific description on known configurations or functions related in the description of the present invention may unnecessarily obscure the essentials of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted.

[0047] FIGS. 1 to 10 show embodiments of hood hats enabling various direction wearing according to the present invention.

[0048] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 10, a hood hat according to the present invention comprises a hood hat 100 including a cloth member 110 formed to wrap around a head and a forehead, and a hat brim 120 located at the center of a diagonal line of the cloth member 110 and formed to block sunlight; and a face cover 200 that is formed to hide the front face while being attached and detached to the hood hat 100 by an attachment means.

[0049] Here, a hat that can be modified and worn into various styles by only the hood hat 100 can be provided, and the face cover may be provided as a set with a hood hat, or may be sold and attached separately.

[0050] The cloth member 110 is a flat fabric material, and is made so that the hat brim 120 is sewn along a diagonal line 110a from the center of the diagonal direction where the cloth member 110 is spread flat, and may be configured to enable direction wearing of various styles of hood hats when folded into a triangular shape.

[0051] Preferably, the cloth member is manufactured by cutting fabric into a square of a certain size, and is usually manufactured using a material that easily absorbs sweat, and various patterns may be printed on the surface.

[0052] The hat brim 120 serves to shade sunlight, and may comprise: a brim body 121 sewn in two or more layers; a sewing finish part 122 finish-sewn to the rim edge of the brim body 121; a plurality of internal reinforcing materials 123 located in the inside of the brim body 121 and formed to hold the shape of the hat brim 120; a sewing line 125 sewn to retain the positional variation of the internal reinforcing material 123; and a Velcro tape 127 sewn in addition to the biased end where the hat brim 120 and the cloth member 110 are sewn together to attach and detach the face cover 127.

[0053] In addition, the brim body 121 may further comprise a pulling surface 129 in which upper and lower fabrics overlapped into two to four layers are cut into a semicircular or semielliptical shape, the edges are sewn to integrally join them, which is pulled by the cloth member 110. At this time, the cloth member 110 is sewn up to one end of the pulling surface 129, so that the position of the hat brim 120 can be firmly held by pulling the cloth member when tying hair of the cloth member 110.

[0054] On the other hand, as a method of integrally coupling the hat brim 120, various methods such as adhesion with a bond other than sewing may be applied. The hat brim 120 is formed with a curved surface on the front side, so that a curved portion is formed in the front. The curved surface is expressed as a semicircle or a semi-ellipse, but it may include various shapes that enable the formation of a general hat brim.

[0055] In addition, the inner side surface can also be integrally coupled through quilting sewing or adhesion to provide a slightly thicker feeling than a single-layer handkerchief.

[0056] Further, the internal reinforcing material 123 is formed so that it is inserted into the edge of the curved part of the hat rim 120 to maintain the shape of the hat brim 120 which shades sunlight. The internal reinforcing material 123 is formed of a soft metal or a silicone material or a plastic wire that is easily deformed, like wire or steel wire, whereby when folding or washing the entire handkerchief, it can be easily wrinkled, and when used as a hat, it can be provided so as to easily maintain its shape for shading sunlight. In addition, it is possible to use shape memory alloys that wrinkle easily.

[0057] Preferably, the end of the internal reinforcing material 123 may be formed to be curved or wide, such as bending the end, attaching a cap to the end, or forming a droplet layer with a resin on the end, in order to prevent it from piercing the fabric and being exposed to the outside during washing or storage process, thereby preventing piercing the fabric.

[0058] Further, the sewing line 125 can define and fix the position where the internal reinforcing material 123 is inserted between the sewn portions of the edges.

[0059] Further, the Velcro tapes 127 and 127a may be configured such that they are sewn together on the left and right sides of the hat brim, with at least two pairs which are sewn and located on a biased end P where the hat brim 120 and the cloth member 110 are sewn together, and in the vicinity thereof.

[0060] Meanwhile, in the pulling surface 129, the straight end side in the figure, which is the rear side of the hat brim 120, is sewn to the cloth member 110 and is integrally joined.

[0061] Preferably, as shown in a) of FIG. 4, the portion coupled to the cloth member 110 may be formed of a first support sewing line 129a at the lower end of the figure on the rear side, a second support sewing line 129b spaced apart from the first support sewing line 129a by a prescribed distance, and a folded sewing curve 129c having a curved point at a curved surface portion of the upper end of the figure on the front side from both ends of the second support sewing line 129b.

[0062] For example, the hat brim 120 is placed at the center point of an arbitrary diagonal line that is connected with the opposing vertex of the cloth member 110 as a reference, wherein the straight portion at the rear end side of the hat brim 120 is sewn along the diagonal line to form an integral structure.

[0063] Here, the curved face portion on the front side of the hat brim 120 is arranged toward the inside of the cloth member so as not to be exposed outside any diagonal line of the cloth member 110, and then the rear end side of the hat brim 120 is sewn. The cloth member 110 allows the cap brim 120 to couple in an unfolded state without folding at the time of sewing, and thereby can be used as a handkerchief without changing the size of the handkerchief.

[0064] The process of sewing the hat brim 120 on the cloth member 110 will be described with reference to a) and b) of FIG. 4. First, the straight end side, which is the rear side of the cap brim 120, is placed on the same line at the midpoint of an arbitrary diagonal line connecting the opposing vertices of the cloth member 110, and the lower end of the cloth member 110 and the cap brim 120 are sewn at the same time to form a first support sewing line 129a.

[0065] Next, sewing is performed so that a second support swing line 129b is formed on the inner part of the hat brim 120 spaced apart from the first support sewing line 129a by a prescribed distance.

[0066] Furthermore, while passing through both ends of the second support sewing line 129b, the hat brim 120 is sewn to have a curved portion on the front side to form a folded sewing curve 129c.

[0067] Therefore, the cloth member 110 and the hat brim 120 are integrally coupled by the first support sewing line 129a, the second support sewing line 129b, and the folded sewing curve 129c. At this time, the interval between the first support sewing line 129a and the second support sewing line 129b is formed to be 12 to 20 mm, and the central protruding height of the folded sewing curve 129c can be configured to protrude 10 to 15 mm from both edges to form a curved surface corresponding to the forehead of a human body.

[0068] Preferably, the pulling surface 129, which is the area between the first support sewing line 129a and the second support sewing line 129b, pulls the vertices on both sides of the handkerchief when the handkerchief is used substantially as a hood or used as a hat, so that when tying, the pulling force acts on both sides of the pulling surface 129.

[0069] This pulling force on both sides forms a different bending direction of the hat brim 120 depending on the location of the portion that is not coupled to the cloth member 110, which is the upper portion of the hat brim 120, so it can be placed vertically or forward downward.

[0070] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 6, the face cover 200 is formed to cover the front face while being attached and detached to the hood hat 100 by an attachment means, and may comprise: a seat body 201 that spreads flat; [0071] left and right ends 202 and 203 connected to overlap at the left and right longitudinal ends of the seat body 201; a plurality of Velcro tapes 205 and 205a located on the upper left and right sides and left and right ends of the seat body 201 and provided as an attachment means; an opening part 207 that are cut and sewn in a half-moon shape at the upper end of the left and right ends of the seat body and formed to secure a forward view when using the face cover; and a winkle area 209 formed to contract and relax by an internal elastic band while being sewn to a certain length at the center of the upper edge of the sheet body.

[0072] In addition, the seat body 201 is a single flat fabric material, and a portion of the fabric is cut to form an opening half of a certain size. The seat body is usually manufactured using a material that easily absorbs sweat, and various patterns are printed on the surface.

[0073] Further, the wrinkle area 209 is located at the back of the user's head, and the left and right ends 202 and 203 on which the opening part 207 is formed can be pulled toward the face and locked with the Velcro tape 205a from the face, thereby enabling wearing. Further, the Velcro tapes 205 and 205a are formed, wherein a Velcro tape 205 located and formed on the left and right sides of the upper end of the seat body 201 is formed to have small length and width, and is configured to be used as an attachment means to the hat brim of a hood hat 110, and a Velcro tape 205a located and formed on the left and right ends 202 and 203 of the seat body 201 is configured to lock the lower end of the opening part that ensures visibility when using the face cover 200.

[0074] On the other hand, according to the present invention there can be provide a method for direction wearing using a hood hat enabling various direction wearing.
