    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0033] In order to make the objective, technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the disclosure will be described clearly and completely below in conjunction with accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the disclosure. Apparently, the embodiments described are some embodiments of the disclosure, but not all of embodiments. On the basis of the embodiments of the disclosure, all the other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the disclosure.

    Embodiment I

[0034] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, embodiment I of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage of a front opening, including a first case 1 and a second case 2. A telescopic pull rod 3, which is retractable, is arranged on the back of the first case 1. Spinner wheels 4 are respectively arranged at corner positions at the bottom of the first case 1 and the second case 2. A telescopic sidewall 6, which is arranged in a surrounding manner and can be folded, is connected between the first case 1 and the second case 2. An edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 is connected to a side edge of the first case 1, and the other edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 is connected to a side edge of the second case 2. Interiors of the first case 1, the telescopic sidewall 6 and the second case 2 are combined together to form luggage compartment. A front surface of the second case 2 is provided with a front opening in communication with the luggage compartment. A front lid 5 is arranged at the position of the front opening of the second case 2.

[0035] Constituent parts in the embodiment will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0036] The telescopic sidewall 6 of the embodiment may be made of a fabric material, a leather material or other flexible materials, and the telescopic sidewall 6 may be respectively connected to the first case 1 and the second case 2 by means of sewing.

[0037] The second case 2 is connected to the front lid 5 by means of a front lid open/close zipper 7. When the front lid open/close zipper 7 is opened, the front lid 5 can be opened in a flopping-over manner relative to the second case 2, so as to expose the luggage compartment to allow a user to place or take items. The luggage of the embodiment is of a structure of a front opening plus a front lid, and thus, an interior space of the luggage can be opened without laying the luggage flat, so as to facilitate the user in placing items into or taking items out of the luggage.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 3, the telescopic sidewall 6 is flexible and may extend or be retracted. When the luggage is not in use and needs to be accommodated, the telescopic sidewall 6 may be retracted and folded, such that the first case 1 and the second case 2 draw close to each other, thereby greatly reducing the volume of the luggage and saving the space.

[0039] Preferably, sidewall support devices located on an inner side of the telescopic sidewall 6 may be arranged inside the luggage compartment. As shown in FIG. 4, when the sidewall support devices are arranged on upper and lower inner sides of the telescopic sidewall 6, each sidewall support device includes a support plate 8, and an edge of the support plate 8 is connected to an edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 (i.e. the edge connecting to the second case) or the side edge of the first case 1 in a flopping-over manner. A fabric cover may be arranged outside the support plate 8, and the support plate 8 may be sewn to the telescopic sidewall 6 or the side edge of the first case 1 by means of the fabric cover.

[0040] When the support plate 8 flops over downwards or upwards to an inner surface of the telescopic sidewall 6, the support plate 8 may be fixed to the telescopic sidewall 6 in an attached manner by means of a detachable connecting member, such that the support plate 8 may be vertically supported between the first case 1 and the second case 2, so as to limit the retraction and folding of the telescopic sidewall 6. When the luggage needs to be folded, the connecting member is unfastened to allow the support plate 8 to flop over.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 4, in the embodiment, the connecting member may include a connecting piece 9 with a button 10. The connecting piece 9 may be connected to a side edge of the first case 1 or an edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 (i.e. the edge connecting to the second case). The connecting piece 9 may be fastened to a button female end of the support plate 8 by means of a button male end. The button may be a snap button, a magnetic button, or various types of buttons on the market for connection.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 5, in another embodiment, the connecting member may be provided as a hook and loop fastener 11, and, for example, a hook face of the hook and loop fastener 11 may be sewn to the telescopic sidewall 6, and a loop face of the hook and loop fastener 11 may be sewn to the support plate 8. Certainly, according to actual requirements, in other embodiments, the connecting member may also include a connecting button (various types of buttons on the market for connection) directly connected to the support plate 8 and the telescopic sidewall 6, a strap, or other connecting members, not being limited by this embodiment.

[0043] Preferably, to better facilitate the locating of the support plate, an inner surface of the first case 1 or the second case 2 is provided with support plate locating grooves for the snap-fitting of the support plates 8.

[0044] It should be noted here that, according to actual requirements, the sidewall support devices may also be arranged on left and right inner sides of the telescopic sidewall 6, or arranged on both the upper and lower inner sides and the left and right inner sides of the telescopic sidewall 6.

[0045] As a further improvement of the embodiment, to facilitate the accommodation of the luggage, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a folding fixing belt 12 for making the first case 1 and the second case 2 to draw close and be fixed to each other after the telescopic sidewall 6 is folded may also be arranged between the first case 1 and the second case 2. An end of the folding fixing belt is connected to a side face of the first case 1, and the other end of the folding fixing belt 12 is provided with a first fixing button 13. A side face of the second case 2 is provided with a second fixing button 14, and the first fixing button 13 can be fastened to the second fixing button 14.

[0046] Certainly, in other embodiments, an end of the folding fixing belt 12 may also be connected to the side face of the second case 2, and the second fixing button may also be arranged on the first case 1 (see FIG. 10).

[0047] Preferably, to enrich functions of the luggage, a foldable cup holder 15 may also be additionally arranged on the back of the first case 1, a hook 16 may also be arranged on a side face of the first case 1 and/or the second case 2, and a USB charging interface 17 for connecting to a power bank is provided at the top or on a side face of the first case 1 or the second case 2.

    Embodiment 2

[0048] Embodiment 2 of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage with a front opening, including a first case 1, a second case 2, a telescopic pull rod 3, spinner wheels 4, a telescopic sidewall 6 and a front lid 5. Most of the structure of the luggage is the same as the structure in embodiment I, so the similarities will not be repeated, and the difference lies in that: sidewall support devices are directly mounted inside the telescopic sidewall 6.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 6, when the sidewall support devices are arranged inside the telescopic sidewall 6, the sidewall support devices may include four support plates 19, the support plates 19 being respectively sewn to the periphery of the interior of the telescopic sidewall 6.

[0050] When the telescopic sidewall 6 is retracted, the telescopic sidewall 6 and the four support plates 19 may be laid flat together.

    Embodiment 3

[0051] Embodiment 3 of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage with a front opening, also including a first case 1, a second case 2, a telescopic pull rod 3, spinner wheels 4, a telescopic sidewall 6 and a front lid 5. Most of the structure of the luggage is the same as the structure in embodiment I or embodiment II, so the similarities will not be repeated, and the difference lies in that: a folding fixing zipper 18 is used between the first case 1 and the second case 2 to allow same to draw close and be fixed to each other, rather than a folding fixing belt 12.

[0052] As shown in FIG. 7, the folding fixing zipper 18 is provided between the first case 1 and the second case 2. A first zipper fabric of the folding fixing zipper 18 is connected to a side edge of first case 1, and a second zipper fabric of the folding fixing zipper 18 is connected to a side edge of the second case 2.

[0053] When the first case 1 and the second case 2 draw close, the movement of the first case 1 and the second case 2 may be limited by means of closing the folding fixing zipper 18, such that the first case 1 and the second case 2 can draw close and be fixed to each other.

    Embodiment IV

[0054] An embodiment IV of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage with a front opening, also including a first case 1, a second case 2, a telescopic pull rod 3, spinner wheels 4, a telescopic sidewall 6 and a front lid 5. Most of the structure of the luggage is the same as the structure in embodiment I or embodiment II, so the similarities will not be repeated, and the difference lies in that: a capacity expansion zipper 20, which is disposed in a surrounding manner, is also arranged on an outer surface of the telescopic sidewall 6.

[0055] As shown in FIG. 8, a first zipper fabric of the capacity expansion zipper 20 is connected to the telescopic sidewall 6, and a second zipper fabric of the capacity expansion zipper 20 is connected to a side face of the first case 1 or the second case 2.

[0056] In embodiment IV, the telescopic sidewall 6 may be divided into a section 6a and a section 6b, and when the capacity expansion zipper 20 is closed, only the section 6a of the telescopic sidewall 6 is exposed, while the section 6b of the telescopic sidewall 6 is accommodated. When the capacity expansion zipper 20 is opened, both the section 6a and the section 6b of the telescopic sidewall 6 can extend, so as to increase the internal volume of the luggage.

[0057] As shown in FIG. 9, to facilitate the extension and retraction of the section 6a and the section 6b of the telescopic sidewall 6, a hard ring 21 (e.g. a steel ring), which is disposed in a surrounding manner and is at a position corresponding to that of the first zipper fabric of the capacity expansion zipper, may also be arranged on the inner surface or in the interior of the telescopic sidewall 6.

    Embodiment 5

[0058] An embodiment V of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage with a front opening, also including a first case 1, a second case 2, a telescopic pull rod 3, spinner wheels 4, a telescopic sidewall 6 and a front lid 5. Most of the structure of the luggage is the same as the structure in embodiment I or embodiment II, so the similarities will not be repeated, and the difference lies in that: the dimension (the length and the height) of the first case 1 is set to be different from that of the second case 2.

[0059] As shown in FIG. 10, the dimension of the second case 2 may be greater than the dimension of the first case 1. When the telescopic sidewall 6 is folded, a side edge of the first case 1 can be inserted into the interior of the second case 2, such that a side area of the first case 1 and a side area of the second case 2 partially overlap each other, thereby further reducing the volume of the luggage when being accommodated.

[0060] By the same reasoning, in other embodiments, the dimension of the first case may also be greater than the dimension of the second case. When the telescopic sidewall is folded, a side edge of the second case can be inserted into the interior of the first case, such that a side area of the first case and a side area of the second case partially overlap each other.

    Embodiment VI

[0061] An embodiment VI of the disclosure provides a foldable luggage with a front opening, also including a first case 1, a second case 2, a telescopic pull rod 3, spinner wheels 4, a telescopic sidewall 6 and a front lid 5. Most of the structure of the luggage is the same as the structure in embodiment I, embodiment II or embodiment V, so the similarities will not be repeated, and the difference lies in that: the first case 1 or the second case 2 may be completely separated from the telescopic sidewall 6.

[0062] As shown in FIG. 11, a separable zipper 22, which can be completely separated, is arranged between an edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 and a side edge of the second case 2. The second case 2 may be completely separated from the telescopic sidewall 6 by means of unfastening the separable zipper 22.

[0063] By the same reasoning, in other embodiments, the separable zipper 22, which can be completely separated, may also be arranged between the edge of the telescopic sidewall 6 and a side edge of the first case 1.

[0064] The above embodiments are preferred implementations of the disclosure. However, the implementations of the disclosure are not limited by the above embodiments, and any alternation, modification, substitution, combination, and simplification without departing from the spiritual essence and principles of the disclosure should all be equivalent replacements, and all fall within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
