Abstract
Disclosed is an adjustable height box spring having a first upper bed frame, a first lower bed frame, and plurality of attachment units. The attachment units include a first rod and a second rod, collectively used to detachably attach the first lower bed frame with the first upper bed frame. The adjustable height box spring further includes a second upper bed frame pivotally connected to the first upper bed frame, and a second lower bed frame detachably attached to the second upper bed frame. The adjustable height box spring further includes a third lower bed frame pivotally connected to the first lower bed frame, and a third upper bed frame detachably attached to the third lower bed frame. The pivot attachment allows the second upper bed frame rests on top of the first upper bed frame, and the third upper bed frame rests on bottom of the first lower bed frame, when folded.
Claims
1. An adjustable height box spring comprising: a first upper bed frame comprising: a first upper rectangular frame; and plurality of first upper indents configured on sides and corners of the first upper rectangular frame; a first lower bed frame comprising: a first lower rectangular frame; and plurality of first lower indents configured on sides and corners of the first lower bed frame; and plurality of attachment units configured to detachably attach the first upper bed frame with the first lower bed frame, wherein each attachment unit comprising: a first rod comprising: a first open top; a first cylindrical rod extending from the first open top; and a first threaded screw attached to bottom of the first cylindrical rod; and a second rod comprising: a second open top; a second cylindrical rod extending from the second open top; and a second threaded screw attached to bottom of the second cylindrical rod; wherein the first open top is configured to align with the first upper indent; the first threaded screw detachably locks at one of the first lower indent; and wherein the second rod is configured to detachably locks at at least one of: the first open top; and at least one of the first lower indent.

The adjustable height box spring according to claim 1 further comprising: a second upper bed frame pivotally connected to the first upper bed frame comprising: a second upper rectangular frame; and plurality of second upper indents configured on sides and corners of the second upper rectangular frame; a second lower bed frame detachably attached to the second upper bed frame via the plurality of attachment units, the second lower bed frame comprising: a second lower rectangular frame; and plurality of second lower indents configured on sides and corner of the second lower rectangular frame; and plurality of hinges configured to pivotally attach a longitudinal side of the second upper rectangular frame with a longitudinal side of the first upper rectangular frame, wherein the second upper bed frame and the second lower bed frame rests on top of the first upper bed frame when folded.

The adjustable height box spring according to claim 2, further comprising: a third upper bed frame comprising: a third upper rectangular frame; and plurality of third upper indents configured on side and corners of the third upper rectangular frame; and a third lower bed frame pivotally connected to the first lower bed frame comprising: a third lower rectangular frame; and plurality of third lower indents configured on the third lower rectangular frame; wherein the plurality of hinges configured to pivotally attach a longitudinal side of the third lower rectangular frame with another longitudinal side of the first lower rectangular frame, wherein the pivotally attached third upper rectangular frame rests on bottom of the first lower rectangular frame when folded.
4. The plurality of attachment units according to claim 1 further comprising a plurality of screws, wherein at least one screw to lock the first open top of the first rod with the first upper bed frame.
5. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 4 wherein at least one screw of the plurality of screws locks the attachment unit with the second upper bed frame.
6. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 4 wherein at least one screw of the plurality of screws locks the attachment unit with the third upper bed frame.
7. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 1, wherein height of the first upper frame is 1 inches and height of the first lower frame is 1 inches.
8. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 1, wherein height of each second rod and each first rod is 3 inches.
9. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 3 further comprising plurality of attachment assembly to attach the first lower frame with the second lower frame, and to attach the first upper frame with the third upper frame.
10. An adjustable height box spring comprising: a first upper bed frame comprising: a first upper rectangular frame; and plurality of first upper indents configured on sides and corners of the first upper rectangular frame; a second upper bed frame pivotally connected to the first upper bed frame, the second upper bed frame comprising: a second upper rectangular frame; and plurality of second upper indents configured on sides and corners of the first upper rectangular frame; a first lower bed frame comprising: a first lower rectangular frame; and plurality of first lower upper indents configured on sides and corners of the first lower rectangular frame; a third lower bed frame pivotally connected to the first lower bed frame, the third lower bed frame comprising: a third lower rectangular frame; and plurality of third lower indents configured on sides and corners of the third lower rectangular frame; plurality of hinges configured to attach a longitudinal side of the first upper bed frame with a longitudinal side of the second upper bed frame, wherein the pivotally attached first upper bed frame rests on top of the second upper bed frame when folded, wherein the plurality of hinges configured to attach a longitudinal side of the first lower bed frame with a longitudinal side of the third lower bed frame, wherein the pivotally attached first lower bed frame rests on top of the second lower bed frame when folded; and plurality of attachment units configured to detachably attach the first upper bed frame with the first lower bed frame, and the second upper bed frame with the second lower bed frame, wherein each attachment unit comprising: at least one of a first rod; and a second rod; wherein the first rod comprising: a first open top; a first cylindrical rod extending from the first open top; and a first threaded screw attached to bottom of the first cylindrical rod; wherein the second rod comprising: a second open top; a second cylindrical rod extending from the second open top; and a second threaded screw attached to bottom of the second cylindrical rod; wherein the first open top is configured to align with the first upper indent and the first threaded screw detachably locks at one of the first lower indent; and wherein the second rod is configured to detachably locks at at least one of: the first open top; and at least one of the first lower indent, further at least one of the attachment units is configured to detachably attach the second upper bed frame with the first upper bed frame.
11. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 10 further comprising: a third upper bed frame configured to detachably attach with the second upper bed frame, the third upper bed frame comprising: a third upper rectangular frame; and plurality of third upper indents configured on sides and corners of the third upper rectangular frame; a second lower bed frame configured to detachably attach with the first lower bed frame comprising: a second lower rectangular frame; and plurality of second lower indents configured on sides and corners of the second lower rectangular frame; and plurality of attachment assembly configured to detachably attach a longitudinal side of the third upper rectangular frame with another longitudinal side of the second upper rectangular frame, and further the plurality of attachment assembly configured to detachably attach a longitudinal side of the second lower rectangular frame with another longitudinal side of the first lower rectangular frame.

The adjustable height box spring according to claim 11 further comprising: a third upper bed frame configured to pivotally connect with another longitudinal side of the second upper bed frame, the third upper bed frame comprising: a third upper rectangular frame; and plurality of third upper indents configured on sides and corners of the third upper rectangular frame; and a third lower bed frame configured to pivotally connect with another longitudinal side of the second lower bed frame, the third lower bed frame comprising: a third lower rectangular frame; and plurality of third lower indents configured on sides and corners of the third lower rectangular frame; wherein the plurality of hinges are configured to pivotally connect a longitudinal side of the third upper bed frame with another longitudinal side of the second upper bed frame, and the plurality of hinges are configured to pivotally connect a longitudinal side of the third lower bed frame with another longitudinal side of the second lower bed frame.
13. The plurality of attachment units according to claim 10 further comprising a plurality of screws, wherein at least one screw to lock first open top with the first upper bed frame.
14. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 13 wherein at least one screw of the plurality of screws locks the attachment unit with the second upper bed frame.
15. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 13 wherein at least one screw of the plurality of screws locks the attachment unit with the third upper bed frame.
16. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 10, wherein height of the first upper frame is 1 inches and height of the first lower frame is 1 inches.
17. The adjustable height box spring according to claim 10, wherein height of each second rod and each first rod is 3 inches.
18. An adjustable height box spring comprising: a first upper bed frame comprising: a first upper rectangular frame; and plurality of first upper indents configured on sides and corners of the first upper rectangular frame; a first lower bed frame comprising: a first lower rectangular frame; and plurality of first lower indents configured on sides and corners of the first lower bed frame; and plurality of attachment units configured to detachably attach the first upper bed frame with the first lower bed frame, wherein each attachment unit comprising: a first rod comprising: a first open top; a first cylindrical rod extending from the first open top; and a first threaded screw attached to bottom of the first cylindrical rod; and a second rod comprising: a second open top; a second cylindrical rod extending from the second open top; and a second threaded screw attached to bottom of the second cylindrical rod; wherein the first open top is configured to align with the first upper indent; the first threaded screw detachably locks at one of the first upper indent; and wherein the second rod is configured to detachably locks at at least one of: the first open top; and at least one of the first lower indent.
19. The plurality of attachment units according to claim 18 further comprising a plurality of screws, wherein at least one screw to lock the second rod at the first lower bed frame.

There is depicted in the drawings, and will herein be described in detail, as a preferred embodiment of the invention, with the understanding that the present disclosure is to be considered as an exemplification of the principles of the invention and the associated functional specifications for its construction and is not intended to limit the invention to the embodiment illustrated. Those skilled in the art will envision many other possible variations within the scope of the technology described herein.
