DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0028] The invention relates to a functional office chair that allows users to perform exercise movements without going to the gym and in which the range of motion of the exercise performed while exercising can be freely adjusted and it is formed by the following parts: [0029] lower body (1), [0030] upper body (2), which corresponds to the user's dorsal part, connected to the lower body (1) and adjustable in inclination, [0031] telescopic rear force arms (3) and front force arms (4) connected under the lower body (1), which can change their angles by moving in a circular motion, [0032] the connection section (6) with springs (5) at the end of the rear force arms (3) and the front force arms (4), [0033] side bar (7) connectable to the right and left sides of the lower body (1) in a plug-in manner and connected at the rear ends by cable (11) to springs (5) in the rear force arm (3), [0034] T-bar (8) positioned in the center of the front area of the lower body (1) and connected by cable (11) to the lower part of the lower body (1), [0035] armrests (9) connected by cable (11) to the end of the front force arms (4), which can swivel backwards and telescopically open to prevent tipping when the upper body of the chair (2) is positioned at the desired angle and to stabilize the chair when loaded, [0036] ring-shaped handles (10) at the end of the armrests (9), [0037] wheels (12) positioned under the lower body (1), allowing the chair to move [0038] armrest fixing section (13) positioned on the sides of the upper body (2) and allowing the armrests (9) to be fixed to the upper body (2).
[0039] The rear force arms (3) and front force arms (4) in the chair subject to the invention are connected to the lower body (1) of the chair, and can be fixed or telescopic when necessary.
[0040] The springs (5) in the connection section (6) at the end of the rear force arms (3) and front force arms (4) can be of various hardness so that resistance can be obtained while working.
[0041] The armrests (9) in the chair of the invention can be used to stabilize the chair when the chair is seated, which can rotate backwards when desired, and to prevent the chair from tipping over when the chair is positioned at desired angles, and to stabilize the chair when loaded. Thanks to the round handles (10) at the end of the armrests (9), it can be removed and used as a dumbbell when desired. In addition, the armrests in the office chair subject to the invention will be separated from the front force arms (4) and attached to the armrest fixing sections (13) on the sides of the upper body (2) and will enable the inclination of the upper body (2) to be adjusted.
[0042] Since the side bars (7) in the chair subject to the invention contain a structure interlocking at their ends, they can be used as a single bar by combining them through these structures.
[0043] In the chair according to the invention, the T-bar (8) will be positioned in the lower center of the lower body (1). The T-bar (8) will be folded under the chair when not in use. It can be opened at any time and the front and back leg muscles can be exercised. A cable (11) extends backwards from the center of the T-bar (8) and is attached to a tube with springs integrated into the shaft in the center of the chair. As with the others, the leg muscles will be able to work by taking resistance from these springs.
[0044] Today, the rapid advancement of technological developments has caused the need for manpower in business life to decrease day by day. In our industrialized world, the lack of mobility due to the availability of machines for every work to be done, transportation vehicles to every place to be reached, and the fact that people live by moving from box to box have made millions of people in society use drugs at a younger age.
[0045] According to a study conducted in the UK, three quarters of young people go out less than prison inmates.
[0046] In addition, one of the biggest problems of people who have to stay in their homes for a long time due to the recent virus epidemic has been not moving and not being able to exercise. While the situation has become so dire, it is known that moving and exercising has become a necessity for everyone.
[0047] Today, the vast majority of people say that they cannot find time to exercise or do sports despite spending hours on social media. One of the most important reasons for this is the lack of sports culture and habits. Although people have the knowledge, equipment and resources to make many movements at home and at work even with their own body weight, it is very difficult for societies that do not have sports habits in general to allocate time for this and make it regular.
