[0028] Referring to
[0029] The bag unit 1 serves as a flexible bag body that has a bag bottom 11, a front bag segment 12, a rear bag segment 13, two connecting ring members 14, and two limiting ring members 15.
[0030] The front bag segment 12 is located at a front portion of the bag unit 1 and is connected to the bag bottom 11.
[0031] The rear bag segment 13 is located at a rear portion of the bag unit 1, is connected to the bag bottom 11, and is spaced apart from the front bag segment 12 in a front-rear direction (X). The rear bag segment 13 and the front bag segment 12 cooperatively define a bag opening 10 that is disposed above the bag bottom 11 in a top-bottom direction (Z) perpendicular to the front-rear direction (X).
[0032] Each of the connecting members 14 is connected the rear bag segment 13, is distal from the bag opening 10, and is disposed adjacent to the bag bottom 11. The connecting members 14 are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction (Y) perpendicular to the front-rear direction (X) and the top-bottom direction (Z).
[0033] In this embodiment, the bag unit 1 further has two limiting passages 150 that are formed on the rear bag segment 13 and that are distal from the bag bottom 11. The two limiting passages 150 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Y).
[0034] The two limiting ring members 15 are connected to the rear bag segment 13, are disposed adjacent to the bag opening 10, and are distal from the bag bottom 11. Each of the limiting ring members 15 is aligned with a respective one of the connecting members 14 in the top-bottom direction (Z). Each of the limiting ring members 15 defines a respective one of the limiting passages 150. The limiting passages 150 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Y).
[0035] The strap unit 2 includes two straps 21 that are crossed over each other. Each of the straps 21 extends movably through a respective one of the limiting passages 150. Each of the straps 21 has a front connection end 211, a rear connection end 212, and an adjustment strap portion 213. The front connection end 211 is connected to the front bag segment 12, is disposed adjacent to the bag opening 10, and is distal from the bag bottom 11. The rear connection end 212 is connected to the rear portion of the bag unit 1 and is disposed adjacent to the bag bottom 11. The adjustment strap portion 213 is disposed between the front connection end 211 and the rear connection end 212, and is measured from the rear connection end 212 to the respective one of the limiting passages 150. In this embodiment, each of the connecting members 14 interconnects the rear connection end 212 of a respective one of the straps 21 and the rear bag segment 13. The front connection ends 211 of the straps 21 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Y). The rear connection ends 212 of the straps 21 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Y). The front connection ends 211 of the straps 21 are sewed to a top edge of the front bag segment 12.
[0036] The strap unit 2 further includes two strap adjusters 22 are respectively connected to the straps 21. Each of the strap adjusters 22 is slidable relative to a respective one of the straps 21 for adjusting a length of the respective one of the straps 21. Since the strap adjusters 22 are well known to those skilled in the art, further details thereof are omitted herein for the sake of brevity.
[0037] Referring to
[0038] When the straps 21 are in the shoulder bag state, the adjustment strap portion 213 of each of the straps 21 has a first length (L1), and the straps 21 cooperate with the bag unit 1 to define a shoulder space 201 therebetween. In this embodiment, when the straps 21 are in the shoulder bag state, the shoulder space 201 is situated directly over the bag opening 10 in the top-bottom direction (Z), the adjustment strap portion 213 of each of the straps 21 substantially abuts against the rear bag segment 13, and the straps 21 are allowed to be lifted up.
[0039] When the straps 21 are in the backpack state, the adjustment strap portion 213 of each of the straps 21 has a second length (L2) greater than the first length (L1), and each of the straps 21 cooperates with the bag unit 1 to define a back hanging space 202 therebetween. In this embodiment, when the straps 21 are in the backpack state, the straps 21 are allowed to be pulled curvedly away from the rear bag segment 13 of the bag unit 1, and the back hanging spaces 202 are situated at a rear side of the rear bag segment 13 in the front-rear direction (X).
[0040] A user needs only to pull the straps 21 upwardly or rearwardly relative to the bag unit 1 so as to drive the straps 21 to move respectively through the limiting passages 150, thereby adjusting the adjustment strap portion 213 of each of the straps 21 to have the first length (L1) or the second length (L2) for transforming each of the straps 21 into the shoulder bag state or the backpack state.
[0041] When the straps 21 are in the shoulder bag state, the shoulder space 201 allows a hand, an arm, and a shoulder of the user to extend therethrough. As a result, the user may carry the multi-purpose bag of the disclosure in the hand, on the shoulder, or in a cross-body manner.

[0051] The multi-purpose bag of the disclosure has the following advantages.
[0052] 1. By pulling each of the straps 21 without a removal tool, each of the straps 21 is movable to transform between the shoulder bag state and the backpack state for multi-purpose uses. For manufacturers, the multi-purpose bag of the disclosure is simple in structure to make and manufacturing cost of the same may be reduced. For consumers, the multi-purpose bag of the disclosure is easy to use. Multiple purposes of usage may be satisfied by purchasing one multi-purpose bag of the disclosure. The multi-purpose bag of the disclosure is flexible in function so there is no need of purchasing multiple bags. As a result, material waste may be reduced and less space is occupied, thereby achieving the goal of being environmental friendly.
[0053] 2. Because the straps 21 are crossed over each other, when the straps 21 are in the shoulder bag state, the straps 21 cooperate with the bag unit 1 to define the shoulder space 201, and the shoulder space 201 is situated directly over the bag opening 10 in the top-bottom direction (Z). As a result, when the multi-purpose bag of the disclosure is carried in the hand, on the shoulder, or in a cross-body manner, the straps 21 are not required to be gathered together, thereby preventing the bag opening 10 from being distorted and deformed.
[0054] In the description above, for the purposes of explanation, numerous specific details have been set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiment(s). It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that one or more other embodiments may be practiced without some of these specific details. It should also be appreciated that reference throughout this specification to one embodiment, an embodiment, an embodiment with an indication of an ordinal number and so forth means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic may be included in the practice of the disclosure. It should be further appreciated that in the description, various features are sometimes grouped together in a single embodiment, figure, or description thereof for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure and aiding in the understanding of various inventive aspects; such does not mean that every one of these features needs to be practiced with the presence of all the other features. In other words, in any described embodiment, when implementation of one or more features or specific details does not affect implementation of another one or more features or specific details, said one or more features may be singled out and practiced alone without said another one or more features or specific details. It should be further noted that one or more features or specific details from one embodiment may be practiced together with one or more features or specific details from another embodiment, where appropriate, in the practice of the disclosure.
[0055] While the disclosure has been described in connection with what is(are) considered the exemplary embodiment(s), it is understood that this disclosure is not limited to the disclosed embodiment(s) but is intended to cover various arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and equivalent arrangements.
