SPA BUS SYSTEMS

Abstract

A toy as an apparatus for a spa bus; the toy designed from the concept of a Ford 450 passenger bus having a mobile spa inside. The bus has a sofa with let out foot tubs that slide in and out, salon chairs, vanities with lights and lighted dance floor with disco lights in preferred embodiments. There is a hanger for the dolls to hang their spa robes. The child can pretend to play with their dolls and give them pedicures, manicures, facial, glam makeup, and disco dance party with the doll.

Claims

1. A spa bus system comprising: a toy assembly having a body including a right-side-body-half, and a left-side-body-half, at least one extender to allow said right-side-body-half and said left-side-body-half to move in relation to each other, and wherein said body comprises a bus-body; and wherein said spa bus system is configured and arranged to promote education and entertainment of youth when used.

2. The spa bus system of claim 1 wherein said right-side-body-half further comprises a right-hinge.

3. The spa bus system of claim 1 wherein said left-side-body-half further comprises a left-hinge.

4. The spa bus system of claim 2 wherein said right-side-body-half further comprises a right-handle.

5. The spa bus system of claim 3 wherein said left-side-body-half further comprises a left-handle.

6. The spa bus system of claim 1 wherein said right-side-body-half, and said left-side-body-half comprise fastening means.

7. The spa bus system of claim 6 wherein said fastening means comprise male and female mating portions.

8. The spa bus system of claim 7 wherein said male mating portion comprises a hook.

9. The spa bus system of claim 7 wherein said male mating portion comprises a non-hook.

10. The spa bus system of claim 1 wherein said at least one extender comprises a slide.

11. The spa bus system of claim 10 wherein said at least one extender comprises a channel.

12. The spa bus system of claim 1 wherein said toy assembly further comprises wheels.

13. A spa bus system comprising: a toy assembly having a body including a right-side-body-half, and a left-side-body-half, at least one extender to allow said right-side-body-half and said left-side-body-half to move in relation to each other, and wherein said body comprises a bus-body; and wherein said right-side-body-half further comprises a right-hinge, wherein said left-side-body-half further comprises a left-hinge, wherein said right-side-body-half further comprises a right-handle, wherein said left-side-body-half further comprises a left-handle, wherein said right-side-body-half, and said left-side-body-half comprise fastening means, wherein said fastening means comprise male and female mating portions, wherein said at least one extender comprises a slide, wherein said at least one extender comprises a channel, wherein said toy assembly further comprises wheels, and wherein said spa bus system is configured and arranged to promote education and entertainment of youth when used.

14. A spa bus system of claim 13 further comprising a kit comprising: the spa bus system; dolls and accessories for said spa bus system; and a set of user instructions.

15. A method of use for a spa bus system comprising the steps of: providing the spa bus system; educating a user of the spa bus system on a career via play; and providing feedback to said user to aid in learning.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0025] As discussed above, embodiments of the present invention relate to a toy vehicle and more particularly to a spa bus system as used to improve the entertainment and education of children.

[0026] The spa bus system (aka Pretty and Pampered Spa Bus) comprises a toy designed from the concept of a Ford 450 passenger bus having a mobile spa inside. The spa bus system has a sofa with let out foot tubs that slide in and out, salon chairs, vanities with lights and lighted dance floor with disco lights in preferred embodiments. There is a hanger for the dolls to hang their spa robes. The child can pretend to play with their dolls and give them pedicures, manicures, facial, glam makeup, and disco dance party with the doll. The doll comes with a spa robe and at least one outfit. The child can also do the doll's hair as well. The spa bus system also comprises wheels and a latch on the top so the child can transport the bus from one area to the next area. The outside of the bus looks like a spa bus and the bus opens so the child can play easily with their dolls.
