    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0036] In order to make the purposes, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in a clear and complete manner below in conjunction with the appended drawings. Obviously, the embodiments described are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all of them. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort based on the embodiments of the present disclosure fall within the scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present disclosure provided in the drawings does not intend to limit the scope of the present disclosure, but only represents selected embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of the present disclosure.

[0037] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 10, the present disclosure provides a retractable enclosure zipper, including a first zipper cloth 1, a second zipper cloth 2, a retractable cloth 3, and a support structure 4; where the first zipper cloth 1 is arranged with first zipper teeth 11, and the second zipper cloth 2 is arranged with second zipper teeth 12; an end of the retractable cloth 3 is connected to the first zipper cloth 1, and another end of the retractable cloth 3 is connected to the second zipper cloth 2; the support structure 4 is disposed close to the first zipper teeth 11 and is disposed on an inner side of the retractable cloth 3; the support structure 4 includes a supporting cloth 41 and a support member 42; the supporting cloth 41 and the retractable cloth 3 enclose to define a receiving space, and the support member 42 is disposed in the receiving space; a width of the support member 42 is greater than or equal to a width of a combination of the first zipper teeth and the second zipper teeth when engaged, for supporting the first zipper teeth, the second zipper teeth, and the retractable cloth 3.

[0038] For example, the retractable enclosure zipper is applied to a bag. An end of the first zipper cloth 1 is arranged with the first zipper teeth 11, and another end of the first zipper cloth 1 is arranged with a main zipper 5. The user can open and close the bag by opening and closing the main zipper 5, and achieve the contraction and expansion of the retractable cloth 3 through the first zipper teeth 11 and the second zipper teeth 12. When the first zipper teeth 11 and the second zipper teeth 12 are engaged, the retractable cloth 3 is contracted, and the position of the first zipper teeth 11 and the second zipper teeth 12 is supported by the support member 42 to prevent the zipper teeth from sinking, thereby ensuring a flat appearance of the retractable enclosure zipper and thus enhancing the aesthetics of the bag. When the first zipper teeth 11 is separated from the second zipper teeth 12, the retractable cloth 3 is unfolded, thereby expanding the capacity of the bag. The inner side of the unfolded retractable cloth 3 is supported by the support member 42, thereby preventing the retractable cloth 3 from collapsing after expansion and thus ensuring the appearance of the unfolded retractable enclosure zipper.

[0039] It should be noted that, compared with an existing retractable enclosure zipper, the present disclosure proposes a simple structure, which may simplify the manufacturing process, improve production efficiency, and save processing costs. In addition, the support structure 4 is arranged on the inner side of the retractable cloth 3, which may effectively support the inner side of the retractable cloth 3, such that the appearance of the retractable enclosure zipper is flat and wrinkle-free, which improves the overall aesthetics of the product and solves the problem of an existing zipper bag whose opening is prone to sagging. In particular, the width of the support member 42 is not less than the width when the two zipper teeth are engaged, which ensures the reliability of the support structure 4 and makes the zipper cloth flatter.

[0040] In some embodiments, the supporting cloth 41 includes a first fixing cloth 411 and a second fixing cloth 412 that are connected together by an inner zipper 413, which facilitates the assembly and replacement of the support member 42. In other embodiments, the first fixing cloth 411 and the second fixing cloth 412 may be fixed by a sewing thread, or the supporting cloth 41 may be integrally formed, which is not limited herein.

[0041] On the basis of the above embodiments, the first zipper cloth 1 and the second zipper cloth 2 include the following two implementation:

[0042] Implementation 1: Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, an end of the first fixing cloth 411 away from the inner zipper 413 is aligned with the retractable cloth 3 and is fixed to the retractable cloth 3 and the first zipper cloth 1 by sewing. An end of the second fixing cloth 412 away from the inner zipper 413 is fixed to the retractable cloth 3 by sewing. The first fixing cloth 411, the second fixing cloth 412, and the retractable cloth 3 enclose to define the receiving space, and the support member 42 is inserted upon opening of the inner zipper 413 to fill the receiving space, thereby achieving a supporting effect.

[0043] Implementation 2: Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, an end of the retractable cloth 3 is folded to form the first fixing cloth 411, and a folded part of the retractable cloth 3 is sewn and fixed to the first zipper cloth 1. In this implementation, the implementation method of the second fixing cloth 412 is the same as that of Implementation 1, which will not be described in detail herein. The first fixing cloth 411 is formed by folding one end of the retractable cloth 3. It is easy to understand that the folded part of the retractable cloth 3 forms an extension section, and the extension section is arranged with inner zipper teeth for connection and dis-connection with the second fixing cloth 412. Compared with Implementation 1, the present process may be further simplified and the production efficiency may be improved.

[0044] In some embodiments, the receiving space is annular in shape, and the support member 42 is arranged with a support surface 421 facing the retractable cloth 3; the support surface 421 is arranged in a horizontal direction so as to make the supported zipper teeth and the retractable cloth 3 more even.

[0045] In some embodiments, the support member 42 is hollow, such as a hollow shell, or is arranged in a U shape, so as to reduce the volume and weight of the support member 42 and facilitate carrying by the user. In some embodiments, the support member 42 is made of plastic, metal, wood, leather, carbon fiber, or foam material, so as to achieve lightweight while ensuring support strength. It should be noted that both ends of the support member 42 are affixed to the inner side of the supporting cloth 41 and remain taut to prevent the support member 42 from slipping, thereby ensuring the supporting effect.

[0046] In any of the above embodiments, the first zipper teeth 11 and the second zipper teeth 12 may be arranged to be inverted on inner sides of the first zipper cloth 1 and the second zipper cloth 2, respectively. For example, the teeth may be arranged in an inverted manner, such that the appearance of the zipper is more even and reaches an optimal even state. Furthermore, the support member 42 may define a recess in which the teeth can be accommodated, such that the teeth are supported and their height is concealed, thereby ensuring that the teeth remain flush on the outer side of the zipper cloth. As an implementation, combined with FIGS. 11 and 12, an end of the retractable cloth 3 is folded to form the first fixing cloth 411, and the folded part is sewn and fixed to the first zipper cloth 1. As another implementation, combining FIGS. 13 and 14, the first fixing cloth 411 is aligned with an end of the retractable cloth 3 and is fixed to the first zipper cloth 1 by sewing. In the above two implementations, the second fixing cloth 412 may be sewn to the retractable cloth 3, which is not limited herein.

[0047] In combination with FIG. 15, the present disclosure further provides a double-layer retractable enclosure zipper, which includes two retractable enclosure zippers as described in any of the preceding embodiments, where an end of the first zipper cloth 1 away from the first zipper teeth 11 is arranged with main zipper teeth 51, and the two first zipper cloths 1 are configured to be connected via the main zipper teeth 51. When in use, the user can choose to open one or both of the retractable enclosure zippers for expansion of capacity as needed, with full flexibility. In addition, the double-layer retractable enclosure zipper provides the bag with more expansion space, making it easier to store more luggage and facilitating travel. Further, the double-support reinforcement provides a more even and pleasing appearance, and the zipper is stronger and more durable.

[0048] The above is only some embodiments of the present disclosure. The scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and any technical solution falling within the idea of the present disclosure is within the scope of the present disclosure.
