[0030] Referring to
[0031] Front ends of the elastic components 3 are connected to a front end of the rigid component 2. The elastic components 3 have elastic deformation capacity. Middle parts and rear parts of the elastic components 3 can produce elastic deformation relative to the front end of the rigid component 2 after being stressed.
[0032] The chair seat 4 includes a seat plate 41 and a connecting piece 42 connected to a middle rear area of a bottom of the seat plate 41. A bottom of the connecting piece 42 is connected to rear ends of the elastic components 3.
[0033] After elastic deformation is produced under the driving of the chair seat 4, the rear ends of the elastic components 3 can be subjected to a pressure and integrally backward incline to a certain degree together with the chair seat 4, and can also be subjected to a tensile force and integrally forward incline to a certain degree together with the chair seat 4. In addition, in a stressed state at this moment, the rigid component 2 has great rigidity, so that the elastic components 3 can produce great elastic deformation when subjected to a downward pressure, and the elastic components 3 can produce slight elastic deformation when subjected to an upward tensile force, which finally results in that a forward inclination angle that the chair seat 4 can produce is much smaller than a backward inclination angle. Referring to
[0034] The center of the seat plate 41 corresponds to the center of the rotating shaft 11 in the vertical direction. The rotating shaft 11 is located at the center of the base 1, so that the centers of the seat plate 41 and the base 1 can correspond to each other in the vertical direction. By arranging in this manner, no matter how the rigid component 2 and the elastic components 3 are arranged, a center-of-gravity shift of the overall chair can be avoided, and the stability of the swivel chair can be effectively improved.
[0035] As an optional implementation, the rigid component 2 includes a first rigid connecting piece 21 arranged in a front-rear direction and a second rigid connecting piece 22 arranged in a left-right direction. A middle rear part of the first rigid connecting piece 21 is connected to the rotating shaft 11. The first rigid connecting piece 21 can move synchronously with the rotating shaft 11. The second rigid connecting piece 22 is integrally connected to a front end of a top of the first rigid connecting piece 21. There is good connection strength between the first rigid connecting piece 21 and the second rigid connecting piece 22 due to an integrated connection, which further improves the rigidity. The second rigid connecting piece 22 is connected to the front ends of the elastic components 3.
[0036] In the present embodiment, both the first rigid connecting piece 21 and the second rigid connecting piece 22 are plate-like structures with rectangular horizontal cross sections.
[0037] In the present embodiment, the first rigid connecting piece 21 and the second rigid connecting piece 22 are integrally formed by using a cast iron material. The cast iron material has excellent mechanical properties, high strength and rigidity, and especially, good wear resistance and heat resistance. The rigid component 2 integrally formed by using the cast iron material can have extremely high strength and rigidity, and is beneficial to the elastic deformation of the elastic components 3.
[0038] As an optional implementation, the elastic component 3 includes a spring steel plate 31. The spring steel plate 31 has excellent mechanical properties, especially, good elastic deformation capacity.
[0039] In the present embodiment, preferably, there are two spring steel plates 31. The front ends of the spring steel plates 31 are connected to the second rigid connecting piece 22. The middle parts and the rear parts of the spring steel plates 31 can produce elastic deformation relative to the second rigid connecting piece 22 after being stressed. The rear ends of the spring steel plates 31 are connected to the connecting piece 42. After the elastic deformation is produced under the driving of the chair seat 4, the rear ends of the spring steel plates 31 can be subjected to a pressure and integrally backward incline to a certain degree together with the chair seat 4, and can also be subjected to a tensile force and integrally forward incline to a certain degree together with the chair seat 4. In addition, in a stressed state at this moment, the second rigid connecting piece 22 has great rigidity, so that the spring steel plates 31 can produce great elastic deformation when subjected to a downward pressure, and the spring steel plates 31 can produce slight elastic deformation when subjected to an upward tensile force, which finally results in that a forward inclination angle is much smaller than a backward inclination angle. Referring to
[0040] In addition, the two spring steel plates 31 are arranged parallel to each other. By arranging in this manner, a force can be evenly distributed, and an effect of balancing the force of the swivel chair is also achieved. The two spring steel plates 31 are respectively located on both sides of the first rigid connecting piece 21. By arranging in this manner, when the middle parts and the rear parts of the spring steel plates 31 produce relative deformation, there is sufficient deformation space, and the middle parts and the rear parts of the spring steel plates 31 cannot collide with the first rigid connecting piece 21.
[0041] As an optional implementation, bolt holes are respectively formed in connections between the spring steel plates 31 and the connecting piece 42, and a bolt connection is formed through connecting bolts 5. As a specific connection manner of detachable connections, the bolt connection has a characteristic of facilitating disassembling and assembling while having good connection strength, so that the swivel chair is more convenient and faster during overall mounting, and meanwhile, is beneficial to the package, storage, and transportation of the swivel chair.
[0042] As an optional implementation, bolt holes are respectively formed in connections between the spring steel plates 31 and the second connecting piece 22, and a bolt connection is formed through connecting bolts 5.
[0043] As an optional implementation, the connecting piece 42 includes a horizontal connecting segment 421 and inclined connecting segments 422. There are two inclined connecting segments 422. Each of the two ends of the horizontal connecting segment 421 is connected to one end of each inclined connecting segment 422. The preferred connection here is an integrated connection, which may be directly and integrally formed during production to improve the overall structural strength of the connecting piece 42. One end, far away from the horizontal connecting segment 421, of each inclined connecting segment 422 is connected to the bottom of the seat plate 41. The preferred connection here is a fixed connection.
[0044] Referring to
[0045] As an optional implementation, the seat chair 4 further includes handrails 43 and a chair back 44. The two handrails 43 are respectively connected to two sides of the seat plate 41. The handrails 43 can be configured for both hands of the user to support and grip. In the present embodiment, a preferred connection between the handrails 43 and the seat plate 41 may be a detachable connection. By arranging in this manner, the package, storage, and transportation of the swivel chair can be facilitated. Moreover, a further preferred connection may be a bolt connection, so that the disassembly and assembly are faster.
[0046] The chair back 44 is connected to the rear end of the seat plate 41. The chair back 44 can be configured for the back of the user to lean against. The overall chair seat 4 can be driven to backward incline through the chair back 44 to form a certain degree of backward inclination angle to improve the use experience of the user. In the present embodiment, a preferred connection between the chair back 44 and the seat plate 41 may be a detachable connection. By arranging in this manner, the package, storage, and transportation of the swivel chair can be facilitated. Moreover, a further preferred connection may be a bolt connection, so that the disassembly and assembly are faster.
