Abstract
A supporting mold frame of a folding chair for a vacuum-formed seat board includes a supporting frame and one or more supporting abutting members. The vacuum-formed seat board includes a seat panel and a side extending downward from all sides of the seat panel, and the supporting frame abuts an inner side of the side. The one or more supporting abutting members support a bottom surface of the seat panel adjacent to a peripheral edge of the seat panel, the one or more supporting abutting members support a left side and a right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel, or the one or more supporting abutting members support the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel adjacent to corners of the seat panel.
Claims
1. A supporting mold frame of a folding chair for a vacuum-formed seat board, comprising: a supporting frame, and one or more supporting abutting members, wherein: the vacuum-formed seat board comprises a seat panel and a side extending downward from all sides of the seat panel, the supporting frame abuts an inner side of the side, the one or more supporting abutting members are connected to an inner side of the supporting frame, the vacuum-formed seat board covers the one or more supporting abutting members, and one of: the one or more supporting abutting members support a bottom surface of the seat panel adjacent to a peripheral edge of the seat panel, the one or more supporting abutting members support a left side and a right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel, or the one or more supporting abutting members support the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel adjacent to corners of the seat panel.
2. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the supporting frame and the one or more supporting abutting members are connected together by rivets for mounting leg tubes of the folding chair, and the rivets pass through the side of the vacuum-formed seat board.
3. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the one or more supporting abutting members are locked on the supporting frame.
4. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the one or more supporting abutting members are plastic members.
5. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 4, wherein: a portion of the one or more supporting abutting members configured to support the seat panel is a hollow structure.
6. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: outer sides of a left side and a right side of the vacuum-formed seat board are disposed with sliding rods, and rivets enable leg tubes, the sliding rods, the side, the supporting frame, and the one or more supporting abutting members to be connected together.
7. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the side of the vacuum-formed seat board comprises a reinforcing step expanding outwardly, an upper end of the supporting frame forms a pressure-bearing step, and the pressure-bearing step supports the reinforcing step.
8. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the one or more supporting abutting members are four supporting abutting members, and the four supporting abutting members are configured to respectively support the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel adjacent to the corners of the seat panel.
9. The supporting mold frame of the folding chair for the vacuum-formed seat board according to claim 1, wherein: the one or more supporting abutting members are two supporting abutting members, and the two supporting abutting members are configured to respectively support the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel.
10. A folding chair, comprising: four leg tubes, a backrest board, the vacuum-formed seat board, and the supporting mold frame according to claim 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0020] Referring to
[0021] Preferably, the supporting frame 42 and the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 are connected together by rivets 50 for mounting the four leg tubes 10. The rivets 50 are used to connect the four leg tubes 10 to the supporting frame 42 and are conventional structures. The rivets 50 also pass through the side 34 of the vacuum-formed seat board 30. In this way, the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 are directly mounted in place using the rivets 50 on the four leg tubes 10, and the structure is simpler. It can be understood that when the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 are mounted in place not using the rivets 50, the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 can instead be locked on the supporting frame 42 by screws.
[0022] Preferably, the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 are plastic members, and the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 support the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the seat panel 32 of the vacuum-formed seat board 30, which can effectively reduce an inner cantilever of the seat panel 32, thereby effectively improving strength of the seat panel 32. Use of the plastic members can meet requirements and is light in weight. Further preferably, a portion of the plurality of supporting abutting members 44 used to support the seat panel 32 is a hollow structure.
[0023] Preferably, outer sides of a left side and a right side of the vacuum-formed seat board 30 are disposed with sliding rods 36, and the rivets 50 connect the four leg tubes 10, the sliding rods 36, the side 34, the supporting frame 42, and the plurality of supporting abutting members 44. The sliding rods 36 are mounted so that the supporting frame 42 and the four leg tubes 10 have an ability to flip when the folding chair is folded, and the sliding rods 26 are also conventional structures.
[0024] Preferably, the side 34 of the vacuum-formed seat board 30 comprises a reinforcing step 38 expanding outwardly, and an upper end of the supporting frame 42 forms a pressure-bearing step 421. The pressure-bearing step 421 supports the reinforcing step 38. Therefore, the supporting frame 42 not only surrounds and abuts the inner side of the side 34, but also supports the side 34, further improving the strength of the vacuum-formed seat board 30.
[0025] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and therefore should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present disclosure. That is, equivalent changes and modifications made according to the patent scope of the present disclosure and the contents of the specification should still fall within the scope covered by the present disclosure.
