DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0023] In the description of the invention, it should be understood that terms such as central, transverse, upper, lower, left, right, vertical, horizontal, top, bottom, inner and outer are used to indicate directional or positional relations based on the accompanying drawings merely for the purpose of simplifying and facilitating the description of the invention, do not indicate that devices or elements referred to must be in a specific direction or being configured and operated in a specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limitations of the invention. In addition, terms first and second are merely for the purpose of description, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features referred to. Therefore, a feature defined by first or second may explicitly or implicitly indicate the inclusion of one or more said features.
[0024] In the description of the invention, unless otherwise stated, multiple refers to two or more. In addition, the term comprise and any variants thereof are intended to indicate non-exclusive inclusion. In the description of the invention, it should be noted that unless otherwise expressly stated and defined, terms mount, link and connect should be broadly understood. For example, connect may refer to fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated connection; or, mechanical connection or electrical connection; or, direct connection, indirect connection via an intermediate medium, or internal connection of two elements. Those ordinarily skilled in the art can appreciate the specific leanings of these terms in the invention as the case may be.
[0025] The invention is further described below in conjunction with
[0026] As shown in
[0027] The first shock-absorption ring 14 arranged around the second honeycomb panel 17 can effectively isolate vibrations when a hitting point is located in the region of the second honeycomb panel 17, to greatly reduce vibrations transmitted to the handle portion 20 and effectively lower hitting noise, thus guaranteeing good hitting comfort of the pickleball racket 30.
[0028] Wherein, the main panel 12 comprises a second shock-absorption ring 16 inlaid in a region between the main panel frame 13 and the first honeycomb panel 15, and the first shock-absorption ring 14 and the second shock-absorption ring 16 are made from shock-absorption materials including foam, ethyl vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and rubber; and the shock absorption materials such as foam, EVA and rubber have a good shock-absorption effect. The second shock-absorption ring 16 is arranged and works together with the first shock-absorption ring 14 to surround a hitting area defined by the first honeycomb panel 15 and a hitting area defined by the second honeycomb panel 17, and vibrations are effectively isolated by the first shock-absorption ring 14 and the second shock-absorption ring 16 to further reduce vibrations transmitted to the handle portion 20, thus guaranteeing better hitting comfort of the pickleball racket 30. Optionally, the number of the shock-absorption rings can be two or more as actually needed.
[0029] Wherein, the pore diameter of the first honeycomb panel 15 is different from the pore diameter of the second honeycomb panel 17, and the first honeycomb panel 15 and the second honeycomb panel 17 are integrally formed by polypropylene or EVA. The honeycomb panels with different pore diameters are made from PP, and the strength changes with the pore diameter; with the decrease of the pore diameter of the honeycomb panels, the strength will be higher, the deformation of the racket portion 10 will be smaller, and a ball can be hit back more stably; and with the decrease of the pore diameter of the honeycomb panels, the strength will be smaller, and the weight can be further reduced.
[0030] Wherein, the pore diameter of the first honeycomb panel 15 ranges from 4 mm to 6 mm, the pore diameter of the second honeycomb panel 17 ranges from 8 mm to 10 mm, and in this case, the pickleball racket may be used as a defensive pickleball racket 30. The second honeycomb panel 17 is a PP honeycomb panel with a large pore diameter of 8 mm or 10 mm, such that hitting noise can be effectively lowered, and hitting comfort is further improved; and the first honeycomb panel 15 is a PP honeycomb panel with a small pore diameter of 4 mm or 6 mm, such that the strength of the hitting are can be greatly improved, and the deformation of the racket portion 10 can be reduced accordingly; and the PP honeycomb panels with in different pore diameters can produce different sounds when a ball is hit thereon, to allow users to determine the hitting point quickly and adjust the hitting position later, thus guaranteeing a better hitting effect.
[0031] As shown in
[0032] Wherein, the handle portion 20 comprises a racket handle 21 and a decorating part 22, wherein the rocket handle 21 and the main panel frame 13 are formed integrally, and the main panel frame 13 and the facing 11 work together to seal the main panel 12. By sealing the main panel 12 with the main panel frame 13 and the facing 11, the overall structural strength of the racket portion 10 can be further improved, such that the racket portion 10 can withstand impacts to some extent to be prevented from being damaged, thus better protecting the main panel 12. Wherein, the main panel frame 13, the first honeycomb panel 15, the first shock-absorption ring 14 and the second honeycomb panel 17 are inlaid and assembled in sequence to form the main panel 12, and then, the second shock-absorption ring 16, the first honeycomb panel 15, the second shock-absorption ring 14 and the second honeycomb panel 17 are inlaid and mounted in the main panel frame 13 in sequence, such that the main panel 12 is assembled and formed. The first shock-absorption ring 14 and the second shock-absorption ring 16 can effectively isolate vibrations to further reduce vibrations transmitted to the handle portion 20, thus guaranteeing better hitting comfort of the pickleball racket 30. A sweet spot 31 of the pickleball racket 30 is arranged in the inner ring region of the first shock-absorption ring 14. By arranging the sweet spot 31 in the inner ring region of the first shock-absorption ring 14, the sweet spot 31 can provide sufficient power to control a ball and hit back the ball stably.
