It may be evident, however, that the innovation can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form to facilitate a description thereof. Various embodiments are discussed hereinafter. It should be noted that the figures are described only to facilitate the description of the embodiments. They are not intended as an exhaustive description of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention. Additionally, an illustrated embodiment need not have all the aspects or advantages shown. Thus, in other embodiments, any of the features described herein from different embodiments may be combined.

[0021] As noted above, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a body shape-enhancing garment. There also exists a long-felt need in the art for a shape-enhancing camisole garment device. More specifically, there exists a long-felt need in the art for a shape-enhancing camisole garment device that helps keep lower-body garments in place without a belt, suspenders, or other similar devices. There also exists a long-felt need in the art for a shape-enhancing camisole garment device that helps keep lower body garments in place without a belt, suspenders, or other similar devices and that enhances the wearer's body shape without sacrificing functionality or causing discomfort during all-day wear.

[0022] The present invention, in one exemplary embodiment, is comprised of a shape- enhancing camisole garment device. The device is comprised of a body, preferably designed as a tank top or camisole, made from a fabric material such as, but not limited to, polyester. The body includes at least one shoulder strap, allowing the user to adjust the fit around their torso/upper body. The strap may feature at least one fastener for this purpose. In one embodiment, the device may also include a secondary strap running from the rear to the front, designed to wrap around the user's hip/pelvis area, further securing the body to the torso/upper body. This secondary strap may also incorporate at least one fastener.

[0023] The body consists of a front and rear area, with the rear being longer and featuring at least one pocket designed to hold a pad. The pad is preferably convex in shape, resembling either a single buttock or a pair of buttocks. This pad enhances the user's body shape while helping to keep lower-body garments in place without the need for a belt, due to the improved shape and size of the lower body.

[0024] The present invention also includes a method of use. First, the device, consisting of a body with a shoulder strap, a rear pocket, and a pad, is provided. The user places the body over their upper body and secures it by tightening the shoulder strap using at least one fastener. In embodiments with a secondary strap, the user can fasten it around their pelvis/waist. The user then inserts the pad into the rear pocket, optionally securing the pocket with at least one fastener. Finally, the user can put on a lower body garment over the device, where the pad improves the shape of the buttocks and prevents the garment from slipping down.

[0025] Therefore, the shape-enhancing camisole garment device offers significant benefits by improving body shape and securing lower-body garments without the need for belts, suspenders, or similar devices. It enhances the wearer's body shape without compromising comfort or functionality during extended wear. As a result, it provides a practical solution to issues with lower body garments falling down while also improving overall body appearance.

[0026] Referring initially to the drawings, FIG. 1 illustrates a side view of one potential embodiment of a shape-enhancing camisole garment device 100 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The device 100 is comprised of a body 110. The body 110 is preferably in the form of a tank top or camisole, but may be in the general form of any upper body garment including but not limited to a short-sleeve shirt, a long-sleeve shirt, etc. The body 110 may be made from a fabric material such as but not limited to a polyester. However, the body 110 may be made from any fabric material such as but not limited to a nylon, a spandex, a cotton, a mesh, a microfiber, etc. The body 110 material is preferably matte in appearance but may be any finish.

[0027] The body 110 may be comprised of at least one shoulder strap 120. The strap 120 allows a user to tighten and/or raise/lower the body 110 around their torso/upper body. To do so, the strap 120 may be comprised of at least one fastener 122. The fastener 122 may be any fastener type such as but not limited to a hook and loop fastener, a magnetic fastener, a snap button fastener, a button and opening fastener, a male and female fastener, etc., or any type of reciprocating fastener known in the art.

[0028] The body 110 may also be comprised of at least one secondary strap 130 that runs from the rear area 114 to below the front area 112, as seen in FIG. 2. The strap 130 is designed to go around the hip/pelvis area of the user to further secure the body 110 to a user's torso/upper body. The strap 130 may be comprised of at least one fastener 132. The fastener 132 may be any fastener type such as but not limited to a hook and loop fastener, a magnetic fastener, a snap button fastener, a button and opening fastener, a male and female fastener, etc., or any type of reciprocating fastener known in the art.

[0029] The body 110 is comprised of a front area 112 and a rear area 114. The rear area 114 is may be longer than the front area 112. In one embodiment, the front area 112 and rear area 114 are the same length and is comprised of a non-slip hem 400. The rear area 114 is comprised of at least one pocket 140. The pocket 140 receives at least one pad 150. The pad 150 is preferably a convex pad that resembles a singular buttocks cheek or a pair of buttock cheeks. The pad 150 may be made from any foam material. The pad 150 may be secured in the pocket 140 via at least one fastener 142 of the pocket 140. The fastener 142 may be any fastener type such as but not limited to a hook and loop fastener, a zipper fastener, a magnetic fastener, a snap button fastener, a button and opening fastener, a male and female fastener, etc., or any type of fastener known in the art. As a result, the pad 150 provides a user with an enhanced body shape that keeps a user's lower body garment up without the need for a belt due to improved lower body shape and size. In one embodiment, the pad 150 is fixedly attached within the pocket 140, wherein the fastener 142 is comprised of a stitch that stitches the pad 150 to the body 110 and/or to the pocket 140. In a different embodiment, the pad 150 is stitched directly to the body 110 via the fastener 142 and the device 100 has no pocket 140.

[0030] The present invention is also comprised of a method of using 200 the device 100, as seen in FIG. 3. First, a device 100 is provided comprised of a body 110 comprised of a shoulder strap 120 and a rear area 114 comprised of a pocket 140, and a pad 150 [Step 202]. Then, a user can place the body 110 over their upper body and secure the body 110 to their upper body via tightening the shoulder strap 120 via at least one fastener 122 [Step 204]. Then, a user can insert the pad 150 into the pocket 140 [Step 206]. Optionally, a user can close the pocket 140 via at least one fastener 142 [Step 208]. Finally, a user can put on a lower body garment over the device 100 such that the pad 150 provides an improved buttocks shape and further prevents the lower body garment from falling down while worn by the user [Step 210].

[0031] The present invention is also comprised of a method of using 300 the device 100, as seen in FIG. 4. First, a device 100 is provided comprised of a body 110 comprised of a shoulder strap 120 and a rear area 114 comprised of a pocket 140, and a pad 150 [Step 302]. Then, a user can place the body 110 over their upper body and secure the body 110 to their upper body via tightening the shoulder strap 120 via at least one fastener 122 [Step 304]. Next, a user can further secure the body 110 to their pelvis and/or hip area via securing a secondary strap 130 around said area via at least one fastener 132 [Step 306]. Then, a user can insert the pad 150 into the pocket 140 [Step 308]. In one embodiment, the pad can be secured within the pocket before the secondary strap 130 is engaged. Optionally, a user can close the pocket 140 via at least one fastener 142 [Step 310]. Finally, a user can put on a lower body garment over the device 100 such that the pad 150 provides an improved buttocks shape and further prevents the lower body garment from falling down while worn by the user [Step 312].
