    Abstract

    The present invention relates to a pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame and a sofa bed thereof. The pull-out mechanism has a relatively simple connection mechanism, and the pull-out mechanisms can pull out the sofa bed. The pull-out mechanisms do not contact with each other, but they abut against each other to form a sliding surface guiding direction when guidance is needed, and guide the sofa bed to an unfolded use state. At the same time, even if the pull-out mechanism rusts, the function of the pull-out mechanism will not be greatly affected, and the sofa bed can be clearly disassembled and used separately. For example, the main bed body may continue to maintain the basic functions of the sofa, while the auxiliary bed body can be used a foot rest or a sofa stool.

    Claims

    1. A pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame, comprising a main frame, a sub-frame capable of moving in and out of the main frame on the ground, a structure of a track and a slider for limiting the left-right deviation of the sub-frame, and a blocking part for preventing the sub-frame from completely moving out of the main frame; and the track is fixed to the main frame or the sub-frame and is configured to extend from a rear end to a front end of the main frame or the sub-frame, and comprises a rod; and the slider is fixed to the sub-frame or the main frame corresponding to the track, and comprises a slot with an opening, and the slot is suitable for receiving the rod; and the blocking part is fixed to an end of the track and configured to block the slider from moving; and wherein, when the sub-frame moves back and forth, the rod is received by the slot, and the slider is not in contact with the rod; and when the sub-frame deviates left and right, the slider restricts the rod in the slot.

    2. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 1, wherein, the slot comprises two slot surfaces which are oppositely arranged, and a bottom surface which connects the two slot surfaces; and when the sub-frame moves back and forth, the rod is received by the slot, and an outer surface of the rod has gaps with the slot surfaces and the bottom surface.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 1, wherein, the track comprises a rod fixed to the main frame, and the rod extends from the rear end to the front end of the main frame; the slider is fixed to the sub-frame, the slider is provided with a slot through which the rod can pass, and the slider is provided with an opening communicating with the slot for putting the rod; and an outer end of the rod is bent and molded in a direction away from the sub-frame to form a crossbar, and the crossbar constitutes the blocking part.

    4. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 3, wherein, the rods are configured to be left and right, the sub-frame is placed between the left and right rods, and the sliders are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the sub-frame.

    5. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 3, wherein an outer end of the crossbar is provided with a mounting seat, and the track is attached to the main frame through the mounting seat.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 3, further comprising a limiting rod for opening or closing the opening, the limiting rod is arranged on the sub-frame or the slider, and when the sub-frame is lifted upwards, the limiting rod closes the opening and limits the track in the slot.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 6, wherein the limiting rod is L-shaped, a short side of the L-shaped limiting rod is rotatably connected with the sub-frame or the slider, and the opening is closed when a long side of the L-shaped limiting rod rotates above the opening.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 1, wherein, the track comprises a rod fixed to the sub-frame, and the rod extends from a rear end to a front end of the sub-frame; the slider is fixed to the main frame, the slider is provided with a slot through which the rod can pass, and the slider is provided with an opening communicating with the slot for putting the rod; and an outer end of the rod is bent and molded in a direction away from the main frame to form a crossbar, and the crossbar forms the blocking part.

    9. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 8, wherein two sliders are arranged on the right and left sides of the main frame, two rods are arranged correspondingly on the right and left sides, and the rods are arranged between the two sliders on the right and left sides.

    10. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 9, wherein the crossbar extends from the rod and is connected to another rod to form the sub-frame, and the sub-frame is placed between the left and right rods.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 8, further comprising a limiting rod for opening or closing the opening, the limiting rod is arranged on the main frame or the slider, and when the sub-frame is lifted upwards, the limiting rod closes the opening and limits the track in the slot.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 11, wherein the limiting rod is L-shaped, the short side of the L-shaped limiting rod is rotatably connected with the main frame or the slider, and the opening is closed when the long side of the L-shaped limiting rod rotates above the opening.

    13. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 1, wherein a bottom of the sub-frame is provided with pulleys, and the number of the pulleys is four, which are respectively arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the sub-frame.

A pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame, comprising a main frame, a sub-frame capable of moving in and out of the main frame on the ground, a structure of a track and a slider for limiting the left-right deviation of the sub-frame, and a blocking part for preventing the sub-frame from completely moving out of the main frame; and the track is fixed to the main frame or the sub-frame and is configured to extend from a rear end to a front end of the main frame or the sub-frame, and comprises a rod; and the slider is fixed to the sub-frame or the main frame corresponding to the track, and comprises a slot with an opening, and a limiting rod for opening or closing the opening; and the rod is suitable for being received by the slot; and the blocking part is fixed to an end of the track and configured to block the slider from moving; and when the sub-frame moves back and forth, the rod is received by the slot, and the slider is not in contact with the rod; when the sub-frame deviates left and right, the slider restricts the rod in the slot, and when the sub-frame is lifted upwards, the limiting rod closes the opening and restricts the track in the slot.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 14, wherein the slot comprises two opposite slot surfaces and a bottom surface connecting the two slot surfaces, when the sub-frame moves back and forth, the rod is received by the slot, and an outer surface of the rod has gaps with the slot surfaces and the bottom surface.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 14, wherein, the track comprises a rod fixed to the main frame, and the rod extends from the rear end to the front end of the main frame; the slider is fixed to the sub-frame, the slider is provided with a slot through which the rod can pass, and the slider is provided with an opening communicating with the slot for putting the rod; and an outer end of the rod is bent and molded in the direction away from the sub-frame to form a pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame, and the crossbar forms the blocking part.

The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 15, wherein the limiting rod is L-shaped, a short side of the L-shaped limiting rod is rotatably connected with the sub-frame or the slider, and the opening is closed when a long side of the L-shaped limiting rod rotates above the opening.

    18. The pull-out mechanism for a sofa bed frame according to claim 14, wherein a bottom of the sub-frame is provided with pulleys, and the number of the pulleys is four, which are respectively arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the sub-frame.

A sofa bed, comprising a main bed body, an auxiliary bed body capable of moving in and out of the main bed body on the ground, a structure of a track and a slider for limiting the left-right deviation of the auxiliary bed body, and a blocking part for preventing the auxiliary bed body from completely moving out of the main bed body; wherein, the track is fixed to the main bed body or the auxiliary bed body and is configured to extend from a rear end to a front end of the main bed body or the auxiliary bed body, and comprises a rod; and the slider is fixed to the auxiliary bed body or the main bed body corresponding to the track, and comprises a slot with an opening, and the rod is suitable for being received by the slot; and the blocking part is fixed to an end of the track and configured to block the slider from moving; and wherein, when the auxiliary bed body moves back and forth, the rod is received by the slot, and the slider is not in contact with the rod, and when the auxiliary bed body deviates left and right, the slider restricts the rod in the slot.

The sofa bed according to claim 19, further comprising a limiting rod for opening or closing the opening, the limiting rod is arranged on the auxiliary bed body or the slider, and when the auxiliary frame is lifted upwards, the limiting rod closes the opening and limits the track in the slot.
