Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0022] The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in embodiments of the present invention with reference to embodiments of the present invention. It is clear that the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative effort fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0023] In an embodiment, a formula of a cosmetic optical silicone massage head includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: [0024] a component A: 91.8% of polymethylsiloxane, 4.95% of hydroxy silicone oil, 2.75% of stearic acid, and 0.5% of platinum catalyst; and [0025] a component B: 91.8% of polymethylsiloxane, 4.2% of hydroxy silicone oil, 1.6% of hydrogen silicone oil, 2.3% of stearic acid, and 0.1% of ethynylcyclohexanol.

[0026] A weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1.

[0027] Both the component A and the component B are in liquid and viscous state. When stored separately, the two components undergo slow structural solidification and may be stored for up to one year.

[0028] The platinum catalyst is tetramethyldisiloxane platinum complex.

[0029] Based on the formula of the cosmetic optical silicone massage head, provided is a preparation process for the formula of the cosmetic optical silicone massage head, which includes the following steps: [0030] step 1: injecting the component A and the component B into a static mixer in a ratio of 1:1 with a silicone feeding system; [0031] step 2: injecting a mixed material from the static mixer into a barrel screw of a silicone injection machine by the feeding system; [0032] step 3: injecting a fully mixed silicone material from the barrel into a mold with the silicone injection machine; [0033] step 4: vacuuming the mold for 2 seconds when a mold closure gap is 1 mm; [0034] step 5: after the mold is completely closed, controlling temperatures of a front mold and a rear mold, where the temperature of the front mold is controlled at 140 C. and the temperature of the rear mold is controlled at 135 C., and performing high-temperature hot vulcanization for 125 seconds before molding; [0035] step 6: opening the mold, and preparing the optical silicone head product by combining air blowing with manual demolding.

[0036] The platinum catalyst in the component A is tetramethyldisiloxane platinum complex, which can accelerate the vulcanization speed. The component B can control the vulcanization speed. The mixed material is subjected to hot vulcanization molding after full mixing, so that the vulcanization time may be accurately controlled. The material still has certain fluidity before being fully vulcanized, and various products with complex structures may be molded. In this embodiment, the material is used to mold the massage head of the cosmetic bottle.

[0037] It should be noted that, in the step 4, the mold is vacuumed for 2 seconds when the mold closure gap is 1 mm; and in the step 5, the temperature of the front mold is 140 C., the temperature of the rear mold is 135 C., and high-temperature hot vulcanization is performed for 125 seconds.

[0038] Finally, it should be noted that the foregoing mentioned contents are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that modifications may be still made to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or equivalent substitutions may be made to some of technical features. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, or the like made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
