Abstract
This application relates to an organic compound, a perovskite precursor solution, a perovskite film, a perovskite cell, and an electric apparatus. The organic compound includes: a cation M; and an anion Q bonded to the cation M; where M includes one or more of CH.sub.3NH.sub.3.sup.+, CH.sub.5N.sub.2.sup.+, Cs.sup.+, and C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3.sup.+; and Q includes one or more of H.sub.2PO.sub.x.sup. and H.sub.2NO.sub.y.sup., where x and y are each independently an integer from 2 to 4.
Claims
1. An organic compound, comprising: a cation M; and an anion Q bonded to the cation M; wherein the M comprises one or more of CH.sub.3NH.sub.3.sup.+, CH.sub.5N.sub.2.sup.+, Cs.sup.+, and C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3.sup.+; and the Q comprises one or more of H.sub.2PO.sub.x.sup. and H.sub.2NO.sub.y.sup., wherein x and y are each independently an integer from 2 to 4.
2. The organic compound according to claim 1, wherein the organic compound comprises one or more of MAH.sub.2PO.sub.2, FAH.sub.2PO.sub.2, CsH.sub.2PO.sub.2, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.2, MAH.sub.2PO.sub.3, FAH.sub.2PO.sub.3, CsH.sub.2PO.sub.3, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.3, MAH.sub.2PO.sub.4, FAH.sub.2PO.sub.4, CsH.sub.2PO.sub.4, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.4, MAH.sub.2NO.sub.2, FAH.sub.2NO.sub.2, CsH.sub.2NO.sub.2, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2NO.sub.2, MAH.sub.2NO.sub.3, FAH.sub.2NO.sub.3, CsH.sub.2NO.sub.3, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2NO.sub.3, MAH.sub.2NO.sub.4, FAH.sub.2NO.sub.4, CsH.sub.2NO.sub.4, and C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2NO.sub.4.
3. The organic compound according to claim 1, wherein the organic compound comprises one or more of CH.sub.3NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.4, CH.sub.5N.sub.2H.sub.2PO.sub.4, CsH.sub.2PO.sub.4, C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.4, CH.sub.3NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.3, and CH.sub.3NH.sub.3H.sub.2PO.sub.2.
4. A perovskite precursor solution, comprising the organic compound according to claim 1 and a perovskite precursor material.

The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 4, wherein the perovskite precursor material comprises an organic halide ABX.sub.3, wherein A comprises one or more of CH.sub.3NH.sub.3.sup.+, CH.sub.5N.sub.2.sup.+, Cs.sup.+, and C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3.sup.+, B comprises one or more of Pb, Sn, and Ge, X comprises one or more of F.sup., Cl.sup., Br.sup., and I.sup..
6. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 5, wherein the organic halide comprises FA.sub.1-x-Cs.sub.xPb(I.sub.1-yBr.sub.y).sub.3, wherein 0<x<1, and 0<y<1.
7. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 5, wherein a molar concentration of the organic halide in the perovskite precursor solution is 0.5 mol/L to 3 mol/L; and a molar concentration of the organic compound in the perovskite precursor solution is 0.000810.sup.2 mol/L to 0.18 mol/L.
8. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 5, wherein the molar concentration of the organic halide in the perovskite precursor solution is 0.8 mol/L to 1.5 mol/L.
9. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 4, wherein the molar concentration of the organic compound in the perovskite precursor solution is 0.00310.sup.2 mol/L to 0.1 mol/L.
10. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 4, wherein the molar concentration of the organic compound in the perovskite precursor solution is 0.0110.sup.1 mol/L to 0.01 mol/L.
11. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 5, wherein in the perovskite precursor solution, a ratio of the molar concentration of the organic halide to the molar concentration of the organic compound is 100:(0.0008-12).
12. The perovskite precursor solution according to claim 4, wherein the perovskite precursor solution further comprises an organic solvent; wherein the organic solvent comprises one or more of N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone, acetonitrile, 2-mercaptoethanol, and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone.
13. A perovskite film prepared and formed from the precursor solution according to claim 1.
14. A perovskite cell, comprising a perovskite layer, wherein the perovskite layer comprises the perovskite film according to claim 13.
15. The perovskite cell according to claim 14, wherein a thickness of the perovskite layer is 150 nm to 600 nm4.
16. An electric apparatus, comprising the perovskite cell according to claim 14.

Defects at grain boundaries provide recombination sites, shortening carrier lifetime and severely affecting the performance of the perovskite cell. To address this, this application provides an organic compound. By adding the organic compound as an additive (passivator) to a perovskite precursor solution and using an in-situ passivation approach, a nucleation and crystallization process of the perovskite layer is regulated to achieve in-situ passivation of defects at the grain boundaries, thereby improving the long-term stability of the perovskite cell.
Organic Compound
[0045] A first aspect of this application provides an organic compound MQ, including: a cation, M; and an anion, Q bonded to the cation M; where the M includes one or more of CH.sub.3NH.sub.3.sup.+ [MA.sup.+], CH.sub.5N.sub.2.sup.+ [FA.sup.+], Cs.sup.+, and C.sub.2H.sub.5NH.sub.3.sup.+, and the Q includes one or more of H.sub.2PO.sub.x.sup. and H.sub.2NO.sub.y.sup., where x and y are each independently an integer from 2 to 4.

The reagents or instruments used are all conventional products that are commercially available if no manufacturer is indicated.
Example 1
Preparation of Organic Compound:
[0116] A crystallized and dried round-bottom flask was used, and 9.5 g of a methylamine ethanol solution (0.096 mol, a concentration of methylamine ethanol solution was 30 wt % to 33 wt %) and 100 mL of ethanol were added and stirred in an ice-water bath for 10 min until the solution was cooled to 0-5 C. 9.8 g (0.1 mol) of phosphoric acid was additionally taken and dropwise added to the round-bottom flask, then reaction was performed in the ice-water bath for 3 h, allowing the solution to be slowly heated to room temperature (25 C.); and then the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation. Then, the resulting product was dispersed in ethanol and washed repeatedly with diethyl ether to obtain white particles of methylammonium phosphate (MAH.sub.2PO.sub.4).
Preparation of Perovskite Cell:
[0117] (a) A piece of FTO conductive glass with a size of 5 cm5 cm was used and subjected to laser ablation to leave an insulating region. Then, the conductive glass was sequentially subjected to ultrasonic treatment with deionized water, detergent, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, ethanol, and deionized water for 20 min, then dried with N.sub.2, and was used as a transparent conductive layer for use. [0118] (b) An NiO.sub.x nanoparticle solution was spin-coated onto the above transparent conductive layer at a speed of 3000 rpm, annealed at 200 C. for 15 min, and cooled naturally to obtain an electron transport layer with a thickness of 10 nm. Tests
(1) Test of Photoelectric Conversion Efficiency
[0148] Under normal temperature and pressure, a solar simulator light source was used as an AM1.5G standard light source (AM 1.5G, 100 mW/cm.sup.2), a volt-ampere characteristic curve of a component under light source irradiation was measured using a four-channel digital source meter (Keithley 2440) to obtain an open-circuit voltage Voc, a short-circuit current density Jsc, and a fill factor FF (Fill Factor) of the component, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency PCE (Efficiency) of the component was obtained.
[0149] Normal temperature and pressure referred to: a normal pressure, where the temperature was 25 C. and the pressure was one atmosphere; and a normal temperature, where the temperature was 20 C. to 30 C. and might further be 25 C.
(2) Stability Test
[0150] After the test, the cell was placed in an atmospheric environment (with relative humidity of 85% and an ambient temperature of approximately 15-40 C.). After the cell was exposed to light for at least 200 hours, the photoelectric conversion efficiency was tested again, and then a difference between the component efficiency after placed in the atmosphere for 200 hours and an initial efficiency was calculated. A decrease in the photoelectric conversion efficiency was a ratio of the difference to the initial efficiency and was used as the performance parameter for the stability of the component.
