[0012] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a reusable party game kit according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0013] FIG. 2 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0014] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0015] FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0016] FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0017] FIG. 6 is a view of an embodiment of the disclosure in use.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0018] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 6 thereof, a new reusable party game kit embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

[0019] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 6, the reusable party game kit 10 generally comprises A reusable party game kit 10 includes a container 12, a hose 14, and a balloon 16. The container 12 includes a cavity 18 to hold a supply of party treats 70, an input port 20, and an output port 22 designed to permit party treats 70 to pass out of the cavity 18. The hose 14 is connected to the input port 20 and designed to operatively connect the container 12 to an air supply 24 to permit flow of air into the cavity 18. The balloon 16 is connected to the output port 22, wherein the balloon 16 is designed to be inflated and filled with party treats 70 passing out of the cavity 18 until the balloon 16 explodes.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, the container 12 can include a decorative design on an outer surface thereof. The container 12 can be shaped in the form of an animal or person. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the container 12 is in the shape of a rabbit-like animal that would be entertaining or attractive to children. However, virtually any design or shape is possible for different types of events.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 2, the output port 22 is positioned on a bottom portion 26 of the container 12 under the cavity 18 to permit party treats 70 to fall out by gravity. The output port 22 can also include a friction structure 28 positioned on the exterior thereof, such as ribbing or screw threads, which would help secure the balloon 16 in place as shown in FIG. 6.

[0022] In one possible embodiment, the reusable party game kit 10 further includes a selectively actuatable air supply 24 connected to the hose 14. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the air supply 24 is a manual pump, though a powered or compressed air device could be used. As shown in FIG. 6, the hose 14 can be used to suspend the container 12 from above in the manner of a piata, though other suspension structures could be used, such as wires or cords.

[0023] The reusable party game kit 10 is for use primarily as a piata-style game. As shown in FIG. 4, a user first inserts party treats 70 into the cavity 18 via the output port 22. The party treats 70 can be both edible and inedible items, such as candy or party favors. The user connects the balloon 16 to the output to cover it and prevent party treats 70 from falling out. The hose 14 is connected to the input port 20 and to the air supply 24. As shown in FIG. 6, the user then suspends the container 12 from an overhead support structure, such as a ceiling or similar. Again, this can be done using the hose 14 as shown or by another support. The air supply 24 is then operated to inflate the balloon 16. As the balloon 16 expands, the balloon 16 is filled with the party treats 70 passing out of the cavity 18, in this case by gravity, though the air pressure could also be a factor in blowing the party treats 70 out of the container 12, especially if the party treats 70 are particularly light in weight. The inflation could be done by one person, or could be done by persons at the party, such as children, taking turns to make for a more interactive experience. Regardless of the inflation process, the balloon 16 is inflated until either the balloon 16 explodes by too much pressure, or by a person impinging the balloon 16 with an object and causing the balloon 16 to explode or pop. Once the balloon 16 explodes, the party treats 70 are released all at once for collection by persons playing with the reusable party game kit 10. The process can be repeated with additional balloons 16 and party treats 70, wherein in one possible embodiment the reusable party game kit 10 includes a plurality of balloons 16.

[0024] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0025] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word comprising is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article a does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
