Moreover, the described specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics can be combined in any one or more embodiments or implementations in an appropriate manner.
[0041] The following is a detailed description of the disclosure in combination with the attached drawings.
[0042] In order to solve the above problems, as shown in
[0043] The hair curling device 4 includes a flexible filling structure 2 and a flexible wrapping layer 1. The flexible filling structure 2 is in a strip shape and the flexible filling structure 2 is made of a thermal storage material. The flexible wrapping layer 1 is sheathed on the flexible filling structure 2.
[0044] It should be noted that the flexible filling structure 2 of the disclosure is designed to be the strip shape to facilitate the winding of the user's hair. The filling structure 2 is made of the thermal storage material, so that the hair curling device 4 can be placed in a microwave oven or other heating devices for heating when in use, this allows the hair curling device 4 to reach a temperature of about 50-60 C., and a large wavy curling effect can be achieved after using the hair curling device 4 to curl the hair for about 50 minutes, thus the curling process of the entire head of the user can be completed in a short time, greatly improving efficiency. Moreover, due to the use of the thermal storage material, not only can the temperature for curling be maintained, but also the durability of the curly hair can be ensured, making the hairstyle more lasting. The wrapping layer 1 is disposed outside the filling structure 2 for wrapping, which can also maintain heat effectively, and unlike the electric curling iron, low-temperature heating of the hair curling device 4 is not harmful to the hair.
[0045] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0046] It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the middle part 212 is connected and disposed between the two curling parts 213. When the hair curling device 4 is in use, the middle part 212 is first placed on the top of the user's head, at which time the two curling parts 213 hang down to two ears of the user. The user's hair is divided into left and right parts from the back of the user's head along a midline, and the left and right parts of the hair are wound on the two curling parts 213 sequentially from hair root to hair tail for curling, respectively. The filling structure 2 is easy to use and convenient for the user to wind all the hair.
[0047] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0048] It should be noted that, preferably, the middle part 212 is designed to be flat. Since the top of the user's head has a certain curvature, a flat design of the middle part 212 can better conform to the curvature of the user's head, and it can also reduce a thickness of the middle part 212, which makes the middle part 212 more flexible, thereby enhancing the comfort for the user.
[0049] In an embodiment, each of the two curling parts 213 defines grooves configured to make a part of each of the two curling parts 213 concave to form a folded area 211.
[0050] It should be noted that, preferably, the grooves 214 are defined on a middle position of each of the two curling parts 213. By setting the grooves 214, the folded area 211 is formed on each of the two curling parts 213. The folded area 211 is thinner and has high flexibility, which results in good folding performance. The setting of the grooves 214 also provides the folded space for the folded area 211. In the hair curling device 4, each of the two curling parts 213 can be folded, and the middle part 212 can also be folded, making it convenient to store the hair curling device 4.
[0051] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0052] It should be noted that, preferably, the grooves 214 are designed as the arc-shaped grooves 215, and the number of the arc-shaped grooves 215 of each of the two curling parts 213 is two, the two arc-shaped grooves 215 are symmetrically defined on the two sides 216 of the curling part 213. Opening lines of the arc-shaped grooves 215 are relatively soft, which can prevent damage to the hair during the winding process. The symmetrical setting of the two grooves 214 of each curling part 213 can reduce the thickness of the folded area to the thinnest, thereby further facilitating the folding of the curling parts 213.
[0053] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0054] It should be noted that, preferably, the cross-section of each curling part 213 is disposed to be circular or quasi-circular. The cross-section of each curling part 213 is a section perpendicular to the central axis L of each curling part 213. Preferably, a diameter of the cross-section of the curling part 213 is about 3 centimeters (cm), which results in the hair having a large wavy effect after use. Additionally, a length of the filling structure 2 is about 92 cm, making it suitable for medium to long hair, thereby increasing its applicability.
[0055] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0056] It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the connection structures 3 are the hair rings 31. When the user's hair is wound around the curling parts 213, the hair rings 31 can be used to tie the hair tail tightly onto the curling parts 213, this allows the hair to remain in a wound state and be shaped into curly hair after a period of time. The connection structure 3, being the hair ring 31, facilitates flexible use by the user, and the hair ring 31 can also be used independently in daily life.
[0057] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0058] It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the connection structures 3 are the two first ties 32, and the two first ties 32 are disposed at the two ends 11 of the wrapping layer 1. When the user's hair is wound around each curling part 213, the curling parts 213 can be wound back around the back of the user's head, crossed at the back of the user's head, and then tied at the user's forehead by the two first ties 32, thereby forming updo around the user's head, facilitating the user's activities.
[0059] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0060] It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the filling structure 2 is set to be a short version. When the hair curling device 4 is in use, the user selects a section of hair, places the filling structure 2 at the hair tail, and rotates the filling structure 2 from the hair tail until it rotates to a vicinity of the hair root, so that the user's hair is wound around the heating part 21 in multiple layers, and finally, the first end 221 and the second end 222 are connected to make the filling structure 2 form a ring (i.e., a closed loop) and the user's hair can be fixed, and the curling effect can be achieved after a period of time. The filling structure 2 is set to be the short version makes it convenient for the user to curl hair in different sections, allowing the user to flexibly use it according to the hairstyle needs. Moreover, a volume of the filling structure 2 is smaller, making it convenient for storage and carrying.
[0061] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0062] It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the flat structure design of the heating part 21 allows the filling structure 2 to wind multiple layers of hair without becoming overly bulky, facilitating user operation. The thickness of the flat structure is specifically about 5 millimeters (mm), the length of the flat structure is about 15 cm, and the width of the flat structure is about 4 cm, making it suitable for users with different hair lengths and volumes.
[0063] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0064] It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the two second ties 33 are disposed at the two ends 11 of the wrapping layer 1, respectively. When the user uses the filling structure 2 to wind the hair to the hair root, the two second ties 33 are wound to openings of the first end 221 and the second end 222, and the hair is tied tightly on the filling structure 2 through the two second ties 33. The design of the two second ties 33 allows users to choose the degree of tightness according to their own situation, offering a high level of comfort.
[0065] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0066] It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the connection structures 3 are the two extension parts 34, which are plate-like flanges and disposed at the two ends 11 of the wrapping layer 1. Each extension part 34 is provided with the connecting piece 5 for the mutual connection, so that when the user uses the filling structure 2 to wind the hair to the hair root, the two extension parts 34 are wound to the openings of the first end 221 and the second end 222, and the hair is tied tightly on the filling structure 2 through the connecting pieces 5. The setting of the connecting pieces 5 is more convenient for the user to operate compared to the second ties 33.
[0067] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0068] It should be noted that, preferably, the connecting pieces 5 are the snap fasteners 35, the snap fasteners 35 include a male snap 352 and a female snap 351. The snap fasteners 35 are respectively disposed at opposite positions of the two extension parts 34, allowing the two extension parts 34 to be buckled to each other. The snap fasteners 35 are more stable after buckling, which can prevent the hair from loosening due to the user's movements, and be also convenient to detach.
[0069] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0070] It should be noted that, in another embodiment, the connection structure 3 is the elastic part 36. The elastic part 36 is connected to the wrapping layer 1 to form a circular shape (i.e., closed loop), so that when the hair curling device 4 is in use, the user's hair is passed through the center of the circular shape and then wound in multiple layers. Due to the elasticity of the elastic part 36, it facilitates the stretching of the elastic part 36 for the user to wind the hair. After the winding is completed, the elastic part 36 is then elastically contracts to fix the hair, which is more convenient and faster.
[0071] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0072] It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the flexible filling structure 2 is set to be sectional, with each accommodating part 12 being a long, cylindrical tube-like structure, capable of accommodating the first part 22 and the second part 23 within it. When the hair curling device 4 is in use, the soft package part 13 is placed on the user's forehead, and the user's hair is wound around the first part 22 and the second part 23. Then, the first part 22 and the second part 23 are wound around from the left and right sides of the user's head to the back, eventually swirling back to the front of the user's head, and the connecting pieces 5 are used to connect and tie tightly each connecting part 14 with the soft package part 13, thereby creating a double-layered curly hair effect at the back of the user's head.
[0073] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0074] It should be noted that, preferably, the soft package part 13 is provided with the multiple female snaps 351 arranged at intervals along a length direction of the soft package part 13. Each connecting part 14 is provided with a male snap 352, allowing users to select anyone of the female snaps 351 to buckle the male snap 352 according to their head circumference, as well as the length and volume of their hair to obtain an appropriate tightness, thereby improving applicability.
[0075] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0076] It should be noted that, preferably, the connecting parts 14 are elastic, which further enhance the applicability of the hair curling device 4. The elasticity of the connecting parts helps prevent the connecting parts 14 from tightening on the user's skin and causing discomfort during prolonged wear.
[0077] In an embodiment, the thermal storage material is a silicone material.
[0078] It should be noted that, preferably, the thermal storage material is made of the silicone material. The silicone material has good heat retention properties, emits no odor when heated, is safe and eco-friendly, and also has good flexibility, making it easy for users to bend into various shapes for curling hair.
[0079] In an embodiment, as shown in
[0080] It should be noted that, preferably, the wrapping layer 1 is made of the flannelette. The flannelette has good insulation properties, which can extend the heating time and enhance the curling effect. Moreover, the flannelette is soft and does not damage the hair.
[0081] In an embodiment, the thermal storage material is ceramic particles.
[0082] It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the thermal energy storage material is ceramic particles. The ceramic particles have good heat resistance, high energy storage density, are cost-effective, non-toxic and harmless, and have good recyclability. In addition, the thermal energy storage material can also be biomass particles. The biomass particles can be selected from one or a combination of flaxseed, lavender seeds, lemongrass, mint leaves, wood chips, straw particles, rice grains, corn seeds, wheat, cherry pits, and beans. The biomass particles are eco-friendly and pollution-free. For example, using the flaxseed as a thermal energy storage material can have the effect of hair care when heated. The thermal energy storage material can also be tourmaline, clay particles, etc.
[0083] It should be noted that the above technical features continue to be combined with each other to form various embodiments not listed above, which are all considered within the scope of the disclosure. Moreover, for those skilled in the art, improvements or transformations can be made according to the above description, and all these improvements and transformations should fall within the scope of protection of the claims attached to the disclosure.
