Abstract
A steam ironing head includes a detachable air suction device, a handheld garment steamer and an upright garment steamer, and belongs to garment ironing technology. In the steam ironing head, an ironing surface provided with steam outlets and a detachable air suction device are arranged on a head, and the air suction device is configured to suck air via a suction inlet when an ironing surface is close to a garment, and draw the garment thereto to promote the garment to be close to the ironing surface. In this way, when users iron a garment in a suspended state, the air suction device can be assembled on the head to draw the garment in the suspended state. When users iron a garment spread on an ironing board, the air suction device can be detached from the head to reduce the burden of the users' hands, thus improving using flexibility.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0043] To gain a better understanding of the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the invention, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the invention are clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings of the embodiments. Obviously, the embodiments in the following description are merely illustrative ones, and are not all possible ones of the invention. All other embodiments obtained by those ordinarily skilled in the art based on the following ones without creative labor should also fall within the protection scope of the invention.
[0044] Terms comprise and provided with and any variants thereof in the description and claims of the invention are intended to indicate non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a method or product comprising a series of technical features is not definitely limited to technical features that are clearly listed and may comprise other technical features that are not clearly listed and comprised in the method or product.
[0045] In the description of the invention, it should be understood that terms such as upper, lower, front, back, left and right are used to indicate directional or positional relations based on the accompanying drawings merely for the purpose of facilitating and simplifying the description, do not indicate or imply that devices or elements referred to must be in a specific direction or be configured and operated in a specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limitations of the invention. Wherein, upper is opposite to lower, front is opposite to back, and left is opposite to right.
[0046] The invention is described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.
Embodiment 1
[0047] As shown in
[0048] Wherein, the suction inlet 1214 is located in a front wall 1213 of the air suction device 1213, and the garment is supported by the front wall when drawn by the suction inlet, such that the garment is prevented from deformation and kept tidy. The front wall 1213 is located behind a plane where the ironing surface 111 is located, and is parallel to the ironing surface, such that a fabric can be as close to as the ironing surface to ensure that steam released via the steam outlets can be applied to the garment at a high temperature and a high speed to fulfill a good ironing effect. In addition, when users iron a garment spread on an ironing board, the ironing surface can still be kept in contact with the ironing surface even if the air suction device is not detached. In other embodiments, the front wall 1213 and the ironing surface 111 may be located in a same plane; or, the front wall 1213 may be located behind the plane where the ironing surface 111 is located, and intersect with an edge of the ironing surface.
[0049] The air suction device 120 is configured on a lower side of the head 110, such that users can perform operations easily. For example, when users iron a garment in a hung state, the garment will droop, in this case, the users can move the ironing surface from top to bottom along the surface of the garment, at this moment, the garment will be pulled by an object where the garment is hung such as a hanger and drawn by the air suction device to ensure that the portion, corresponding to the ironing surface, of the garment is tensioned to be flat, and steam released via the steam outlets is applied to the garment to iron the garment. Even if such a configuration of the air suction device is preferred, in other embodiments, the air suction devices may be configured on left and right sides of the head, or the air suction device may be configured on an upper side of the head, or the air suction device may be ring-shaped and disposed around the head.
[0050] A grating 1215 is arranged at the suction inlet 1214 to prevent the garment from being drawn into the suction inlet. The air suction device 120 is clamped on the head 110 to facilitate assembly and disassembly. As for a clamping structure shown below, a circular bump 1218 and a circular groove 114 are respectively arranged on the air suction device 120 and the head 110, a lug 115 and a slot 1219 are respectively arranged on a circumferential wall of the circular bump and a circumferential wall of the circular groove, and when the air suction device 120 is assembled on the head, the circular bump 1218 is received in the circular groove 114, the lug 115 enters the slot 1219, and the air suction device 120 and the head 110 can be rotated relatively to clamp the lug 115 in the slot 1219 so as to clamp the air suction device on the head. When the air suction device needs to be detached from the head, the air suction device 120 and the head 110 are rotated oppositely to allow the lug 115 to disengage from the slot 1219, and then the air suction device can be detached from the head. Under the enlightenment of the clamping structure, other structures may be adopted in specific implementation to replace the clamping structure shown below.
[0051] Further, as shown in
Embodiment 2
[0052] As shown in
[0053] According to the fit between the power supply portion 113 and the power receiving portion 122, power may be supplied to the air suction device by an external power supply, such that the air suction device can be detached without being intervened by a power supply wire, and the size of the air suction device is small.
[0054] This embodiment is identical with Embodiment 1 in other structures and will not be repeated here.
Embodiment 3
[0055] As shown in
[0056]
[0057] In this embodiment, power may be supplied to the air suction device in any of the following ways: [0058] (1) The same as Embodiment 1, the air suction device comprises a power supply and a switch, the switch controls the power supply to supply power to or stop supplying power to the air suction device. [0059] (2) The same as Embodiment 2, the head is provided with a power supply portion, and the air suction device is provided with a power receiving portion; when the air suction device is assembled on the head, the power supply portion is electrically connected with the power receiving portion; and when the air suction device is detached from the head, the power supply portion is electrically connected to the power receiving portion.
[0060] This embodiment is identical with Embodiment 1 in other structures and will not be repeated here.
[0061]
[0062]
[0063] When a garment in a hung state is ironed, the air suction device may be started to draw the garment to promote the garment to be close to the ironing surface. When a garment spread on the ironing board is ironed, the air suction device may be shut down stop drawing the garment, and the ironing surface makes contact with the garment to iron the garment.
