[0037] As shown in FIGS. 1-5, a portable inflatable sofa provided by the present disclosure includes: a sofa body 100 made of a drop-stitch air cushion material, wherein the sofa body 100 is formed by folding an integrally-cut structure, the sofa body 100 is divided by folds 104 into a backrest portion 101, a seat cushion portion 102, and armrest portions 103 on two sides, and the backrest portion 101 and the armrest portions 103 are configured to be folded upwards to form a state of being relatively perpendicular to the seat cushion portion 102; and the inflatable sofa further includes a connection strap 200, wherein the backrest portion 101 is connected to the armrest portions 103 on the two sides through the connection strap 200. A rear portion of the backrest portion 101 is provided with an air valve.

[0038] The portable inflatable sofa of the present disclosure is formed by an inflatable body made of the drop-stitch air cushion cloth material. The backrest portion 101, a base portion, and the armrest portions 103 on the two sides are formed by folding one inflatable body, and only an edge of the integrally-cut structure needs to be sealed, so that airtightness is more desirable. An inner core of the drop-stitch air cushion cloth material consists of tens of thousands of composite fibers. When in use, each inflatable body is inflated. When inflation is performed to the recommended pounds per square inch (PSI), under the action of the fibers, an air pressure is evenly distributed on a top surface and a bottom surface, so that a hard and stable inner core is formed. After inflation is performed to a sufficiently firm state, a desirable bearing capacity is realized. Then, the backrest portion 101 and the armrest portions 103 are folded up, so as to reach the state relatively perpendicular to the seat cushion portion 102, so that the portable inflatable sofa will not be dented when a user sits on it, and offers great comfort. The connection strap 200 connecting the backrest portion 101 and the armrest portions 103 is maintained in a state after forming. When required to be stored, the portable inflatable sofa can be easily stored and folded after deflated, so that a small space is occupied.

[0039] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the sofa body 100 includes a drop-stitch fabric layer 110, an airtight coating layer (not shown in the figures), a fusion layer 120, and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film layer 130 in sequence from inside to outside, a cutting opening of the drop-stitch fabric layer is scaled by an edge sealing strip 140, a decorative strip 150 is arranged on an outer side of the edge sealing strip 140, and the decorative strips 150 is bonded to the polyvinyl chloride film layer 130 on an upper side and a lower side, respectively. The sofa body 100 includes the drop-stitch fabric layer, the airtight coating layer, the fusion layer, and the polyvinyl chloride film layers in sequence from inside to outside. The airtight coating layer ensures airtightness, and avoids air leakage. The polyvinyl chloride film layers are attached to the outside through a hot melt technology and the fusion layer. High-quality polyvinyl chloride outer films are firm and wear-resistant, and thus are suitable for outdoor use. The cutting opening of the drop-stitch fabric layer is sealed through the edge sealing strip, and the decorative strips are arranged on the outer sides of the edge sealing strip, to ensure the appearance attractiveness.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, an arc-shaped transition opening 105 is formed at a corner joint between the backrest portion 101 and the armrest portion 103 and the arc-shaped transition opening 105 is concave inward, and a decorative strip at the arc-shaped transition opening 105 is made of an elastic material or a pleated material. The dented arc-shaped transition opening 105 is formed at the corner joint between the backrest portion 101 and the armrest portion 103. By reserving the arc-shaped transition opening 105, insufficient folding caused by accumulation of the material at the corner joint during folding forming is avoided. The decorative strip at the arc-shaped transition opening 105 is made of an elastic material or a pleated material. During folding, a surface at the corner joint deforms obviously. The elastic material or the pleated material is deformable, and thus will not be pressed or accumulated. Accordingly, the appearance is attractive.

[0041] As shown in the FIGS. 1 and 4, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the sofa body 100 further includes a memory elastic sheet 106, and the memory elastic sheet 106 is arranged at a joint between the armrest portion 103 and the seat cushion portion 102, so that after the armrest portion 103 is folded, the armrest portion 103 is in a state of being relatively perpendicular to the seat cushion portion 102.

[0042] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory elastic sheet 106 is arranged at a joint between the backrest portion 101 and the seat cushion portion 102, so that after the backrest portion 101 is folded, the backrest portion is in a state of being relatively perpendicular to the seat cushion portion 102.

[0043] By providing the memory elastic sheet 106, the shape stability of the armrest portion 103 folded upwards is ensured, and more labor is saved on. The memory elastic sheet 106 is arranged at the joint between the armrest portion 103 and the seat cushion portion 102. In a non-inflated state, the memory elastic sheet 106 is in a curled state, so as to be stored automatically. In an inflated state, when folded upwards, the memory elastic sheet 106 has a tendency to curl. However, the inflatable body has certain structural strength, so that the memory elastic sheet 106 can maintain a state of being relatively perpendicular to the armrest portion 103 only. The memory elastic sheet 106 is used as a skeleton structure of the inflatable body after inflation, so that a simple structure is realized. Accordingly, the armrest portion 103 can be vertical without adding too many structures, and the portability of the inflatable sofa is ensured.

[0044] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a first memory elastic sheet 106 is arranged between the armrest portion 103 on one side and the seat cushion portion 102, and a second memory elastic sheet 106 is arranged between the armrest portion 103 on another side and the seat cushion portion 102; wherein the first memory elastic sheet 106 and the second memory elastic sheet 106 extend to at least of a height of the corresponding armrest portions 103.

[0045] The first memory elastic sheet 106 and the second memory elastic sheet 106 are arranged in a staggered manner, one end of the first memory elastic sheet 106 and one end of the second memory elastic sheet 106 extend to at least of a width of the seat cushion portion 102, and another ends thereof extend to at least of a height of the corresponding armrest portions 103.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment of the present disclosure (with the memory elastic sheet on one side as an example), a protective layer 107 is arranged at an outer side of the memory elastic sheet 106, and the protective layer 107 is fixed to an inner side of the polyvinyl chloride film layer. The protective layer 107 may be made of polyvinyl chloride or elastic silicone, and fixed to the inner side of the polyvinyl chloride film layer by applying a glue layer or the fusion layer. The protective layer 107 can coat an entire memory elastic sheet 106. Alternatively, an edge-covering protective layer 107 may be arranged at the memory elastic sheet 106.

[0047] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the connection strap 200 includes a first connection section 201 arranged on the armrest portion 103 on one side and the second connection section 202 arranged on the armrest portion 103 on another side, and the first connection section 201 is detachably connected to the second connection section 202 through an insert buckle 203. The first connection section 201 and the second connection section 202 include an adjustment strap 204 and an adjustment buckle 205, respectively. The connection strap 200 is an adjustable connection strap 200. The connection strap 200 includes the first connection section 201 arranged on the armrest portion 103 on one side and the second connection section 202 arranged on the armrest portion 103 on the other side, and the first connection section 201 is detachably connected to the second connection section 202 through the insert buckle 203. Thus, attachment and detachment are facilitated by means of the insert buckle 203. Moreover, the first connection section 201 and the second connection section 202 are each provided with the adjustment strap 204 and the adjustment buckle 205 configured to adjust a length. Accordingly, an inclined state of the backrest portion 101 can be adjusted by adjusting the lengths, so that a state of user comfort is achieved.

[0048] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the connection strap 200 is an elastic adjustment strap 204. The connection strap 200 that is the elastic adjustment strap 204 as a whole is convenient to use. The elastic strap is in a contracted state when in a natural state. In other words, the elastic strap contracts automatically when stored. When the sofa is in a formed state through inflation, the elastic strap is stretched, so as to be fastened to the backrest portion 101 directly, and thus use is convenient.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, a non-slip wear pad 300 is arranged on a lower end surface of the seat cushion portion 102. A polyvinyl chloride material, silicone pad, etc. having a certain thickness is selected as the non-slip wear pad 300. Accordingly, the seat cushion portion 102 is protected against wear caused by friction between a bottom of the seat cushion and the ground or puncture caused by the uneven ground after long-term use.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 1, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, a D-shaped ring 108 and an elastic pocket 109 are arranged on an outer side of the armrest portions 103; and a top end of the backrest portion 101 is provided with a handle 1011. The D-shaped ring 108 can be configured to be connected to the ground or other attachments. Accordingly, the inflatable product is stably placed on a flat surface or mounted on other attachments. For example, the inflatable product can be applied to a fishing board. The top end of the backrest portion 101 is provided with the handle 1011, so as to facilitate taking and placing.
