DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0029] Hereinafter, technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the embodiments described herein are just part of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure and are not all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by one skilled in the art on the basis of the embodiments in the present disclosure without performing creative work shall all fall into the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0030] FIG. 1 is a view illustrating a configuration of a bathtub, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are views illustrating a configuration of a bathtub base plate provided in the present disclosure, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating states in which the bathtub and the bathtub base plate are separated from each other and are coupled to each other.

[0031] Hereinafter, a configuration of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0032] The present disclosure is provided so as to mount a bathtub 100 on a bathroom floor A in a dry manner, and mainly includes the bathtub 100 and a bathtub base plate body 201 capable of supporting the bathtub 100.

[0033] The bathtub 100 has a structure that is generally distributed. The bathtub 100 may be formed of a synthetic resin material such as acrylic, or may be formed of Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastics (GRP) having light weight and excellent durability. Furthermore, the bathtub 100 includes a body 110 configured to accommodate water in an inner portion of the body, and includes a bottom surface 120 provided at a lower portion of the bathtub 100.

[0034] The body 110 has an upper portion provided with an upper border part 160 so that the hands and the head of a user are capable of being seated on the upper portion of the body 110.

[0035] The bottom surface 120 has a gradient G1 so that water inside the bathtub 100 is capable of being smoothly drained toward a drain port 121, has a first side thereof provided with the drain port 121, and has a lower portion thereof provided with a border rib 130 that protrudes vertically from the bottom of the bathtub 100 and provided with a bathtub reinforcement rib 140 that is disposed such that each bathtub reinforcement rib 140 crosses each other and is positioned perpendicular to each other so as to reinforce the strength of the border rib 130, so that the bottom surface 120 reinforces the bottom of the bathtub 100 and also rigidly supports the bathtub 100.

[0036] The bathtub base plate body 201 is configured such that the bathtub base plate body 201 is coupled to the bathtub 100 and has a double structure. The upper surface 210 is configured such that a gradient G2 is formed corresponding to the bottom surface 120 so that water in the bathtub 100 is capable of being smoothly drained toward the drain port 121, and has a fitting groove 220 formed corresponding to a shape of each of the border rib 130 and the bathtub reinforcement rib 140 of the bathtub 100, so that the bathtub base plate body 201 is capable of being mounted while being in a state in which the bathtub base plate body 201 is fitted and inserted into the bathtub 100. Furthermore, a bottom of the bathtub base plate body 201 is provided with a reinforcement rib 230 for reinforcing the strength of the bathtub base plate body 201, and a first side of the bathtub base plate body 201 is provided with a drain hole 250 so that a drain pipe (not illustrated) coupled to the drain port 121 of the bathtub 100 passes therethrough.

[0037] FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a state in which the bathtub, the bathtub base plate, and a column are separated from each other, FIG. 6 is a view illustrating a state in which the bathtub, the bathtub base plate, and the column are coupled to each other, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the states in which the bathtub, the bathtub base plate, and the column are separated from each other and are coupled to each other.

[0038] As another embodiment of the present disclosure, a double structure is realized by coupling the bathtub 100 to a bathtub base plate 200, and a column 300 are provided on a lower portion of the bathtub base plate body 201 so that a space part S formed between the bathtub 100 and the bathroom floor A has a greater height value.

[0039] The bottom of the bathtub base plate body 201 is provided with the reinforcement rib 230 and a column fitting groove 240 into which the column 300 is inserted.

[0040] As illustrated in the drawings, the column 300 may be formed in a rectangular shape such that a shape of the column 300 corresponds to a shape of the column fitting groove 240, and the column fitting groove 240 and the column 300 may be formed and manufactured in various shapes such as a circular shape, a pentagon shape, a hexagon shape, and so on as required.

[0041] In addition, the column 300 is provided such that the space part S between the bathtub 100 and the bathroom floor A has a greater height value so that the space part S corresponds to a position where the bathtub 100 is mounted, and is provided such that the column 300 supports the bathtub 100 and the bathtub base plate body 201. Furthermore, the column 300 may be manufactured and used so that the height of the column 300 corresponds to a separation height between the bathroom floor A and the bathtub 100 that will be mounted. As the space part S is formed between the bathroom floor A and the bathtub 100, a function of reducing various noises generated in the bathtub 100 and reducing a noise resonance phenomenon in which noise echoes inside the bathtub 100 is provided.

[0042] FIGS. 8A to 8D show a view illustrating various embodiments of the column coupled to the bathtub base plate.

[0043] As another embodiment of the column 300, a shock absorbing pad 310 for providing a shock absorbing function may further be provided on a lower end portion of the column 300 so that an effect of reducing noise and resonance, so that the present disclosure is completed.

[0044] The bathtub base plate 200 having the structure facilitating mounting of the bathtub 100 is provided for mounting the bathtub 100 in the dry manner. Since the gradient G2 is formed in the upper surface 210 of the bathtub base plate body 201 so that the upper surface 210 corresponds to the bottom surface 120 of the bathtub 100 such that the bathtub base plate body 201 and the bottom surface 120 of the bathtub 100 are not required to be mounted in an inclined manner, the bottom surface 120 of the bathtub 100 is mounted inclinedly by only coupling the bathtub 100 to the bathtub base plate body 201. Therefore, the mounting of the bathtub 100 is capable of being conveniently performed, the construction period may be reduced, and the mounting method may be conveniently performed.

[0045] In the present disclosure, since the border rib 130 and the bathtub reinforcement rib 140 that are formed on the bottom surface 120 of the bathtub 100 are capable of being fitted to and inserted into the fitting groove 220 of the bathtub base plate body 201, the bathtub 100 may be rigidly coupled to the bathtub base plate body 201 without shaking, and the mounting of the bathtub 100 may be conveniently performed.

[0046] While the description described above is merely an exemplary embodiment realized by some improvements of the present disclosure, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Furthermore, all equivalent modifications and variations implemented in the improvements of the present disclosure, or combinations not described in the present specification, should all be included within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
