Abstract
A cantilever umbrella includes a canopy, a base, and an upright pole. The upright pole is disposed on the base. A locking block is fixedly disposed on the upright pole. A fixed rod, a first cantilever arm, and a second cantilever arm are disposed on the locking block. A connector on the first cantilever arm is connected to a protruding portion on the second cantilever arm through a second screw. After the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm are dismounted, a size of a transportation case can be reduced when the cantilever umbrella is packaged for transportation, and therefore, costs are reduced. When the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm slide in the locking block and a locking sliding sleeve, an angle of the canopy is adjusted with sliding of the first cantilever arm and the second cantilever arm.
Claims
1. A cantilever umbrella, comprising: a canopy (1), a base (2), and an upright pole (3), wherein the upright pole (3) is disposed on the base (2); a locking block (4) is fixedly disposed on the upright pole (3); a fixed rod (5) is fixedly disposed on the locking block (4); a first cantilever arm (6) and a second cantilever arm (7) are further disposed on the locking block (4); the first cantilever arm (6) and the second cantilever arm (7) are connected to each other through a plurality of first screws (8); a locking sliding sleeve (9) is disposed between the fixed rod (5) and the first cantilever arm (6) or the second cantilever arm (7); an end of the second cantilever arm (7) is fixedly connected to a hanging member (10); the canopy (1) is disposed beneath the hanging member (10); and an end of the first cantilever arm (6) is connected to an opening-closing structural component of the canopy (1).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of first pulleys (11) are disposed in the locking block (4); a second pulley (12) is disposed in the locking sliding sleeve (9); a rolling ball (13) is disposed in each of the first pulley (11) and the second pulley (12); a threaded groove (14) is provided on the locking block (4); the threaded groove (14) is fixedly connected to a second screw (16) fixedly disposed on a knob (15); the second screw (16) is in contact with and connected to a locating block (17); and the locating block (17) is separately in contact with and connected to the first cantilever arm (6) and the second cantilever arm (7).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 2, wherein a connector (18) is disposed on the second cantilever arm (7); a protruding portion (19) is disposed in the first cantilever arm (6); the connector (18) fits the protruding portion (19); the connector (18) is connected to the protruding portion (19) through the plurality of first screws (8); and a cap (20) is disposed outside the first screw (8).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 3, wherein a fastening member (21) is fixedly disposed beneath the hanging member (10); a connecting rod (22) is fixedly disposed below the fastening member (21); a fitting member (23) is disposed on the connecting rod (22); a plurality of first umbrella ribs (24) are disposed on the fastening member (21); a plurality of second umbrella ribs (25) are disposed on the fitting member (23); and the first umbrella ribs (24) and the second umbrella ribs (25) are connected to each other through a plurality of rotating members (26).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 4, wherein the opening-closing structural component of the canopy (1) comprises a handle housing (27), a left pressure cover (28), a right pressure cover (29), a rope winding wheel (30), a hand crank (31), a torsion spring (32), a rope (33), and a crankshaft handle (34); the rope (33) is located in the fitting member (23), the connecting rod (22), the fastening member (21), the hanging member (10), the first cantilever arm (6), and the second cantilever arm (7); one end of the rope (33) is fixedly connected to the fitting member (23); the other end of the rope (33) is fixedly connected to the rope winding wheel (30); each of the left pressure cover (28) and the right pressure cover (29) is connected to the handle housing (27) through a third screw (35); a lug (36) is disposed on the fitting member (23); and the lug (36) fits an end of the connecting rod (22).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 5, wherein a supporting frame (37) is disposed in the base (2); the supporting frame (37) is fixedly connected to the base (2) and a disc (38) separately; a bearing (39) is disposed on the disc (38); a gear (40) is disposed above the bearing (39); the gear (40) is fixedly connected to a rotating portion (41); an inserting rod (42) is disposed on the rotating portion (41); the inserting rod (42) is connected to the upright pole (3) through inserting; a limiting plate (43) is disposed on the base (2); and the inserting rod (42) penetrates through the limiting plate (43).

The cantilever umbrella according to claim 6, wherein a clamping component is disposed on a side of the disc (38); the clamping component comprises an edge block (44), an upper block (45), and a foot pedal (46); a clamping portion (47) is disposed on the upper block (45); the clamping portion (47) is disposed between teeth of the gear (40); the foot pedal (46) is located above the upper block (45); the edge block (44) is connected to the upper block (45) through a cross rod (48); and a spring (49) is disposed on the cross rod (48).

The first screws 8 are screwed out to facilitate dismounting of the first cantilever arm 6 and the second cantilever arm 7. After the first cantilever arm 6 and the second cantilever arm 7 are dismounted, a size of a transportation case can be reduced when the cantilever umbrella is packaged for transportation, and therefore, transportation costs are reduced. When the reaction and extension rope 33 is extended, the lug 36 is separated from the connecting rod 22 to retract the canopy 1. When the rope 33 is tightened, the lug 36 fits an end of the connecting rod 22 to open the canopy 1. The left pressure cover 28 and the right pressure cover 29 are stably disposed on the handle housing 27 through the third screw 35.

After rotation to a required angle, the foot pedal 46 is released to dispose the clamping portion 47 among the teeth, thereby completing rotation. When the foot pedal 46 is not stepped on, the foot pedal 46 makes the clamping portion 47 being always disposed among the teeth of the gear 40 through the spring 49. The spring 49 is located on an outer side of the cross rod 48, one end of the spring 49 is in contact with and connected to the upper block 45, and the other end of the spring 49 is in contact with and connected to the edge block 44.
