    Abstract

    This is a structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly, which includes a casing, and a connecting piece disposed inside the casing, wherein the connecting piece props against a hinge that connects the casing with a top lid, and the connecting piece is fixed to the bottom of a core assembly. The special-shaped connecting piece inside the casing is fixed to the side portion of the bottom lid, so that the core assembly can be fixed in the casing while opening and closing the top lid, so as to prevent the core assembly from leaping up, as well as seal the space at the bottom of the core assembly, enhancing a sealing effect at the bottom, reducing volatilization of kerosene, and prolonging a service time of the lighter after filling with fuel oil one time.

    Claims

    1. A structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly, having an A-class casing, an A-class core assembly and an A-class connecting piece disposed inside the A-class casing, wherein the structure further comprises an A-class hinge and an A-class top lid, the A-class connecting piece props against and connects the A-class hinge disposed on the A-class casing and the A-class top lid, and the A-class connecting piece is fixed to the bottom of the A-class core assembly.

    2. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the A-class connecting piece is L-shaped, the A-class connecting piece includes a side edge and a bottom edge, the side edge props against the A-class hinge, and the bottom edge is fixed to the bottom of the A-class core assembly.

    3. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 2, wherein an A-class bottom lid is disposed at the bottom of the A-class core assembly, and the bottom edge is fixed to the A-class bottom lid.

    4. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 3, wherein the bottom edge and the A-class bottom lid can be detached from each other.

    5. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 4, wherein the bottom edge and the A-class bottom lid can be fixed to each other by means of magnetic absorption.

The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 3, wherein an A-class ejector pin hole is disposed on the A-class bottom lid, an A-class flint tube is sleeved inside the A-class ejector pin hole, and the A-class bottom lid is connected and fixed to the A-class flint tube by means of an A-class screw.

    7. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 3, wherein the A-class bottom lid has an A-class side edge boss, and the A-class core assembly gets stuck on the A-class side edge boss.

    8. A structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly having a B-class casing, a B-class core assembly and a B-class connecting piece disposed inside the B-class casing, wherein the structure further comprises a B-class hinge and a B-class top lid, the B-class connecting piece props against and connects the B-class hinge disposed on the B-class casing and the B-class top lid, the B-class connecting piece has an U-shaped groove, and one side of the B-class core assembly detachably gets stuck inside the U-shaped groove.

The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 8, wherein a B-class bottom lid is disposed at the bottom of the B-class core assembly, and a left fixing piece and a right fixing piece that match each other are respectively disposed on the B-class connecting piece and the B-class bottom lid.

    10. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 9, wherein the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece each lie inside the B-class core assembly.

The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 10, wherein the B-class connecting piece includes a propping portion and a fixing portion, the U-shaped groove is disposed between the propping portion and the fixing portion, the left fixing piece is disposed on the fixing portion, the B-class bottom lid has a side fixing portion, and the right fixing piece is disposed the side fixing portion.

The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 8, wherein a B-class ejector pin hole is disposed on the B-class bottom lid, a B-class flint tube is sleeved inside the B-class ejector pin hole, and the B-class bottom lid is connected and fixed to the B-class flint tube by means of a B-class screw.

A structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly having a C-class casing, a C-class core assembly and a C-class connecting piece disposed inside the C-class casing, wherein the structure further comprises a C-class hinge, a C-class top lid and a C-class bottom lid, the C-class connecting piece further has a side edge, which props against and connects the C-class hinge disposed on the C-class casing and the C-class top lid, the C-class bottom lid is disposed on the bottom of the C-class core assembly, and fixing pieces matching each other are respectively disposed on the side edge and the C-class bottom lid.

    14. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 13, wherein the fixing pieces lie outside the C-class core assembly.

    15. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 14, wherein the fixing pieces include a left fixing piece disposed on the side edge and a right fixing piece disposed on the C-class bottom lid.

    16. The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 15, wherein the left fixing piece is a fixing protrusion disposed on the bottom of the side edge, and the right fixing piece is a position-limiting groove disposed on the C-class bottom lid.

The structure for connecting and fixing a lighter's core assembly according to claim 13, wherein a C-class ejector pin hole is disposed on the C-class bottom lid, a C-class flint tube is sleeved inside the C-class ejector pin hole, and the C-class bottom lid is connected and fixed to the C-class flint tube by means of a C-class screw.
