[0034] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a bottom wear including a bottom wear main body 10, a waistband 20, and a tightness adjustment structure. The bottom wear main body 10 includes a pair of pant legs and/or a skirt hem, which may be construed to mean that the bottom wear main body 10 may be of a pair of pant leg structure, a skirt hem structure, or a pant leg plus skirt hem structure. The waistband 20 is attached to an upper end of the bottom wear main body 10, and a plurality of mounting portions 22 is provided on the waistband 20 near opposite two sides of a front fly 21. The waistband 20 is fixed to the upper end of the bottom wear main body 10 by a sewing process. The tightness adjustment structure includes a first adjustment assembly and a second adjustment assembly. The first adjustment assembly includes an elastic belt 30 provided along a length direction of the waistband 20, and the clastic belt 30 is integrally connected to the waistband 20. The second adjustment assembly includes a fastener 40 detachably attached to the mounting portions 22 near the front fly 21, and the fastener 40 can be engaged with different mounting portions 22 to adjust the degree of tightness of the waistband 20.

[0035] The clastic belt 30 is provided on an outer side of the waistband 20 and may be integrally connected to the waistband 20 by a sewing process. The elastic belt 30 not only provides an elastic adjustment function within a certain size range of the waistband 20, but also plays a decorative role to make the bottom wear more aesthetically pleasing. The elastic belt 30 may be provided in a ring shape around the whole waistband 20, or it may be provided in a non-ring shape and only on a portion of the waistband 20, and therefore it is not limited to any particular shape. The mounting portions 22 are symmetrically distributed on the waistband 20 at opposite sides of the front fly 21, with at least two mounting portions 22 on each side, and the fastener 40 can be engaged with the mounting portions 22 at different positions to adjust the degree of tightness of the waistband 20. By attaching the fastener 40 to the mounting portions 22 at different positions, adjustment of the waist circumference can be further realized to ensure the comfort of the wearer.

[0036] In the present embodiment, the mounting portions 22 are provided on the waistband 20 at opposite sides of the front fly 21, and the tightness adjusting structure includes a first adjustment assembly and a second adjustment assembly. The first adjustment assembly includes an elastic belt 30 provided along the length direction of the waistband 20, and the elastic belt 30 is integrally connected to the waistband 20, providing basic tightness adjustment to make the bottom wear more convenient and comfortable to wear and at the same time enhancing the aesthetics of the bottom wear. The second adjustment assembly includes a fastener 40 detachably attached to the mounting portions 22 near the front fly 21. The fastener 40 not only can be engaged with different mounting portions 22 to further quickly and conveniently adjust the degree of tightness of the waistband 20, but also can further enhance the aesthetics of the bottom wear. In summary, the bottom wear provided in this embodiment is not only more convenient and comfortable to wear, but also significantly more aesthetically pleasing.

[0037] In an optional embodiment, the fastener 40 is provided with a decorative pattern on the outer side, and two end portions on an inner side of the fastener 40 are each provided with a connecting structure capable of connecting with the mounting portion 22. In some embodiments, the fastener could be termed as a decorative fastener. The decorative pattern on the outer side may be, but are not limited to, embossment, inlaid gemstones, geometric shapes, logos, and the like. The decorative pattern not only enhances the aesthetics of the waistband 20, but also serves to attract attention, which has become a highlight in the design of the garment. The inner end portions of the fasteners 40 are provided with the connecting structures capable of connecting to the mounting portions 22, and these connecting structures are used to securely attach the fastener 40 to the target mounting portions 22.

[0038] In some optional embodiments, the mounting portion 22 defines an insertion slot 221 extending from top to bottom along a width direction of the waistband 20, the connecting structures include a group of hooks 411 provided at the two end portions of the inner side of the fastener 40, and the fastener 40 can be used to adjust the tightness of the waistband 20 by inserting the hooks 411 into two insertion slots 221 spaced at different intervals. Specifically, the insertion slots 221 are provided in parallel, and the intervals of the insertion slots 221 can be customized as needed to ensure maximum flexibility and applicability, so that the user is able to adjust the position of the fastener 40 according to needs and thereby adjust the degree of tightness of the waistband 20. In this embodiment, the insertion slots 221 and the hooks 411 are provided so that the user can adjust the degree of tightness of the waistband 20 by plugging the hooks 411 into the two slots 221 at different intervals. For example, when the waistband 20 needs to be tightened, the insertion slots 221 with a larger spacing can be selected; conversely, when the waistband 20 needs to be loosened, the insertion slots 221 with a smaller spacing can be selected. It should be noted that the two hooks 411 are provided at non-edge positions of the inner end portions of the waistband 20. That is, a space is reserved between each of the hooks 411 and the corresponding side edge of the fastener 40, so that when the insertion slots 221 with the smaller spacing is selected to loosen the waistband 20, the fastener 40 corresponding to the reserved spaces can cover the unused insertion slots 221 next to it, so as to ensure the aesthetics of the bottom wear.

[0039] In some optional embodiments, the elastic belt 30 is provided in a ring shape around the waistband 20, and the insertion slot 221 includes an opening 2211 and a slot portion 2212 in communication with the opening 2211, and the opening 2211 is disposed at an upper end of the insertion slot 221. The openings 2211 of the insertion slots 221 are disposed in the elastic belt 30 at opposite sides of the front fly 21, and the slot portions 2212 of the insertion slots 221 are formed between the elastic belt 30 and the waistband 20, and the hooks 411 are inserted, from top to bottom, into the openings 2211 and received in the slot portions 2212. In this embodiment, after being inserted into the openings 2211 from top to bottom, the hooks 411 can be received in the slot portions 2212, which not only ensures the solidity of the hooks 411, but also allows the hooks 411 to be hidden inside the waistband 20, so that the hooks 411 do not directly contact the wearer's skin, avoiding the discomfort of wearing the bottom wear. The slot portion 2212 of the insertion slot 221 is illustrated in the drawing as a vertical black strip for clearly demonstrating the shape of the insertion slot 221, but it is noted that the slot portion 2212 cannot be seen in the actual product, with only the opening 2211 (as an entrance of the insertion slot 221) of the insertion slot 221 being visible, as it is hidden inside the bottom wear.

[0040] In some optional embodiments, the clastic belt 30 is in a non-ring shape and is only provided on a portion of the waistband 20 away from the front fly 21, and each insertion slot 221 includes an opening 2211 and a slot portion 2212 in communication with the opening 2211. The openings 2211 of the insertion slots 221 are provided in a portion of the waistband 20 where no elastic belt 30 is disposed, at opposite sides the front fly 21. Referring also to FIG. 9, an isolation layer 50 is disposed at a position of the waistband 20 where the opening 2211 is formed, the slot portion 2212 of the insertion slot 221 is formed between the waistband 20 and the isolation layer 50, and the hook 411 is inserted into the opening 2211 from top to bottom and can be received in the slot portion 2212. The isolation layer 50 may be attached to an inner side of the waistband 20 by a sewing process, and a soft and comfortable fabric may be selected for the isolation layer 50. In the present embodiment, with the provision of the isolation layer 50, after being inserted into the opening 2211, the hook 411 can be shielded by the isolation layer 50, and will not directly contact the wearer's skin, thus avoiding friction or compression and enhancing the comfort of wearing the bottom wear.

[0041] In some optional embodiments, the clastic belt 30 is in a non-ring shape and is only provided on a portion of the waistband 20 away from the front fly 21, and each insertion slot 221 includes an opening 2211 and a slot portion 2212 in communication with the opening 2211. Referring also to FIG. 10, the waistband 20 comprises an outer layer 70 and an inner layer 60, the opening 2211 is defined through the outer layer 70, and the slot portion 2212 of the insertion slot 221 is formed between the outer layer 70 and the inner layer 60. The hook 411 can be received in the slot portion 2212 after being inserted into the opening 2211 from top to bottom, so that the hook 411, after being inserted into the opening 2211, is shielded by the inner layer and does not directly contact the skin of the wearer.

[0042] Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, in some optional embodiments, the hook 411 includes a connection end, an insertion end, and a main body connected between the connection end and the insertion end. The connection end is fixedly connected to the fastener 40, and the insertion end is provided with a locking portion 4115, and when the locking portion 4115 is inserted to a bottom end of the insertion slot 221 from top to bottom, the locking portion 4115 is pressed against a sidewall of the bottom end of the insertion slot 221 to prevent the hook 411 from slipping off. The locking portion 4115 adopts a rounded design to avoid sharp edges to prevent damage to the garment or skin. Specifically, the locking portion 4115 may be a rounded ring formed by bending the insertion end in a direction away from the fastener 40, or it may be a rounded ball formed by expanding the main body outwardly along the circumference of the main body.

[0043] In some optional embodiments, the main body includes a first segment 4113 disposed perpendicular to the side of the fastener 40 and a second segment 4114 disposed parallel to the side of the fastener 40, with the insertion end connected to the first segment 4113 and the insertion end connected to the second segment 4114. The length of the first segment 4113 is preferably not too long, so that after the insertion of the hook 411 into the insertion slot 221, a side of the fastener 40 with the hook 411 provided thereon is as close as possible to the outer side of the elastic belt 30 or the waistband 20, keeping the structure overall flat and aesthetic. The length of the second segment 4114 is greater than the length of the first segment 4113, and the length of the second segment 4114 is adapted to the depth of the insertion slot 221, so that it can be hidden inside the slot portion 2212 as completely as possible after it is inserted into the insertion slot 221, avoiding being exposed, thus improving the aesthetics and the stability of the fastener 40.

[0044] In some optional embodiments, the end of the second segment 4114 away from the insertion end is expanded along the circumferential direction of the second segment 4114 to form yet another locking portion 4115, so that when the second segment 4114 is completely inserted into the insertion slot 221, the locking portion 4115 is able to be pressed within the opening 2211 of the insertion slot 221, which further strengthens the stability of the connection between the hook 411 and the insertion slot 221 to avoid the hook 411 from accidentally slipping out.

[0045] It is to be further explained that the width of a middle portion of the second segment 4114 is greater than the width of two end portions of the second segment 4114, forming a structure that is wide at the middle and narrow at the ends. With the structure of the wide middle and narrow ends, the hook 411 not only saves more effort during insertion, but also provides stronger connection stability after the hook 411 is fully connected with the insertion slot 221. Specifically, due to the narrower ends of the hook 411, the force required for the hook 411 to start inserting into the insertion slot 221 is small, reducing the frictional resistance between the hook 411 and the insertion slot 221, reducing the difficulty of insertion, and enabling the user to insert the hook 411 into the insertion slot 221 with greater case. The middle portion of the hook 411 is wider, so that when the hook 411 is fully inserted into the insertion slot 221, the middle wide portion will closely fit the inner wall of the insertion slot 221, thereby increasing the friction between the hook 411 and the insertion slot 221, which can effectively prevent the hook 411 from falling off in the course of use and ensure the stability of the connection.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 8, in some optional embodiments, the width of a middle portion 2215 of the insertion slot 221 is greater than the width of the two end portions 2216, 2217, forming a structure with a wide middle and narrow ends, and this structural design is matched with the aforementioned wide middle and narrow ends of the hook 411, so that the hook 411 can be inserted into the insertion slot 221 more easily and obtain a tighter connection when inserted into the middle portion. The wide middle portion 2215 of the insertion slot 221 closely fits with the wide middle portion of the hook 411, increasing the friction and contact area, thereby effectively improving the connection stability. The width of the narrow portions at the ends of the insertion slot 221 is slightly larger than the width of the narrow portions at the ends of the hook 411, making it easier to insert the hook 411 into the insertion slot 221.

[0047] In some optional embodiments, the width of the upper end 2216 of the insertion slot 221 is greater than the width of the lower end 2217, forming a structure that is wide at the upper end and narrow at the lower end. The design of the wide upper end 2216 makes it easier for the hook 411 to be aligned with and inserted into the insertion slot 221, and reduces the difficulty in insertion. When the hook 411 is gradually inserted into the insertion slot 221, the narrow lower end 2217 provides a gradually increasing friction force, which ultimately achieves a solid connection at the narrow lower end of the insertion slot 221, thereby achieving a solid lock when the hook 411 is completely in the insertion slot 221, and preventing the hook 411 from loosening or falling off.

[0048] In some optional embodiments, the fastener 40 and the hook 411 are integrally formed, which are simple to manufacture and provides enhanced strength and improved aesthetics. Further, the materials of the fasteners 40 and the hooks 411 may be materials with high strength and relatively good durability, specifically, the fasteners 40 and the hooks 411 are made of metal materials or high-strength plastic materials to ensure their durability and stability in daily use. The metal material may be stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., and the high-strength plastic material may be reinforced polypropylene.

[0049] In some optional embodiments, not only the elastic function of the elastic belt 30 is to be considered, but it is also necessary to ensure that it has a certain stiffness to improve the texture of the bottom wear (e.g., pants, skirts, etc.), and the elastic belt 30 may be one selected from the following: an elastic leather belt, a high-density elastic fabric belt, and a polyurethane-coated elastic belt. The elastic leather belt may be made of natural or synthetic leather, with an elastic material usually incorporated inside to provide an elastic function, while the leather itself has a certain stiffness. The high-density elastic fabric belt may be made from a blend of spandex fibers and other fibers woven to provide excellent elasticity and a certain stiffness. The polyurethane coated elastic belt may be formed by coating the surface of the elastic belt with a polyurethane coating agent.

[0050] The above embodiments are merely preferred specific ones of the application, and the protection scope of the application is not limited to these embodiments. All variations or substitutions easily obtained by any skilled in the art within the technical scope of the application should fall within the protection scope of the application. Thus, the protection scope of the application should be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
