Abstract
The disclosure provides a cleaning device, including a machine body, a fluid recovery system, a floor brush, an accessory and a first control valve component. The fluid recovery system includes a fluid recovery container and a suction pipe. The floor brush includes a suction port, the suction port is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid recovery system, and the floor brush is connected with the machine body. The accessory includes a dirt suction pipe, the dirt suction pipe is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid recovery system, and the user is able to hold the accessory to suck dirt. The first control valve component is arranged among the suction pipe, the suction port and the dirt suction pipe, and the first control valve component is configured to control the suction pipe to be selectively communicated with the suction port or the dirt suction pipe.
Claims
1. A cleaning device, comprising: a machine body; a fluid recovery system, comprising a fluid recovery container and a suction pipe; a floor brush, comprising a suction port, wherein the suction port is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid recovery system, and the floor brush is connected with the machine body; an accessory, comprising a dirt suction pipe, wherein the dirt suction pipe is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid recovery system, and a user is able to hold the accessory to suck dirt; and a first control valve component arranged among the suction pipe, the suction port and the dirt suction pipe, wherein the first control valve component is configured to control the suction pipe to be selectively communicated with the suction port or the dirt suction pipe, so that the cleaning device is switched between a floor brush mode and an accessory mode.
2. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the first control valve component comprises a valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with a first branch, a second branch and a main passage; and a valve core, wherein the valve core is arranged in the valve body movably between a first position communicating with the first branch and the main passage and a second position communicating with the second branch and the main passage; and the suction pipe is connected with the main passage, the suction port is connected with the first branch, and the dirt suction pipe is connected with the second branch.
3. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the accessory further comprises a tube and a hand-held unit, the tube is connected with the machine body through magnetic attraction, and the hand-held unit is connected with the machine body in a clamped manner.
4. The cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the tube is a retractable spring pipe.

The cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the hand-held unit comprises a shell, a dirt suction port and bristles and a wiper strip arranged at a front end of the shell, the dirt suction port is in fluid communication with the dirt suction pipe, the bristles are arranged behind the dirt suction port, and the wiper strip is arranged in front of the dirt suction port.
6. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the first control valve component is arranged on the floor brush.
7. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the accessory is detachably connected with the first control valve component.
8. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a fluid delivery system, wherein the fluid delivery system comprises a fluid supply container and a water pump; the floor brush further comprises a floor brush nozzle, and the floor brush nozzle is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid delivery system; and the accessory further comprises a water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid delivery system; and a second control valve component arranged among the water pump, the water outlet pipe and the floor brush nozzle, wherein the second control valve component is configured to control water pumped by the water pump to selectively flow to the water outlet pipe or the floor brush nozzle, so that the cleaning device is switched between the floor brush mode and the accessory mode.
9. The cleaning device according to claim 8, wherein a pressure switch is arranged between the water pump and the second control valve component.
10. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a fluid delivery system, wherein the fluid delivery system comprises a fluid supply container, a water pump and a heating mechanism; and the floor brush further comprises a floor brush nozzle, and the floor brush nozzle is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid delivery system; and a third control valve component arranged among the water pump, the heating mechanism and the floor brush nozzle, wherein the third control valve component is configured to control water pumped by the water pump to selectively flow to the heating mechanism or the floor brush nozzle; and the heating mechanism is configured to heat the water entering the heating mechanism into steam or hot water with a preset temperature.
11. The cleaning device according to claim 10, wherein the heating mechanism is communicated with the floor brush nozzle, so that the steam or hot water with the preset temperature heated by the heating mechanism flows out through the floor brush nozzle.
12. The cleaning device according to claim 10, wherein a temperature sensor is arranged between the heating mechanism and the floor brush nozzle.
13. The cleaning device according to claim 10, wherein a one-way valve is arranged between the third control valve component and the heating mechanism.

The accessory 300 includes a dirt suction pipe 301, the dirt suction pipe 301 is configured for being in fluid communication with the fluid recovery system, and a user is able to hold the accessory 300 to suck dirt. The first control valve component 400 is arranged among the suction pipe 120, the suction port 210 and the dirt suction pipe 301, and the first control valve component 400 is configured to control the suction pipe 120 to be selectively communicated with the suction port 210 or the dirt suction pipe 301, so that the cleaning device 1000 is switched between a floor brush mode and an accessory mode. The cleaning device 1000 of the disclosure is suitable for various scenarios. When the cleaning device 1000 is in the floor brush mode, the floor brush 200 is able to clean the floor and the to-be-cleaned surface which is located on a ground surface, such as the surface of a carpet on the floor. For the sake of simplicity, explanation is made below with the floor as an example. When the cleaning device 1000 is in the accessory mode, the accessory 300 is able to clean the to-be-cleaned surface above the floor, such as a desktop, a windowsill, car interiors and a sofa. For convenience of description, explanation is made below with the desktop as an example.
[0040] In the related art, the floor brush mode and the accessory mode are switched mostly by plugging and unplugging the accessory 300. Thus, the user needs to plug and unplug the accessory frequently, which is very inconvenient. Moreover, when the floor brush mode is needed, the unplugged accessory 300 has nowhere to put and is inconvenient to store, and residual dirt in the accessory 300 is able to cause secondary pollution to the cleaning device 1000 and the floor every time the accessory 300 is disassembled, thus reducing the user experience. The cleaning device 1000 provided by the disclosure is provided with the first control valve component 400 to switch between the floor brush mode and the accessory mode, so that the accessory 300 does not need to be plugged and unplugged frequently. When the floor brush mode is used, the accessory 300 is able to be stored on the machine body 100, so that the operation is convenient, frequent disassembly of the accessory 300 is able to be avoided, and the residual dirt in the accessory 300 is avoided from causing secondary pollution to the cleaning device 1000 and the floor to affect the user experience.
[0041] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first control valve component 400 includes a valve body 410 and a valve core 420. The valve body 410 is provided with a main passage 411, a first branch 412 and a second branch 413. The valve core 420 is arranged in the valve body 410 movably between a first position communicating with the first branch 412 and the main passage 411 and a second position communicating with the second branch 413 and the main passage 411. At this time, the cleaning device 1000 is in the accessory mode, and the dirt suction port 322 (FIG. 6) in the accessory 300 suck the dirt on the desktop, so that the dirt on the desktop sequentially passes through the dirt suction port 322, the dirt suction pipe 301, the second branch 413, the main passage 411 and the suction pipe 120 to enter the fluid recovery container 110.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment implementation, the first control valve component 400 further includes an operating part 430. The operating part 430 is manually controlled by the user to switch between the floor brush mode and the accessory mode. The operating part 430 is connected with the valve core 420, and the valve core 420 is moved between the first position and the second position by controlling the operating part 430. Specifically, the operating part 430 is a knob, and the user realizes switching between the floor brush mode and the accessory mode by rotating the operating part 430. The hoop 104 is arranged on the connecting rod 102, and located below the holding part 101. Compared with being arranged on the main body 103 of the machine body, the user is able to take the holding part 320 without bending over. In addition, the connecting rod 102 is the narrowest part on the cleaning device 1000, and the accessory 300 is arranged thereon, which does not occupy other areas and is suitable. A fixing member 105 with a magnetic part is arranged on the tube 310, and another magnetic part is also arranged in a corresponding position on the main body 103 of the machine body to magnetically attract the fixing member 105. The tube 310 is connected with the machine body 100 by magnetic attraction, and the tube 310 is able to be detached from the machine body 100 without the user bending over, which is convenient. In other implementations, the mode of connecting the tube 310 and the hand-held unit 320 to the machine body 100 is not limited to the above-mentioned mode, and other connection modes in the related art is adopted, which is not specifically limited here.

For example, an end part of the second branch 413 of the first control valve component 400 is a hollow cylinder, and the end part of the accessory 300 connected with the second branch 413 is a hollow cylinder with an outer diameter equivalent to the inner diameter of the cylinder at the end part of the second branch 413, so that the end part of the accessory 300 is able to be inserted into the end part of the second branch 413 to realize the connection between the two. The structure facilitates disassembly and assembly of the accessory 300 and the first control valve component 400. When the user does not need to use the accessory 300, the accessory 300 is disassembled conveniently, and the dirt suction pipe 301 is cleaned by disassembling the accessory 300. In other implementations, the first control valve component 400 is also able to be arranged on the machine body 100, and at this time, the accessory 300 is also connected with the machine body 100, so that the volume of the floor brush 200 is reduced.

When the second control valve component 500 is turned on, the water pumped by the water pump 130 flows to the water outlet pipe 302. When the second control valve component 500 is not turned on, the water pumped by the water pump 130 flows to the floor brush nozzle 220.

As shown in FIG. 6, a mechanical switch 325 is arranged on the accessory 300 for the user to control whether the accessory 300 sprays the water. The fluid delivery system includes a fluid supply container, a water pump 130 and a heating mechanism 150. For example, when the floor is greasy, the third control valve component 600 is turned on, so that the water pumped by the water pump 130 flows to the heating mechanism 150. By controlling the heating power of the heating mechanism 150, the heating mechanism 150 heats the water into the hot water with the preset temperature, and the hot water makes it easier to clean the greasy floor. Or when the user needs to sterilize the floor or a rolling brush by steam, the third control valve component 600 is turned on, so that the water pumped by the water pump 130 flows to the heating mechanism 150, and the heating mechanism 150 heats the water into the steam to sterilize the floor or the rolling brush by controlling the heating power of the heating mechanism 150.
