The upper flange 504 of the central plug 700 rest upon the upper end of the annular inner wall 610 of the piston 600, and at least one annular bead 503 snaps into a corresponding annular groove 644 (FIG. 9B) provided on upper inner periphery of the annular inner wall 610 to secure the central plug 500 into the annular inner wall 610 of the piston 600. The central plug 500 is made of a material having flexibility and elasticity, that makes an intimate contact, preferably airtight contact with the screw rod 710, such as NBR, silicon or any other material known in the art.

[0090] Further referring to FIGS. 4, 11A, and 11B, a cylindrical shaped dialer 800 is connected to the lower end of the inner container 400, particularly to the inverted L-shaped flange 440 of the inner container 400, refer FIG. 4. The dialer 800 has a peripheral wall 810 and a bottom wall 820. An outer diameter of the peripheral wall 810 is substantially equal to the cylindrical body 320 of the outer container 300. The bottom wall 810 makes the cosmetic container 100 suitable to rest on a planar surface in an upright position.

[0091] An annular groove 811 is provided at upper end portion of an inner periphery of the peripheral wall 810 of the dialer 800, which securely fastens onto the annular snap bead 442 located on the outer surface of the inverted L-shaped flange 440 of the inner container 400, see FIGS. 7B and 4. This securing means allows relative rotation between the dialer 800 and the inner container 400.

[0092] Further, referring to FIG. 11A, the dialer 800 is provided with four group of protrusions 830 which are located equidistant on an inner surface of the bottom wall 820 of the dialer 800. The group of protrusions 830 configured to be engaged between the multiple ribs 712 located at lower face of the support plate 720, assisting in aligning the screw rod 710 and in installing the screw rod 710 in a non-rotatable manner with respect to the dialer 800. Thus, when the dialer 800 is rotated the screw rod assembly 700 also rotate along with it.

[0093] To use the cosmetic package 100, the user first removes the cap 20, the inner cover 22 also gets removed along with the cap 20. Further, the rotation of the dialer 800 by the user initiates the rotation of the screw rod 710, which in turn causes the piston 600 to move up along the screw thread 711 of the screw rod 710 towards the dispensing surface 310. The piston 600 pushes the cosmetic product in the upward direction. The cosmetic product is dispensed out form the discharge slits 330, along the cutter 350. At this time, a user can eject only a necessary amount of the cosmetic product in ribbon form from the dispensing slits 330 by controlling the rotation of the dialer 800.

[0094] Referring to FIG. 12, when the cosmetic product within the cosmetic package 10 is about to exhaust, as the piston 600 moves upward, it gradually reaches a final stage where the piston 600 comes in intimate contact with a lower face of dispensing surface 310, unable to move any further.

[0095] Overall, the design of the cosmetic package 100 ensures the dispensing of product in ribbon form, while also providing a controlled and a user-friendly experience for dispensing.
