The angle block 66 is mounted to the supporting body 4 and the angle block and the supporting body are matched with each other through a linear bearing, the angle block 66 can rotate and move up and down, the angle wheel 67 is connected to a rotating shaft 68 on the angle block 66, the angle wheel 67 can rotate, and the angle wheel 67 is fixed by the angle fixing assembly 60 after rotating for angle adjustment.
[0030] The sharpening mechanism 2 includes a sharpening bar assembly 21 and a sharpening stone 22. The sharpening bar assembly 21 is of a bar structure mounted with a sharpening stone rack 23, and the sharpening stone rack 23 can be configured for mounting the sharpening stone 22 and there are two sharpening stones 22; and a spring 24 is mounted to the sharpening bar assembly 21 for causing the sharpening stone rack 23 to clamp the sharpening stones 22.
[0031] The sharpening bar assembly 21 passes through a hole in the angle wheel 67 and is matched with the angle wheel 67 through a linear bearing. In sharpening, the angle wheel 67 is rotated to adjust an angle of the sharpening bar assembly 21, and the angle is fixed after adjustment, and thus a consistent sharpening angle is ensured through up-and-down movement of the angle block 66 on the supporting body 4 during sharpening.
[0032] The cutter block 3 is mounted to the base 1 to clamp the cutter to be sharpened. As shown in
[0033] The cutter holders 32 are movably mounted to the mounting frame 31, and a distance between the cutter holders 32 can be adjusted according to a length of the cutter. Specifically, the mounting frame 31 is provided with an adjusting groove 312, and an adjusting screw 313 passes through the adjusting groove 312 to be connected with the cutter holders 32. Positions of the cutter holders 32 can be adjusted by loosening and adjusting a position of the adjusting screw 313 in the adjusting groove 312, and the mounting frame 31 can serve to adjust a mounting angle so as to adapt to different shapes and sizes of cutters or different sharpening requirements. The fixing assembly adopts a fixing bolt 33, and the fixing seat 34 is provided with a bolt hole 342 matched with the fixing bolt 33. A diameter of a head of the fixing bolt 33 is larger than a diameter of the mounting hole 311 for pressing the mounting frame 31 after tightening. The mounting frame 31 and the fixing seat 34 are fastened by the fixing bolt 33. When the cutter needs to be turned over, the fixing bolt 33 is unscrewed and the mounting frame 31 is turned over and then fixed again.
[0034] In this embodiment, as shown in
[0035] After rotating the angle wheel, the angle pin 62 is inserted through the angle hole 64 on the cover plate, which is convenient for a user to quickly adjust and fix the angle. The support body 4 is matched with the angle block through a linear bearing, and thus the angle block can freely slide up and down on the support shaft, and in this way, a consistent sharpening angle can be achieved by moving up and down as a whole regardless of a width, a length and a curve of the cutter.
[0036] In addition, in order to facilitate the user to adjust with more angles, the angle fixing assembly 60 further includes an angle locking member 65, and the angle locking member 65 can press the angle wheel 67. After the angle of the angle wheel 67 is adjusted, the angle locking member 65 presses against the angle wheel 67 to realize fixing. Specifically, the angle locking member 65 is a locking screw, and there are at least two groups of locking screws, which are respectively arranged above and below the angle wheel 67, and the locking screws are mounted to the angle block 66.
[0037] When the user requires a special angle, such as 17.5 degrees or 13 degrees, the angle pin 62 is released and the angle wheel 67 can rotate freely. After adjustment of the special angle is completed, the angle is fixed by two locking screws above and below the angle wheel.
[0038] By matching two threaded rotating blocks on a supporting spindle, the angle can be finely adjusted to meet the user's requirements.
[0039] Embodiment 2: on the basis of Embodiment 1, a height adjustment supporting assembly 5 is added in this embodiment. The height adjustment supporting assembly 5 is configured to support the angle block 66 to keep a lowest point of the angle block 66 at a height position. Specifically, the height adjustment supporting assembly 5 can adjust a height on the support body 4, so as to adjust the lowest position of the angle block 66.
[0040] The height adjustment supporting assembly 5 can adopt any structure that can realize lifting, or can also be realized by arranging the support body as a telescopic structure. In this embodiment, the height adjustment supporting assembly 5 includes a screw hole seat 52 and a threaded rotating block 51, and a supporting height can be adjusted by rotating the threaded rotating block 51.
[0041] Preferably, as shown in
[0042] In addition, in other embodiments, the angle block 66 may be provided with a fastening device, such as a fastening bolt, fixing is made by the fastening device when the height is fixed.
[0043] A sharpening method, based on the fixed-angle sharpener in any of the above embodiments, includes following steps: [0044] clamping and fixing the cutter to be sharpened on the cutter 3 block and selecting a mode according to sharpening requirements from following modes. [0045] Mode 1: rotation is performed to adjust the angle of the angle wheel 67 to match an inclination angle of the sharpening bar assembly 21 with an sharpening angle of a blade, then the angle wheel 67 is fixed using the angle fixing assembly 60, and the sharpening bar assembly 21 is operated to sharpen the cutter, a consistent sharpening angle is ensured through up-and-down movement of the angle block 66 on the supporting body 4 during the sharpening process. In this mode, only the angle of the sharpening bar assembly is fixed, with no need to fix the height. Under supporting from contact between the sharpening stone and the cutter, the angle block 66 does not slide down and the angle block 66 can move up and down freely, the angle between the sharpening stone and the blade is prevented from slightly changing when the sharpening bar assembly drives the sharpening stone to move to the left or right, resulting in a problem of poor curve consistency after sharpening. [0046] Mode 2: the supporting height of the height adjustment supporting assembly 5 is adjusted to realize adjustment of the sharpening bar assembly 21, and the sharpening bar assembly 21 is operated to sharpen the cutter without fixing of the angle of the angle wheel 67. In this mode, after the sharpening bar assembly reaches its required angle by adjusting the height of the angle block 66, the angle wheel is not locked, and the height is operated by keeping the angle block against the thread rotating block 51, and thus a sharpening operation in this mode can be more flexible, but with low consistency effect than that in Mode 1. [0047] Mode 3: the supporting height of the height adjustment supporting assembly 5 is adjusted to realize angle adjustment of the sharpening bar assembly 21, and after the angle adjustment, the angle wheel 67 is locked to fix the angle, and then the sharpening bar assembly 21 is operated to sharpen the cutter, and the consistent sharpening angle is ensured through up-and-down movement of the angle block 66 on the supporting body 4 during the sharpening process. This mode provides another angle adjustment method over Mode 1.
