The space-forming portion 200 may be provided in the second area A2 of the top cover 100.

[0083] Such a position of the space-forming portion 200 of the top cover 100 may maximize the cooling effect because the fan 30 and the intake portion 31 of the electric range 2 may be engaged with the space-forming portion 200 of the dishwasher 1 even when the electric range 2 or the dishwasher 1 is one-sidedly installed within the installation space of the electric range 2 and the dishwasher 1.

[0084] The space-forming portion 200 provided on the top cover 100 of the dishwasher 1 may be arranged at a position spaced downwardly from the fan 30 of the electric range 2, thereby securing a ventilation space required for the fan 30 of the electric range 2. The space-forming portion 200 provided in the top cover 100 may be formed at a position corresponding to the intake portion 31 of the electric range 2, so that the ventilation space 50 in which air is drawn into the intake portion 31 may be formed between the intake portion 31 and the space-forming portion 200. Accordingly, the ventilation space 50 required for the fan 30 of the electric range 2 may be secured, thereby maximizing the cooling efficiency of the electric range 2.

[0085] Furthermore, the space-forming portion 200 may be fully flush with the cabinet 3 to improve the aesthetic quality by reducing the required clearance distance required for installation of the electric range 2.

[0086] The dishwasher 1 according to an embodiment, which is installed below the electric range 2 including the intake portion 31 formed on a lower surface thereof, may include the main body 10 including the top cover 100, and the tub 12 provided inside the main body 10 and forming the washing chamber C, wherein the top cover 100 includes the space-forming portion 200 formed at a position corresponding to the intake portion 31 of the electric range 2 to allow a ventilation space to be formed between the top cover 100 and the intake portion 31 of the electric range 2. According to the present disclosure, the ventilation space through which air is drawn into the intake portion of the electric range installed in series on the upper portion of the dishwasher may be secured, thereby improving cooling efficiency.

[0087] In addition, the electric range may be fully flush with the cabinet, thereby improving the aesthetic quality.

[0088] In addition, it is possible to reduce the required clearance distance when the electric range is installed, which has the effect of being able to respond to various installation conditions or environments.

[0089] The space-forming portion is formed by a forming or drawing process. The fan 30 may be provided inside the intake portion 31, and the space-forming portion may be configured to form the ventilation space through which air is drawn into the fan. The space-forming portion is formed with a square cross-section. The space-forming portion may be formed in a recessed shape. The space-forming portion may include the inlet portion 201 located at an upper end to allow outside air to be introduced, the bottom portion 202 located at a lower portion than the inlet portion, and the inclined portion 203 connecting the inlet portion and the bottom portion.
