It is evident that the described embodiments are merely a part of the embodiments of the present application, rather than all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
[0024] It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, rear, etc.) in the embodiments of the present application are used solely to explain the relative positional relationships, movements, and other aspects among components in a specific configuration (as shown in the drawings). If the specific configuration changes, these directional indications shall change accordingly.
[0025] Additionally, descriptions involving first, second, etc., in the present application are for descriptive purposes only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly specifying the quantity of the indicated technical features. Thus, features defined as first or second may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. Furthermore, the technical solutions across different embodiments may be combined, provided that such combination can be implemented by those of ordinary skill in the art. If the combination of technical solutions results in mutual contradictions or impracticality, such a combination shall be deemed non-existent and falls outside the scope of protection claimed by the present application.
[0026] The present application proposes a device for taking tableware.
[0027] In the embodiments of the present application, as shown in
[0028] In this embodiment, the pushing assembly 5 comprises a rotating dial cylinder 51, a fixed pin 52, and a coil spring 53; an installation hole 11 is formed on the movable cover 4, and a pin shaft is installed in the installation hole 11; the rotating dial cylinder 51 is inwardly concaved to form a cylindrical groove 510 for accommodating the coil spring 53; a limiting groove 511 communicating with the cylindrical groove 510 is formed on one side of the cylindrical groove 510; an outer end of the coil spring 53 is bent and embedded in the limiting groove 511; one end of the fixed pin 52 passes through the cylindrical groove 510 and is movably connected to the pin shaft, while the other end is provided with an open clamping groove 520; an inner end of the coil spring 53 is bent and clamped within the clamping groove 520.
[0029] In this embodiment, a push-actuated position switching member 512 is formed by inwardly concaving a side of the rotating dial cylinder 51 facing the tableware magazine 2, and the size of the push-actuated position switching member 512 matches the size of the tableware 8. The design of the push-actuated position switching member 512 on the rotary dial cylinder 51 corresponds to the size of the tableware 8, aiming to ensure precise pushing action without disturbing the arrangement of other tableware 8.
[0030] In this embodiment, the rotating dial cylinder 51 is further provided with a dial piece 513; during use, the dial piece 513 is flicked to drive the push-actuated position switching member 512 on the rotating dial cylinder 51 to contact an edge of a handle of the tableware 8 and push the tableware 8 outward.
[0031] In this embodiment, the device for taking tableware further comprising a plurality of guide shafts 6; the guide shafts 6 are installed between left and right ends of the fixed base 1; the elastic support assembly 3 is sleeved on the guide shafts 6; a tray 7 for placing the tableware 8 is placed on the elastic support assembly 3 and is movably connected to the guide shafts 6. The elastic support assembly 3 consists of compression springs sleeved over the guide shaft 6, ensuring stable placement of the tableware 8 while enabling smooth movement during retrieval. The tray 7 directly bears the tableware 8, avoiding direct contact between the tableware and the springs.
[0032] In this embodiment, the fixed base 1 comprises a left fixed plate 12 and a right fixed plate 13, and the left fixed plate 12 and the right fixed plate 13 enclose to form an accommodating cavity for containing the tray 7, the guide shafts 6, and the elastic support assembly 3.
[0033] In this embodiment, a tableware takeout outlet 14 is formed on the left fixed plate 12, and the tableware takeout outlet 14 communicates with the tableware magazine 2. The purpose of the tableware takeout outlet 14 is to facilitate grabbing the tableware 8.
[0034] In this embodiment, the movable cover 4 comprises an upper limiting strip 41 and a hand-held portion 42; the hand-held portion 42 is installed on one side of the upper limiting strip 41; the upper limiting strip 41 is movably connected to the left fixed plate 12 and the right fixed plate 13 via a rotating shaft 40; and a locking handle 43 is installed on one side of the rotating shaft 40.
[0035] The upper limit strip 41 and the hand-held portion 42 form part of the movable cover 4. The hand-held portion 42 facilitates the operator's opening of the movable cover 4, while the rotating shaft 40 and the locking handle 43 enable more convenient and secure operation of the movable cover.
[0036] Specifically, this application enables sealed storage of the tableware 8, thereby preventing external dust from contaminating the tableware 8 and affecting user experience. During use, by flicking the dial piece 513, the push-actuated position switching member 512 on the rotary dial cylinder 51 is driven to contact the handle edge of the tableware 8, pushing the tableware 8 outward until it is dislodged. Simultaneously, the rotary dial cylinder 51 automatically resets under the force of the internal coil spring 53, returning to contact the handle edge of the tableware 8 within the tableware magazine 2, preparing for the next retrieval. This facilitates quick access to the tableware 8. When loading the tableware 8, the compression spring is compressed, causing the tray 7 to move upward, which drives the tableware 8 to rise and enables rapid access for use.
[0037] Additionally, another embodiment of this application, as shown in
[0038] Furthermore, yet another embodiment, as shown in
[0039] The above descriptions represent only preferred embodiments of this application and do not limit the scope of its patent protection. Any equivalent structural modifications made based on the inventive concept of this application, using the content of this specification and the accompanying drawings, or any direct/indirect application in other related technical fields, shall fall within the scope of patent protection for this application.
