DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0024] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the utility model, specific embodiments of the utility model will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein, the same reference numerals will be used for the same components.

[0025] As described above, the prior art lacks a device for cleaning the human or animal mucosa, such as human oral mucosa, female private mucosa, nasal mucosa, and pet oral mucosa, which may be wiped with fingers or hands with wet cloth, and the mucosa is prone to be contaminated with bacteria, while hands are prone to contaminate the mucosa. In view of the above, the application provides a flexible mucosa brush suitable for cleaning the human or animal mucosa.

[0026] Specifically, as shown in the figures, the flexible mucosa brush of the application comprises a handle 1 and a brush head 2, wherein the brush head 2 is a hollow flexible air bag, the outer surface of the brush head 2 is formed with a flexible texture structure 25 with an undulating height, and the front end of the handle 1 is inserted into the interior of the flexible air bag. In a specific embodiment, as shown in the figures, the flexible air bag comprises an insertion opening 21 (see FIGS. 4 and 5), the interior of the flexible air bag has a socket 22 opposite to the insertion opening 21, and the front end of the handle 1 is inserted into the interior of the flexible air bag from the insertion opening 21 and into the interior of the socket 22.

[0027] As can be seen from the illustrated embodiments, the flexible mucosa brush of the application is a completely new tool for cleaning the human or animal mucosa. During assembly, the front end of the handle 1 inserted into the interior of the flexible air bag is connected with the socket 22 in the interior of the flexible air bag, and the handle 1 is press-fitted with the insertion opening 21 at the position of the insertion opening 21, so as to support the flexible air bag from the two positions of the insertion opening 21 and the socket 22, thereby preventing the flexible air bag from being severely deformed and difficult to wipe during use.

[0028] The application adopts an air bag with a flexible structure. The expanded flexible air bag may increase the contact area with the oral cavity and the like, and improve the cleaning efficiency; the air bag is soft and easily deformed, and is more adaptable to fit in the non-standard oral cavity; it also increases the contact area, maintains uniform and gentle pressure in the continuous change of contact surface shape, reduces the cleaning dead zone, improves the cleaning effect while increases the cleaning efficiency; and the air bag is softer and safer to care for delicate mucosa parts. When the cleaning strength is improperly controlled or is too large, the flexible air bag may be deformed to provide cushioning, reducing the direct impact on the mucosa and not easily causing damage to the mucosa. When the flexible mucosa brush of the application is in use, since the flexible deformation amplitude of the air bag is very large, the flexible texture structure of the outer surface of the air bag may be greatly deformed when contacting the mucosa portion, and when the cleaning strength is improperly controlled or is too large, the flexible air bag may be deformed to provide cushioning, reducing the direct impact on the mucosa and not easily causing damage to the mucosa. The flexible air bag of the brush head 2 of the flexible mucosa brush of the application may be made from a flexible material such as silica gel, for example, the silica gel may preferably be liquid silica gel, the liquid silica gel preferably has a hardness of 10-80 Shore A, and the wall thickness of the flexible air bag preferably is 0.4-1.5 mm. In order to facilitate manufacturing, the entire flexible air bag, including the flexible texture structure 25 of the outer surface and the socket 22 therein, may be integrally formed from silica gel to ensure good flexibility at the position of the socket 22. The flexible texture structure 25 of the outer surface of the brush head 2 may be uniformly dispersed by a plurality of bristles (as shown in FIG. 3), may be uniformly dispersed by a plurality of wiper blades, or may be uniformly dispersed by a plurality of bristles and wiper blades (as shown in FIG. 1). In the flexible texture structure of the specific embodiment as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of wiper blades are dispersedly arranged on the outer surface of the brush head 2 in a wave shape, and a plurality of bristles are dispersedly arranged between adjacent wiper blades, wherein the material of the wiper blades and the bristles is the same as the material of the flexible air bag, and are integrally formed during injection molding. A combination of bristles' brushing and wiper blades' scraping is adopted by the embodiment to more efficiently remove food debris, harmful bacteria, etc. from the tongue coating or other mucosal walls.

[0029] The shape of the brush head of the application, from the top to the tail, may present a narrow-wide-narrow design, which is easy to penetrate into the oral cavity; and the thickness of the sides of the flexible air bag may present a thin-thick-thin design, which provides space for deformation. The shape of the brush head of the flexible mucosa brush of the application is certainly not limited to the shape of the illustrated specific embodiment, but the shape of the brush head may be of a flat circular, triangular, trapezoidal, elongated, spherical or cylindrical shape with arc edges. In a specific embodiment of the application, in order to further reduce the irritation to the oral cavity, the corners of the brush head of the flexible mucosa brush may each be formed with an arc angle, so that the irritation to the oral cavity is reduced at the corner portion by a right angle, and the user experience is better.

[0030] A socket 22 provided in the interior of the flexible air bag may facilitate insertion and connection, for example, the handle 1 may be inserted into the flexible air bag and fixed (or detachably connected) via the socket 22, and when fixed, the front end of the handle 1 and the socket 22 may be fixedly connected together by glue, for example, the selected glue may be Wacker E41, a food-grade silica gel sealant. Alternatively, in an embodiment not shown, the front end of the handle 1 may be detachably connected to the socket 22 by a snap structure. For example, the front end of the handle 1 may be provided with a flange or groove, and a correspondingly shaped groove or flange may be provided in the socket 22, which may be fitted together by squeezing and separated by pulling. Alternatively, the front end of the handle 1 may be pre-embedded in a mold and then cured by pressing silica gel raw material into the abrasive tool, and finally the front end of the handle 1 is integrally formed in the interior of the flexible air bag.

[0031] In a preferred embodiment, the front end of the handle 1 extends into the interior of the flexible air bag more than half the length of the interior of the flexible air bag. That is, when the front end of the handle 1 abuts against the foremost end of the interior of the flexible air bag, a maximum support force may be provided, which, however, makes the front end of the flexible air bag stiff, and the experience may be poor. When the front end of the handle 1 is retracted to less than half the length of the interior of the flexible air bag (the length of the socket 22 made from silica gel becomes longer, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5), the flexibility is better, and the top of the upper half of the flectional flexible air bag may clean some parts that needed to be cleaned by deep digging. Different front end positions of the actual product may be selected depending on different consumer groups. For clarity of illustration, a cross-sectional view of a portion of the structure as shown in FIG. 5 is illustrated, wherein a dashed line in the flexible air bag indicates another embodiment position where the length of the socket 22 may be lengthened.

[0032] The handle 1 may be made from PP/PPSU/ABS, e.g. the handle 1 may be of the same material by injection molding in one piece, or a combination of materials, e.g. the core of the handle is made from a stiffer plastic to provide better rigidity to avoid deformation, and the outside of the handle is wrapped with silica gel to provide a good grip, both formed by double-shot injection molding. The lower half of the handle 1 may be designed to be flat and to have an inclined arc to facilitate hand-holding.

[0033] In a specific embodiment, the handle I may be a component of an integral structure (as shown in FIGS. 2-4) or may be a two-section structure as shown in FIG. 5, comprising a support rod 12 connected to a socket 22 and a grab handle 13 detachably connected to the support rod 12. The brush head 2 of the flexible mucosa brush may be conveniently replaced by a two-section structure, for example, different sizes of brush heads may be designed according to the difference in the oral cavity volume of infants and adults and the difference in the intravaginal volume, and the brush head 2 may be replaced according to the difference of users, while keeping the handle 1 shared. The brush head 2 and the support rod 12 may be assembled in one piece by gluing or snapping, and then the support rod 12 is combined with the grab handle 13 by snapping (FIG. 5). The support rod 12 may also be made from a composite of two materials, for example, a relatively stiff plastic for the core may provide good support, and a layer of flexible silica gel may provide a better extrusion sealing effect at the position of the extrusion fit with the insertion opening 21, so as to avoid bacterial growth from water entering the interior of the flexible air bag. Detachment of the brush head 2 from the handle 1 is also theoretically possible when the handle 1 is a component of an integral structure. However, in practical use, since the connection of the handle 1 and the brush head 2 is mostly adhered by glue or snapped, frequent disassembly and assembly may result in water ingress in the interior of the flexible air bag to breed bacteria or severe deformation of the flexible air bag to affect the use. A better solution is thus provided by dividing the handle 1 into a support rod 12 and a grab handle 13. At this time, the support rod 12 is fixed integrally with the brush head 2, and the purpose of replacing the brush head is achieved by disassembling the support rod 12 and the grab handle 13, without disassembling the connection between the brush head and the handle.

[0034] Further, in a specific embodiment as shown in FIG. 6, the outer surface of the brush head 2 is formed with a plurality of water spraying holes 24 (the water spraying holes are arranged between the gaps of the flexible texture structure 25 and are arranged at positions where no structural interference is formed), while the support rod 12 fixed with the brush head 2 is of a hollow structure, the hollow side wall of the support rod 12 is uniformly formed with a plurality of water passages 124, and the support rod 12 may provide a flushing function for the flexible mucosa brush of the application through an external water supply pipeline (not shown in the figure). That is to say, the flexible mucosa brush of the application may comprise a support rod 12 with a hollow structure, which may be snapped onto a grab handle 13 as shown in FIG. 5; when flushing and cleaning are required, the support rod 12 is removed from the grab handle 13, a lower end opening of the support rod 12 is mounted on a water supply pipeline, and the lower end of the support rod 12 may be grasped by hand, and flushing may be performed while cleaning.
