For example, connection can be a wall-mounted connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection. It can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection. It can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. It can be the internal connection of two components. For ordinary technicians in this field, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood according to specific circumstances.

    Embodiment 1

[0060] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 16, this embodiment provides a folding futon bed, and the folding futon bed comprises a soft cushion 1, a left armrest 2, a right armrest 3, two bed boards, and a connecting support assembly connected between the left armrest 2 and the right armrest 3. The two bed boards are divided into a mattress 4 and a backrest cushion 5 sequentially arranged along a width direction of the left armrest 2 and the right armrest 3.

[0061] The left armrest 2 and the right armrest 3 are detachably rotatably connected to the backrest cushion 5 respectively through a first folding hinge 21 and a second folding hinge 31. The soft cushion 1 comprises a backrest portion 11 corresponding to the backrest cushion 5 and a seat cushion portion 12 corresponding to the mattress 4. The backrest cushion 5 is rotatably connected to the first folding hinge 21 and the second folding hinge 31, so that the backrest cushion 5 can be rotated relative to the mattress 4. Then, an angle between the backrest cushion 5 and the mattress 4 can be adjusted, so that the backrest cushion 5 of the folding futon bed can have different inclination angles, so that a user can adjust the backrest cushion 5 to a more comfortable angle to conform to different postures of the user.

[0062] Since a position of the folding futon bed sinks when subjected to pressure, a sinking part of the folding futon bed will automatically reset when the pressure is reduced to achieve an effect of elastic support. To this end, the backrest cushion 5 comprises a first bed board frame 51, and the mattress 4 comprises a second bed board frame 41. The backrest cushion 5 and the mattress 4 each comprises a plurality of elastic units 6. The plurality of elastic units 6 of the backrest cushion 5 are arranged in an array on the first bed board frame 51, the plurality of elastic units 6 of the mattress 4 are arranged in an array on the second bed board frame 41. The plurality of elastic units 6 are divided into at least two groups of elastic units to form a gap between two adjacent groups of the at least two groups of elastic units for a corresponding one of the two bed boards to be folded, so that the mattress 4 and the backrest cushion 5 can be folded to reduce a volume of a package. In this embodiment, the first bed board frame 51 comprises a first outer frame 511 and a plurality of first support rods 512 arranged at intervals along a length direction of the first outer frame 511, and the second bed board frame 41 comprises a second outer frame 411 and a plurality of second support rods 412 arranged at intervals along a length direction of the second outer frame 411. The plurality of elastic units 6 of the backrest cushion 5 are arranged in an array on the plurality of first support rods 512, and the plurality of elastic units 6 of the mattress 4 are arranged in an array on the plurality of second support rods 412. The plurality of first support rods 512 pass through the plurality of elastic units 6 of the backrest cushion 5, and the plurality of second support rods 412 pass through the plurality of elastic units 6 of the mattress 4. To allow the backrest cushion 5 or the mattress 4 to be foldable, each of the first outer frame 511 and the second outer frame 411 comprises a notch 5111 corresponding to the gap.

[0063] Since the mattress 4 and the backrest cushion 5 need to be folded, and the backrest cushion 5 and the mattress 4 are each provided with the plurality of elastic units 6. When the plurality of elastic units 6 are in a released state during a folding process of the mattress 4 or the backrest cushion 5, the plurality of elastic units 6 may interfere with each other due to a height of each the plurality of elastic units 6 being relatively high. As a result, the folding process of the backrest cushion 5 and mattress 4 cannot proceed smoothly, so the folding process cannot be carried out normally. Therefore, the plurality of elastic units 6 need to be fixed in a compressed state during the folding process of the mattress 4 or the backrest cushion 5, so as to avoid inconvenience caused by an excessive height of each of the plurality of elastic units 6 during the folding process. To this end, each of the plurality of elastic units 6 comprises an elastic support frame and a spring 63. The elastic support frame comprises an upper cover 61, a base 62, and a plurality of straps 64. Two ends of each of the plurality of straps 64 are respectively connected to outer sides of the upper cover 61 and the base 62, and the spring 63 is arranged between the upper cover 61 and the base 62 and inside of the plurality of straps 64. A side of the upper cover 61 and a side of the base 62 facing each other are respectively provided with a locking member 611 and a locking matching member 621, so that each of the plurality of elastic units 6 can have the compressed state and the released state. Then, to allow the plurality of elastic units 6 to be conveniently switched between the compressed state and the released state, in this embodiment, each group of the at least two groups of elastic units 6 is provided with a buckling member 7, so that elastic units 6 in each group of the at least two groups of elastic units 6 can be connected to each other. In addition, the buckling member 7 comprises a plurality of releasing portions 71 configured to cooperate with the upper cover 61 of each of the plurality of elastic units 6 and one or more connecting portions 72 connected to two adjacent releasing portions 71 of the plurality of releasing portions 71. Each of the plurality of releasing portions 71 has an insertion position and a separate position relative to the upper cover 61 of a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 6. When each of the plurality of releasing portions 71 is located at the insertion position, the locking member 611 is fixed in a locking position at which the locking member 611 is interlocked with the locking matching member 621, and the corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 6 is in the compression state. When each of the plurality of releasing portions 71 is located at the separate position, the locking member 611 is separated from the locking position at which the locking member 611 is interlocked with the locking matching member 621, and the corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 6 is in the release state.

[0064] Therefore, when the user needs to restore the elastic units 6 in each group of the at least two groups of elastic units 6 to the released state, the user only needs to pull one of the plurality of releasing portions 71 to move the one of the plurality of releasing portions 71 from the insertion position to the separate position. At this time, because one of the plurality of elastic units 6 corresponding to the one of the plurality of releasing portions 71 is restored to the released state due to an elastic reset force, during a rising process of the one of the plurality of elastic units 6, the elastic reset force is also transmitted to an adjacent elastic unit 6 of the plurality of elastic units 6 through the one or more connecting portions 72, driving an adjacent releasing portion 71 of the plurality of releasing portions 71 on the adjacent elastic unit 6 to move to the separate position, so that all of the elastic units 6 in each group of the at least two groups of elastic units 6 can be reset to the released state.

[0065] To achieve the above-mentioned locking and unlocking effects, the locking member 611 is an expandable sleeve, and the locking matching member 621 is a position-limiting sleeve. An outer wall of the expandable sleeve extends radially outward to form a first position-limiting surface 6111. An outer diameter of the first position-limiting surface 6111 of the expandable sleeve in a non-expanded state is smaller than an inner diameter of an opening 6211 of the position-limiting sleeve. The outer diameter of the first position-limiting surface 6111 of the expandable sleeve in an expanded state is larger than the inner diameter of the opening 6211 of the position-limiting sleeve. In this way, the expandable sleeve can be easily inserted into the position-limiting sleeve in the non-expanded state. Then, the expandable sleeve is placed in the expanded state, so that the locking member 611 and the locking matching member 621 can be interlocked with each other, thereby fixing a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 6 in the compressed state.

[0066] To achieve expansion of the expandable sleeve, each of the plurality of releasing portions 71 is a plug, and the expandable sleeve comprises a through channel 6112 along a height direction of the corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units 6. The plug is in interference fit with the through channel 6112 to change the expandable sleeve from a non-expanded state to the expanded state.

[0067] In addition, to control an insertion depth of the plug into the expandable sleeve, an inner wall of the expandable sleeve extends radially inward to form a second position-limiting surface 6113. An outer wall of the plug extends radially outward to form a third position-limiting surface 711. When the plug is in the insertion position, the second position-limiting surface 6113 and the third position-limiting surface 711 are interlocked with each other along an insertion direction.

[0068] In addition, the plug is connected to the base 62 via a stabilizing rope 712, and the stabilizing rope 712 passes through the through channel 6112. The stabilizing rope 712 can make each of the plurality of elastic units 6 more stable during a resetting process and will not tilt.

[0069] In order to facilitate the user pulling out the plug, the buckling member 7 further comprises an operating portion 73, and the operating portion 73 is connected to the one of the plurality of releasing portions 71. By applying an external force to the operating portion 73, the one of the plurality of releasing portions 71 is driven to move from the insertion position to the separate position. In this embodiment, the operating portion 73 is a pull ring.

[0070] The connecting support assembly comprises a side support rod 8 and a middle support rod 9. The side support rod 8 is detachably connected to the left armrest 2 and the right armrest 3. The middle support rod 9 extends in a direction parallel to the left armrest 2 or the right armrest 3, and one end of the middle support rod 9 is detachably connected to the side support rod 8. The side support rod 8 and the middle support rod 9 are used to increase connection stability between the left armrest 2 and the right armrest 3, and the mattress 4 is supported by the middle support rod 9.

[0071] To connect the side support rod 8, the left armrest 2 comprises two first support feet 25 as well as a first left lateral rod 22 and a second left lateral rod 23, which are connected to the two first support feet 25, and the right armrest comprises two second support feet 35 as well as a first right lateral rod 32 and a second right lateral rod 33, which are connected to the two second support feet 35. The second left lateral rod 23 and the second right lateral rod 33 are located below the first left lateral rod 22 and the first right lateral rod 32. The second left lateral rod 23 is provided with a first support member 24 and the second right lateral rod 33 is provided with a second support member 34 for supporting the second bed board frame 41. Since the first support member 24 and the second support member 34 are to be buckled to the second left lateral rod 23 and the second right lateral rod 33, and also to be buckled to the second bed board frame 41, the first support member 24 and the second support member 34 each comprises a first buckling groove 241 buckled to the second left lateral rod 23 or the second right lateral rod 33. The first support member 24 and the second support member 34 each comprises a second buckling groove 242 buckled to the second bed board frame 41. Openings of the first buckling groove 241 and the second buckling groove 242 face opposite directions, so that two buckling grooves in a same direction can be prevented from being detached from the second left lateral rod 23 and the second right lateral rod 33 after the second buckling groove 242 bears a weight.

[0072] To allow the side support rod 8 to be folded and stored, the side support rod 8 comprises a connecting seat 81 and two connecting rods 82. A first end of each of the two connecting rods 82 is rotatably connected to the connecting seat 81, so that each of the two connecting rods 82 has an unfolded position and a folded position relative to the connecting seat 81. A second end of each of the two connecting rods 82 needs to be detachably connected to the left armrest 2 or the right armrest 3. In this embodiment, the second end of each of the two connecting rods 82 has a socket 821 that is detachably connected to one of the two first support feet 25 or one of the two second support feet 35.

[0073] To achieve the above-mentioned detachable connection, a side wall of the socket 821 comprises an L-shaped position-limiting groove 822, and one end of the L-shaped position-limiting groove 822 is connected to an upper end surface of the socket 821. The one of the two first support feet 25 and the one of the two second support feet 35 are each provided with a position-limit block 351 for being placed in the L-shaped position-limiting groove 822. When installing, the position-limit block 351 is inserted from a top of a vertical part of the L-shaped position-limit groove 822 to a bottom of the vertical part, and then the position-limit block 351 is horizontally rotated so that the position-limit block 351 enters a horizontal part of the L-shaped position-limiting groove 822, and a connection between the one of the two first support feet 25, the one of the two second support feet 35, and the socket 821 is completed. When disassembling, just complete the above operation in reverse.

[0074] Since the connecting seat 81 is to connect the two connecting rods 82 and the middle support rod 9 at the same time, the connecting seat 81 comprises a horizontal seat body 811 and a vertical seat body 812 arranged perpendicular to the horizontal seat body 811. The horizontal seat body 811 is configured to be rotatably connected to the two connecting rods 82, and the vertical seat body 812 is configured to form a detachable connection with the middle support rod 9.

[0075] In addition, the middle support rod 9 comprises a middle support rod body 91 and a plurality of middle support feet 92. The middle support rod body 91 is detachably connected to the vertical seat body 812, and the plurality of middle support feet 92 are arranged at intervals along a length direction of the middle support rod body 91. To realize a connection between the middle support rod body 91 and the vertical seat body 812, the vertical seat body 812 comprises at least one connecting port 8121 along a height direction. One end of the middle support rod body 91 is provided with an L-shaped rib 911 configured to be matched with the at least one connecting port 8121, and one end of the L-shaped rib 911 is connected to the middle support rod body 91 to form a buckling groove 912 located between the L-shaped rib 911 and the middle support rod body 91 and having a downward opening. During installation, a part of the L-shaped rib 911 is first inserted into the at least one connecting port 8121, the buckling groove 912 is placed on a side wall of the at least one connecting port 8121, and then the middle support rod body 91 is moved downward, so that the side wall of the at least one connecting port 8121 is inserted into the buckling groove 912 to complete hanging of the middle support rod 9.

[0076] Each of the two bed boards in this embodiment need to be combined with the soft cushion 1 to form a complete mattress, so each of the two bed boards is disposed with a surrounding edge 13. The surrounding edge 13 is arranged on the first outer frame 511 and the second outer frame 411 along a circumferential direction, and the surrounding edge 13 and the soft cushion 1 are disposed with a connecting member 14 for connecting the surrounding edge 13 and the soft cushion 1 to each other.

[0077] In this embodiment, since the two bed boards are divided into the backrest cushion 5 and the mattress 4, when the mattress 4 and the backrest cushion 5 are placed in sequence along a horizontal direction, only three sides of the mattress 4 or the backrest cushion 5 are exposed to form a semi-enclosed structure, and a remaining side of the mattress 4 or the backrest cushion 5 is facing inward. Therefore, the surrounding edge 13 comprises a first surrounding edge portion 131 and a second surrounding edge portion 132. The first surrounding edge portion 131 is in a semi-enclosed shape, and the second surrounding edge portion 132 is connected to an opening of the semi-enclosed shape. The connecting member 14 is arranged on the first surrounding edge portion 131 and an area of the soft cushion 1 corresponding to the first surrounding edge portion 131. In this way, the connecting member 14 is arranged on the three exposed sides of the mattress 4 or the backrest cushion 5, which is convenient for user operation. The connecting member 14 in this embodiment is a zipper.

[0078] Finally, to realize a rotation connection of the backrest cushion 5, the first folding hinge 21 and the second folding hinge 31 each comprises a first arm 211 and a second arm 311, and a first end of the first arm 211 is pivotally connected to a first end of the second arm 311. A second end of the first arm 211 is fixedly connected to the left armrest 2 or the right armrest 3, and a second end of the second arm 311 is detachably connected to the backrest cushion 5.
