RINSING DEVICE FOR REFINED COTTON

Abstract

A rinsing device for refined cotton is provided, and relates to the technical field of refined cotton processing. The rinsing device for refined cotton includes a rinsing unit. An auxiliary unit is installed inside the rinsing unit, and the auxiliary unit is used for extruding excessive moisture in the refined cotton. A stirring unit is installed on the rinsing unit. A linkage unit is installed on the auxiliary unit and the stirring unit. A blocking unit and a collecting unit are installed at the bottom of the rinsing unit, and the collecting unit is located below the blocking unit. The rinsing device for refined cotton has the advantages that refined cotton pulp after rinsing may be quickly extruded and filtered, the product quality is stabilized, and at the same time, the bleaching and rinsing efficiency is improved.

Claims

1. A rinsing device for refined cotton, comprising a rinsing unit (1), wherein an auxiliary unit (2) is installed inside the rinsing unit (1), and the auxiliary unit (2) is used for extruding excessive moisture in the refined cotton; a stirring unit (3) is installed on the rinsing unit (1); a linkage unit (4) is installed on the auxiliary unit (2) and the stirring unit (3); a blocking unit (5) and a collecting unit (6) are installed at the bottom of the rinsing unit (1), and the collecting unit (6) is located below the blocking unit (5); the rinsing unit (1) comprises a rinsing shell (101), L-shaped supporting legs (102) and wastewater discharge pipelines (103); the number of the L-shaped supporting legs (102) is four, and the four L-shaped supporting legs (102) are welded to the bottom of the rinsing shell (101); the number of the wastewater discharge pipelines (103) is four, the two wastewater discharge pipelines (103) are welded to the rear side of the rinsing shell (101), and the two wastewater discharge pipelines (103) are used for discharging rinsing wastewater inside the rinsing shell (101).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 1, wherein the rinsing unit (1) also comprises L-shaped supporting seats (104), positioning balls (105) and first supporting springs (106); the number of the L-shaped supporting seats (104) is four, and the four L-shaped supporting seats (104) are welded to the bottom of the rinsing shell (101); the number of the positioning balls (105) is four, and the four positioning balls (105) are slidably installed inside the four L-shaped supporting seats (104); and the number of the first supporting springs (106) is four, and the four first supporting springs (106) are welded to the bottoms of the four positioning balls (105).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary unit (2) comprises circular guide rods (201), U-shaped auxiliary racks (202), second supporting springs (203) and filter screen plates (204); the number of the circular guide rods (201) is two, and the two circular guide rods (201) are welded to the interior of the rinsing shell (101); the number of the U-shaped auxiliary racks (202) is five, and the five U-shaped auxiliary racks (202) are slidably installed outside the two circular guide rods (201); the number of the second supporting springs (203) is eight, and the eight second supporting springs (203) are installed outside the two circular guide rods (201); and the number of the filter screen plates (204) is five, and the five filter screen plates (204) are welded to the five U-shaped auxiliary racks (202).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 3, wherein the auxiliary unit (2) also comprises rectangular sealing frames (205), rectangular sealing blocks (206) and third supporting springs (207); the number of the rectangular sealing frames (205) is five groups, and the five groups of rectangular sealing frames (205) are welded to the left and right sides of the five U-shaped auxiliary racks (202); the number of the rectangular sealing blocks (206) is five groups, and the five groups of rectangular sealing blocks (206) are slidably installed inside the five groups of rectangular sealing frames (205); and the number of the third supporting springs (207) is five groups, and the five groups of third supporting springs (207) are welded to the five groups of rectangular sealing frames (205) and the five groups of rectangular sealing blocks (206).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 3, wherein the stirring unit (3) comprises electric telescopic rods (301), an installation top plate (302) and installation vertical plates (303); the number of the electric telescopic rods (301) is two, and the two electric telescopic rods (301) are fixedly installed on the rinsing shell (101); the installation top plate (302) is fixedly installed on the tops of the two electric telescopic rods (301); and the number of the installation vertical plates (303) is four groups, and the four groups of installation vertical plates (303) are welded to the bottom of the installation top plate (302).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 5, wherein the stirring unit (3) also comprises stirring supports (304), driving motors (305) and rubber V-belts (306); the number of the stirring supports (304) is four, the four stirring supports (304) are rotationally installed on the four groups of installation vertical plates (303), and a belt pulley is installed on the four stirring supports (304); the number of the driving motors (305) is four, the four driving motors (305) are fixedly installed on the top of the installation top plate (302), and a belt pulley is installed on the four driving motors (305); and the number of the rubber V-belts (306) is four, and the four rubber V-belts (306) are installed on the belt pulleys of the four stirring supports (304) and the four driving motors (305).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 5, wherein the linkage unit (4) comprises first U-shaped connecting racks (401), second U-shaped connecting racks (402) and linkage steel wire ropes (403); the number of the first U-shaped connecting racks (401) is four, and the four first U-shaped connecting racks (401) are welded to the two U-shaped auxiliary racks (202) on the outer side; the number of the second U-shaped connecting racks (402) is four, and the four second U-shaped connecting racks (402) are welded to the front and rear sides of the installation top plate (302); and the number of the linkage steel wire ropes (403) is two, and the two linkage steel wire ropes (403) are installed on the four first U-shaped connecting racks (401) and the four second U-shaped connecting racks (402).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 1, wherein the blocking unit (5) comprises a blocking base plate (501) and a first U-shaped handle (502); the blocking base plate (501) is slidably installed on the rinsing shell (101); and the first U-shaped handle (502) is welded to the front side of the blocking base plate (501).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 8, wherein the blocking unit (5) also comprises a uniform rack (503) and circular uniform rods (504); the uniform rack (503) is welded to the bottom of the blocking base plate (501); the number of the circular uniform rods (504) is a row, and the row of circular uniform rods (504) are welded to the bottom of the uniform rack (503).

The rinsing device for refined cotton according to claim 2, wherein the collecting unit (6) comprises a collecting box (601) and second U-shaped handles (602); the collecting box (601) is slidably installed on the rinsing shell (101) and the four L-shaped supporting seats (104), four arc-shaped positioning grooves (6011) are formed in the bottom of the collecting box (601), and the four positioning balls (105) are inserted into the four arc-shaped positioning grooves (6011); and the number of the second U-shaped handles (602) is two, and the two second U-shaped handles (602) are welded to the front and rear sides of the collecting box (601).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

An auxiliary unit 2 is installed inside the rinsing unit 1, and the auxiliary unit 2 is used for extruding excessive moisture in the refined cotton.

The arrangement of the uniform rack 503 and the circular uniform rods 504, on the one hand, plays a role in pushing the refined cotton in the collecting box 601 so that the utilization effect of the collecting box 601 is improved, on the other hand, plays a role in limiting the blocking base plate 501 so as to prevent the blocking base plate 501 from being separated from the rinsing shell 101.
