Abstract
The present disclosure discloses an oscillator for stirring and vibration of sponge abrasive blast, and relates to the technical field of sponge abrasive blasting machines. To overcome the technical deficiencies of a screw rod propulsion structure adopted by an existing sponge abrasive blasting machine, the oscillator comprises a tank, a stirrer disposed in the tank and a power mechanism for driving the stirrer, wherein the stirrer comprises a drive shaft in a flat strip-shaped structure, an upper end of the drive shaft is in transmission connection with the power mechanism, a bottom end of the drive shaft is inserted into a discharge channel of the tank, and each side wall of the drive shaft is connected with more than two flexible stirring arms in spring structures. With the adoption of the drive shaft in the flat strip-shaped structure, a part of an airflow in an airflow pipeline can be intermittently introduced into the tank to blow off a sponge abrasive stuck in corner positions during the rotation of the drive shaft, and meanwhile, under the stirring and vibration of more than two flexible stirring arms in the spring structures connected to each side wall of the drive shaft, the discharging is smooth and thorough.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0017] A structure of the present disclosure will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments of the present disclosure.
[0018] Referring to
[0019] In order to make the stirring fully uniform, at least one connector 211 is welded and fixed to each side wall in the front, back, left and right directions of the drive shaft 21, and each connector 211 is sleeved with one flexible stirring arm 22 in the spring structure. Further, the flexible stirring arms at least comprise a bottom layer of stirring arms, a middle layer of stirring arms and an upper layer of stirring arms; each layer of stirring arms comprises stirring arms pairwise distributed on the opposite two side walls of the drive shaft; at least an included angle between the bottom layer of stirring arms and the drive shaft is less than or equal to 90 degrees and more than 45 degrees, the specific angle depends on an inclination angle of a bottom surface of the tank 1, and an optimal solution is that the bottom layer of stirring arms is arranged in parallel with the bottom surface of the tank 1. When the tank 1 is relatively deep, the middle layer of stirring arms comprises three pairs of stirring arms connected to three positions of the drive shaft at different heights, or more pairs of stirring arms.
[0020] One ends of the flexible stirring arms are preferably welded and fixed to the drive shaft 21, and the other ends of the flexible stirring arms are in clearance fit with the inner side wall of the tank.
[0021] The power mechanism is preferably a motor that drives the stirrer to rotate back and forth. For example, under the action of the motor, the stirrer can rotate 90 degrees in a forward direction and then rotate 90 degrees in a reverse direction, so that excessive bending and damage of the flexible stirring arms 22 can be effectively avoided, and at the same time, the sponge abrasive blast can be better vibrated and stirred. When a wide surface of the drive shaft 21 in the flat strip-shaped structure is perpendicular to the airflow pipeline, a part of the sponge abrasive blast is bounced into the tank 1 by an airflow through the discharge channel 11 and a sponge abrasive adhered to or stuck in corner positions are blown off, so that the discharging is smooth and thorough. That is, one ends of the flexible stirring arms 22 in the spring structures are fixedly connected with the drive shaft 21, so that an overall structure of the stirrer 2 is an inverted cone structure. The flexible stirring arms 22 in the spring structures have variable moment characteristics. When the tank 1 is filled with the sponge abrasive and the pressure is increased by compaction, the flexible stirring arms 22 will be greatly bent under large resistance, the moment arm is reduced and continuous left-right stirring is realized. When the flexible stirring arms 22 are bent and straightened, the sponge abrasive blast is pulled around the drive shaft 21 in the flat steel structure, so that the sponge abrasive blast is continuously delivered downwards along the drive shaft 21, thereby achieving continuous delivery of the sponge abrasive blast and uninterrupted output of the sponge abrasive blast.
