Multi-Functional Jacket

Abstract

A multifunctional jacket with several sections of removable fur allowing the wearer to switch up their look. The jacket is further equipped with a plurality of zippers allowing the sleeves to be removed to turn the multifunctional jacket into a vest. The jacket has fur along the wrist, the waistline and the neckline. The multifunctional jacket also has two angled pockets along the lower portion of the front of the jacket. The jacket additionally comes with a chest pocket bearing a flap on one side of the jacket.

Claims

1. A multifunctional jacket comprising: a central body; a left sleeve; a right sleeve; a chest pocket; and a plurality of angled pockets.

2. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 1, comprising: the central body comprises a rear panel, a left chest panel, and a right chest panel; the rear panel being positioned between the left chest panel and the right chest panel; the left chest panel having a top edge and a lower edge; the rear panel having a top edge and a lower edge; and the right chest panel having a top edge and a lower edge.

3. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 1, comprising: the left sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end; the left sleeve being hollow; a left carpal zipper being perimetrically placed around the distal end of the left sleeve; a left fur panel being attached to the left carpal zipper opposite the distal end of the left sleeve; and a left zipper pull being slidably attached across the entirety of the left carpal zipper.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 1, comprising: the right sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end; the right sleeve being hollow; a right carpal zipper being perimetrically placed around the distal end of the right sleeve; a right fur panel being attached to the right carpal zipper opposite the distal end of the sleeve; and a right zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the right carpal zipper.

5. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 2, comprising: the left chest panel having an interior surface and exterior surface; and the right chest panel having an interior surface and exterior surface.

6. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 5, comprising: the chest pocket being positioned on the upper half of the right chest panel; the chest pocket comprising an external flap; the plurality of angled pockets comprising a first angled pocket and a second angled pocket; the first angled pocket being positioned on the lower half of the left chest panel; and the second angled pocket being positioned on the lower half of the second chest panel.

7. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 3, comprising: a left sleeve zipper being perimetrically positioned around the proximal end of the left sleeve; and a left sleeve zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the left sleeve zipper.

8. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 4, comprising: a right sleeve zipper being perimetrically positioned around the proximal end of the right sleeve; and a right sleeve zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the right sleeve zipper.

9. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 2, comprising: a central zipper being positioned along the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel and rear panel; the central zipper traversing the entire length of the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel, and rear panel; a central fur panel being attached to the central zipper opposite the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel and rear panel; a central zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the central zipper.

10. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 2, comprising: a torso zipper being positioned between the right chest panel and the left chest panel; a torso zipper pull being slidably attached to the torso zipper.

11. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 2, comprising: a cervical zipper being positioned along the top edge of the right chest panel, the top edge of the left chest panel, and the top edge of the rear panel; a cervical fur panel traversing the length of the cervical zipper opposite the top edge of the right chest panel, the top edge of the left chest panel, and the top edge of the rear panel; and a cervical zipper pull being slidably attached to the cervical zipper.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 2, comprising: the right sleeve being positioned on the upper portion of the central body where the left chest panel and the rear panel connect; the right sleeve connecting to the central body by a right sleeve zipper; the left sleeve being positioned on the upper portion of the central body where the right chest panel and the rear panel connect; and the left sleeve connecting to the central body by a left sleeve zipper.

13. A multifunctional jacket comprising: a central body; a left sleeve; a right sleeve; a chest pocket; a plurality of angled pockets; the central body having a rear panel, a left chest panel, and a right chest panel; the rear panel being positioned between the left chest panel and the right chest panel; the left chest panel having a top edge and a lower edge; the rear panel having a top edge and a lower edge; the right chest panel having a top edge and a lower edge.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 13, comprising: the left sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end; the left sleeve being hollow; a left carpal zipper being perimetrically placed around the distal end of the left sleeve; a left fur panel being attached to the left carpal zipper opposite the distal end of the sleeve; a left zipper pull being slidably attached across the entirety of the left carpal zipper; the right sleeve having a proximal end and a distal end; the right sleeve being hollow; a right carpal zipper being perimetrically placed around the distal end of the right sleeve; a right fur panel being attached to the right carpal zipper opposite the distal end of the sleeve; and a right zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the right carpal zipper.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 13 comprising: the left chest panel having an interior surface and exterior surface; the right chest panel having an interior surface and exterior surface; the chest pocket being positioned on the upper half of the right chest panel; the plurality of angled pockets comprising a first angled pocket and a second angled pocket; the first angled pocket being positioned on the lower half of the left chest panel; and the second angled pocket being positioned on the lower half of the second chest panel.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 13, comprising: a left sleeve zipper being perimetrically positioned around the proximal end of the left sleeve; a left sleeve zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the left sleeve zipper; a right sleeve zipper being perimetrically positioned around the proximal end of the right sleeve; and a right sleeve zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the right sleeve zipper.

17. The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 13 comprising: a central zipper being positioned along the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel and rear panel; the central zipper traversing the entire length of the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel, and rear panel; a central fur panel being attached to the central zipper opposite the lower edge of the right chest panel, the left chest panel and rear panel; a central zipper pull being slidably attached across the entire length of the central zipper; the torso zipper being positioned between the right chest panel and the left chest panel; and a torso zipper pull being slidably attached to the torso zipper.

The multifunctional jacket as claimed in claim 13, comprising: a cervical zipper being positioned along the top edge of the right chest panel, the top edge of the left chest panel, and the top edge of the rear panel; a cervical fur panel traversing the length of the cervical zipper opposite the top edge of the right chest panel, the top edge of the left chest panel, and the top edge of the rear panel; a cervical zipper pull being slidably attached to the cervical zipper; the right sleeve being positioned on the upper portion of the central body where the left chest panel and the rear panel connect; the right sleeve connecting to the central body by a right sleeve zipper; the left sleeve being positioned on the upper portion of the central body where the right chest panel and the rear panel connect; and the left sleeve connecting to the central body by a left sleeve zipper.

[0015] In reference to FIGS. 1-10, the present invention is a jacket that is multifunctional. The jacket has sleeves and fur panels that can be removed by way of a zipper to allow for the jacket to become a vest or to have a jacket that is without fur at the wrists, waistline, and neckline. The multifunctional jacket 1 comprises a central body 11, a left sleeve 12, and a right sleeve. The central body 11 is the unit that is around the wearer's torso while in use. The central body 11 further comprises a chest pocket 43 and plurality of angled pockets. The central body 11 has a rear panel 21, a left chest panel 22, and a right chest panel 23. The three panels connect together to form the central body 11. The rear panel 21 positioned between the left chest panel 22 and the right chest panel 23 forming a cylindrical shape when the left chest panel 22 and the right chest panel 23 are connected by way of a torso zipper. T he left chest panel 22 has an top edge 26 and a lower edge 27 and the rear panel 21 has an top edge 24 and a lower edge 25. Additionally, the right chest panel 23 has a top edge 28 and a lower edge 29.

[0016] The left sleeve 12 has a proximal end 32 and a distal end 31 and the right sleeve 13 has a proximal end 34 and a distal end 33. Both the left sleeve 12 and the right sleeve 13 are hollow. This is necessary to allow the wearer's arms to be positioned inside when in use. A left carpal zipper 35 is perimetrically placed around the distal end 31 of the left sleeve 12. A left fur panel 41 is attached to the left carpal zipper 35 opposite the distal end 31 of the left sleeve 12. A left zipper pull 36 is slidably attached across the entirety of the left carpal zipper 35. This left carpal zipper 35 is what a wearer can use to unzip the fur off of the sleeves in the event it is too warm to have a jacket on with fur attached to it.

A right carpal zipper 37 is perimetrically placed around the distal end 33 of the right sleeve 13 and a right fur panel 42 is attached to the right carpal zipper 37 opposite the distal end 33 of the right sleeve 13. A right zipper pull 38 is slidably attached across the entire length of the right carpal zipper.

[0018] The left chest panel 22 has an interior surface and an exterior surface and the right chest panel 23 has an interior surface and exterior surface. A chest pocket 43 is positioned on the upper half of the right chest panel 23. The chest pocket 43 is small in size and bears an external flap. The multifunctional jacket 1 is equipped with a plurality of angled pockets 44. The plurality of angled pockets 44 comprises a first angled pocket 45 and a second angled pocket 46. The first angled pocket 45 is positioned on the lower half of the left chest panel 22 and the second angled pocket 46 being positioned on the lower half of the right chest panel 23.

[0019] A left sleeve zipper 57 is perimetrically positioned around the proximal end 32 of the left sleeve 12 and a left sleeve zipper pull 61 is slidably attached across the entire length of the left sleeve zipper 57. A right sleeve zipper 58 is perimetrically positioned around the proximal end 34 of the right sleeve 13 and a right sleeve zipper pull 62 is slidably attached across the entire length of the right sleeve zipper 58. The left sleeve zipper pull 61 and right sleeve zipper pull 62 is what one can use to unzip the sleeves from the central body 11.

The central zipper 51 traverses the entire length of the lower edge 29 of the right chest panel 23, the left chest panel 22, and rear panel 21. This is necessary so that a central fur panel attached to the central zipper 51 opposite the lower edge of the right chest panel 23, the left chest panel 22 and rear panel 21 can be removed by way of the central zipper 51. A torso zipper 53 being positioned between the right chest panel 23 and the left chest panel 22 allowing the jacket to be zipped up and unzipped to be opened. A torso zipper pull 54 is slidably attached to the torso zipper.

[0021] A cervical zipper 55 is positioned along the top edge 28 of the right chest panel 23, the top edge of the left chest panel 22, and the top edge of the rear panel 21. This zipper allows for a cervical fur panel 63 to be connected to the cervical zipper 55 opposite the top edge 28 of the right chest panel 23, the top edge 26 of the left chest panel 22, and the top edge 24 of the rear panel 21. The cervical fur panel 63 traverses the entire length of the top edge 28 of the right chest panel 23, the top edge 26 of the left chest panel 22, and the top edge 24 of the rear panel 21. A cervical zipper pull 56 is slidably attached to the cervical zipper 55.

[0022] The right sleeve 13 is positioned on the upper portion of the central body 11 where the left chest panel 22 and the rear panel 21 connect. The right sleeve 13 connects to the central body 11 by a right sleeve zipper 58.
