Abstract

Disclosed is a reusable toy water balloon, belonging to the technical field of toys. The toy water balloon includes a lower hemisphere and an upper hemisphere, where the lower hemisphere and the upper hemisphere are snap-fitted with each other, and the lower hemisphere and the upper hemisphere are connected to each other through a connecting body; hollow columns corresponding to each other are fixedly arranged in the lower hemisphere and the upper hemisphere, and magnets attracted to each other are fixedly arranged on the hollow columns; and the hollow columns in the lower hemisphere and the upper hemisphere are fixedly connected through reinforcing ribs. Meanwhile, the production of the water balloon only needs to use a group of molds, so that the use of magnet and equipment is reduced, and the process cycle is shortened.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0021] This disclosure will be further explained below in combination with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, this disclosure provides a reusable toy water balloon, including a lower hemisphere 1 and an upper hemisphere 2, the lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2 are snap-fitted with each other, and the lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2 are connected to each other through a connecting body 4; hollow columns 5 corresponding to each other are fixedly arranged in the lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2, and magnets 8 attracted to each other are fixedly arranged on the hollow columns 5; and the hollow columns 5 in the lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2 are fixedly connected through reinforcing ribs 6.

[0023] The reinforcing ribs 6 and the hollow columns 5 are arranged, so that the stability of the water balloon during flight can be greatly improved, and water leakage is reduced. Meanwhile, the production of the water balloon only needs to use one group of molds, so that the use of magnet 8 and equipment is reduced, and the process cycle is shortened.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, three magnets 8 are arranged in the lower hemisphere 1, and three magnets 8 are also arranged in the upper hemisphere 2.

[0025] As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, a transformation modeling block 7 is arranged in the upper hemisphere 2, and a fruit calyx 3 located outside the upper hemisphere 2 is fixedly connected to the transformation modeling block 7. The aesthetic degree of the water balloon can be improved by arranging the fruit calyx 3, and meanwhile, if it is desired to change the shape, it only needs to increase the small mold of the shape of the fruit calyx 3, thereby saving the mold costs. For example, FIG. 6 is another two kinds of shapes transformed by the water balloon.

[0026] The lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2 are both made of silicone, and the magnets 8 are magnetized magnets.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 3, a sealing groove 9 is formed in the upper hemisphere 2, and a sealing block 10 inserted into the sealing groove 9 is arranged on the lower hemisphere 1. The two hemispheres are connected through the sealing groove 9 and the sealing block 10, so that the sealing performance can be improved.

The Principles of This Disclosure

[0028] As shown in FIG. 1, it is a reusable water balloon on the existing market, no reinforcing structure exists in the two spheres, and excessive water leakage is easily caused by deformation in the process of throwing the water balloon out to fly. Meanwhile, when the water balloon is manufactured, two sets of molds are required: one set of molds is coated with the magnet 8, and the other set of molds is used for overall molding.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the hollow columns 5 and the reinforcing ribs 6 are arranged in the lower hemisphere 1 and the upper hemisphere 2, the hollow columns 5 in the two spheres are connected through the magnets 8, so that the stability of the water balloon during flight can be greatly improved, the deformation of the sphere is reduced, and therefore, water leakage is reduced. Meanwhile, after the hollow columns 5 and the reinforcing ribs 6 are arranged, the use of the magnets 8 can be reduced, thereby saving costs. The upper and lower hemispheres are almost identical, only one mold needs to be used during production. Meanwhile, the pre-magnetized magnet 8 can be directly used, so that the use of equipment is reduced, and the process cycle is shortened.

[0030] This disclosure and its embodiments have been described above, but the description is not limiting, what is shown in the drawings is only one embodiment of this disclosure, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In short, if a person of ordinary skill in the art is inspired thereby to devise structure modes and embodiments similar to the technical solution of this disclosure without departing from the spirit of the present creation and without making creative efforts, such structure modes and embodiments shall all fall within the protection scope of this disclosure.
