Abstract
A hair wrap accessory that bears a long and narrow shape, resembling a rectangle. The hair wrap accessory can be made out of any material that maintains the integrity of the invention and does not cause damage to ones hair. The hair wrap accessory bears a mesh panel with a plurality of baby hairs designed to lay flush against the wearers head. The hair wrap accessory further comprises an elastic strap to aid in keeping the device in place. The invention also bears two hairs to keep the hair wrap from falling off.

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION
[0013] All illustrations of the drawings are for the purpose of describing selected versions of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
[0014] The present invention is hair piece accessory. The hair piece accessory is a head scarf, which is made from mesh and cotton fabric in the preferred embodiment. However, the invention can be made out of any material that maintains the function of the invention. From this main panel 10 is where all of the features of the hair piece accessory extend from.
[0015] The present invention comprises a main panel 10, a mesh panel 11, and a plurality of hairs 31. The invention further comprises a first hair pin 13, a second hair pin 14, and an elastic strap 12. The main panel 10 has an interior surface 28 and an exterior surface 29. The interior surface 28 is the surface that lays against the wearers head while the exterior surface 29 is exposed to the air. The main panel 10 has front edge 21 and a rear edge 22 as well as a right edge 23 and a left edge 24. In the preferred embodiment, the front edge 21 and rear edge 22 and longer in length than that of the right edge 23 and the left edge 24, thereby forming a rectangular shape. This rectangular shape is necessary as it creates two long tails when being worn and ensures the head scarf only covers the surface of the back of ones head.
[0016] When in use, the wearer can simply tie the two long tails in a single knot as shown in
[0017] The main panel 10 has a left end 25 and a right end 26 and a central segment 27 positioned between the left end 25 and the right end 26. The mesh panel 11 is a flexible breathable material that has a forward boundary 32 and a rearward boundary 33. The mesh panel 11 further comprises a left boundary 34 and a right boundary 35. The rearward boundary 33 is affixed to the front edge 21 of the main panel 10 along the central segment 27.
[0018] The plurality of hairs 31 are securely fastened to the forward boundary 32 of the mesh panel 11. The plurality of hairs 31 traverse the length of the mesh panel 11 and they extend outward from the mesh panel 11. The hair piece accessory further comprises a second hair pin 14. The first hair pin 13 is affixed to the front edge 21 of the main panel 10 adjacent to the left boundary 34 of the mesh panel 11 while the second hair pin 14 is affixed to the front edge 21 of the main panel 10 adjacent to the right boundary 35 of the mesh panel 11. Both of the hair pins have a plurality of teeth along the pin with the plurality of teeth facing inwards towards the back of the wearers'head. These plurality of teeth are used to be inserted in the wearers hair to ensure the hair piece accessory remains stationary and does not move about while being worn.
[0019] The elastic strap 12 comprises a left end 42 and a right end 43. The left end 42 is affixed to the left boundary 34 of the mesh panel 11. The right end of the elastic strap 12 is affixed to the right boundary of the mesh panel 11. The elastic strap 12 has at least one clasp 41. The at least one strap is slidably connected to the elastic strap 12 as the elastic strap 12 is threaded elastic through the at least one clasp 41. Because the elastic strap 12 is connected to the at least one clasp 41, it can be slid along the elastic strap 12 to tighter it or make it looser. In the preferred embodiment the elastic strap 12 sits at the nape of the neck while being worn to aid in keeping the scarf in place on the wearers'head. The scarf further comprises a melting band 11, which is positioned on along the front edge 21 of the main panel 10 on either the left end 25 or the right end 26 of the main panel 10. The melting band 11 is wrapped across the hairline when positioning the scarf to hold the mesh panel 10 in place to allow the user to use an adhesive to secure the mesh panel 10 in place.
[0020] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
