[0030] The present invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific implementations.
[0031] Referring to
[0032] The armrest frame 20 is hinged to the support frame 10, so as to be overturned in a lateral direction relative to the support frame 10; and meanwhile, a fixed assembly is arranged between the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10, and the fixed assembly fixes or releases the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10.
[0033] The director chair can perform operation on the armrest frame 20 independently, as shown in
[0034] Further, in this embodiment, the two support frames 10 are arranged at intervals in a left-right direction, and each support frame 10 is of a four-frame structure and specifically includes a front side pipe 11, a rear side pipe 12, a lower support pipe 13, and an upper support pipe 14; further, the front side pipe 11, the rear side pipe 12, and the lower support pipe 13 are integrally connected U-shaped pipes; the upper support pipe 14 is connected to the front side pipe 11 through a seat pipe connecting member 15; and the upper support pipe 14 is connected to the rear side pipe 12 through a back pipe connecting member 16. The bottom of the support frame 10 is provided with a foot pad 17 to better achieve stable support.
[0035] Cup holder fixed members 61 are fixed to the front side pipes 11 of the two support frames 10. Specifically, the cup holder fixed member 61 is fixed to the front side pipe 11 of the support frame 10 by riveting, and a cup holder clamping groove extending vertically is arranged on the cup holder fixed member 61; the director chair further includes a cup holder 62, and the cup holder 62 is detachably clamped to the cup holder clamping groove of the cup holder fixed member 61; and in this way, detachable assembly of the cup holder 62 is achieved, the disassembly and assembly operation is simple and convenient, and the cup holder can be selectively assembled on one of the cup holder fixed members 61. Certainly, in other embodiments, the cup holder fixed member 61 can also be fixed on the front side pipe 11 of the support frame 10 on one side; or the structure of the cup holder fixed member 61 is not used, etc.
[0036] The armrest frame 20 is a U-shaped frame, and two ends of the armrest frame 20 are hinged to a front end and a rear end of the support frame 10, respectively.
[0037] Further, a front end of the armrest frame 20 is hinged to the seat pipe connecting member 15; specifically, the seat pipe connecting member 15 is provided with a first hinge pipe section 151, the armrest frame 20 is assembled with a second hinge pipe section 21, and the second hinge pipe section 21 is coaxial with the first hinge pipe section 151 and rotatably assembled at a rear end of the first hinge pipe section 151; and hinge arrangement is achieved. The fixed assembly performs circumferential limiting on the first hinge pipe section 151 and the second hinge pipe section 21 to fix the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10; and the fixed assembly releases circumferential limiting of the first hinge pipe section 151 and the second hinge pipe section 21 to release fixing of the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10. The specific implementation is as follows: the fixed assembly includes a locking assembly 40, where the locking assembly 40 includes a pressing key 41, a gear sliding block 42, and an elastic reset member 43, and the gear sliding block 42 can be assembled in the second hinge pipe section 21 in a front-back sliding manner and forms circumferential limiting with the second hinge pipe section 21; and specifically, the second hinge pipe section 21 is provided with a protruding limiting convex rib 211, the gear sliding block 42 is provided with a limiting groove 422, and the limiting groove 422 is matched with the limiting convex rib 211 to achieve circumferential limiting assembly, so that the gear sliding block 42 can only slide front and back. A front end of the gear sliding block 42 is provided with an inserting convex portion 421, and the first hinge pipe section 151 is provided with an inserting port 152; and the elastic reset member 43 applies a forward elastic force to the gear sliding block 42. When the armrest frame 20 swings to a preset position relative to the support frame 10 (for example, when the armrest frame 20 swings to a vertical position), the inserting convex portion 421 is aligned with the inserting port 152 of the first hinge pipe section 151 and is inserted into the inserting port 152 under the action of the elastic reset member 43, so that the first hinge pipe section 151 and the second hinge pipe section 21 are circumferentially limited; and the armrest frame 20 is fixed. The pressing key 41 is arranged at a front end of the first hinge pipe section 151 and is provided with an abutting column 411 extending backwards to abut against the gear sliding block 42, backwards pressing of the pressing key 41 drives the gear sliding block 42 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic reset member 43 to move backwards, so that the inserting convex portion 421 is disengaged from the inserting port 152, and then the circumferential limiting of the first hinge pipe section 151 and the second hinge pipe section 21 are released, that is, the fixing of the armrest frame 20 is released, so that the armrest frame 20 can swing normally to adjust the position.
[0038] The pressing key 41 is arranged at the front end of the first hinge pipe section 151, which is more convenient for the user to operate. Further, in order to prevent the pressing key 41 from being disengaged, in this embodiment, a clamping hook 412 is arranged at a rear end of the abutting column 411 of the pressing key 41, and the pressing key is limited on the first hinge pipe section 151 through the clamping hook 412, so that the pressing key 41 is prevented from being disengaged forwards.
[0039] A rear end of the armrest frame 20 is hinged to a side portion of the back pipe connecting member 16, and specifically, a side portion of the back pipe connecting member 16 is provided with a lateral hinge groove 163, and the rear end of the armrest frame 20 is hinged into the lateral hinge groove 163. When the armrest frame 20 swings from outside to inside to the vertical position, the armrest frame abuts against and is limited by the back pipe connecting member 16.
[0040] The chair frame further includes two back pipes 50, and the two back pipes 50 are hinged to rear ends of the two support frames 10 respectively and can swing forwards to be stored, that is, during storage, the back pipe 50 can swing forwards to achieve folding and storage. Specifically, the back pipe 50 is hinged to the back pipe connecting member 16. Specifically, the back pipe connecting member 16 is provided with a forward hinge groove 161, and the back pipe 50 is hinged into the forward hinge groove 161. The back pipe connecting member 16 is provided with a backrest portion 162 located behind the back pipe 50, and the backrest portion 162 is a rear side groove wall of the forward hinge groove 161; and when the back pipe 50 swings backwards to the vertical position, the back pipe abuts against and is fixed by the rear backrest portion 162.
[0041] An armrest connecting member 51 is assembled on the back pipe 50, the armrest connecting member 51 is provided with an armrest clamping groove 52, the fixed assembly further includes the armrest clamping groove 52, and when the back pipe 50 is unfolded to a vertical state, the armrest clamping groove 52 of the armrest connecting member 51 corresponds to the armrest frame 20, so that the armrest frame 20 can be clamped into the armrest clamping groove 52 when the armrest frame swings to a vertical position to achieve fixation. In this way, when the armrest frame 20 is in the vertical state, both the front end and the rear end of the armrest frame can be fixed, and the support stability is better. When the armrest frame needs to be released, the pressing key 41 is pressed, so that the locking assembly releases the fixing of the armrest frame 20, and then an outward external force is applied to the armrest frame 20, so that the armrest frame is disengaged from the armrest clamping groove 52.
[0042] The above embodiment discloses a preferred solution that the fixed assembly fixes or releases the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10, that is, the armrest frame 20 is fixed by the fixed assembly only in a vertical state, but is not limited thereto in other embodiments. For example, the first hinge pipe section 151 is provided with a plurality of groups of notches 152, so that when the armrest frame 20 swings to a plurality of predetermined positions (such as a vertical position, a plurality of inclined positions, and a horizontal position), the armrest frame can be fixed through the locking assembly 40; or the structure of the armrest clamping groove 52 can be omitted. Alternatively, the fixed assembly adopts other manners for fixing. For example, a first connecting hole is formed in the first hinge pipe section 151, a plurality of second connecting holes are formed in the second hinge pipe section 21, and when one of the second connecting holes corresponds to the first connecting hole in a swing process of the armrest frame 20, the armrest frame 20 and the support frame 10 are fixed through insertion and connection of a latch member.
[0043] Although the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes can be made to the present invention in the forms and details without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by claims, which are the scope of protection of the present invention.
