[0025] In the description of the invention, it should be noted that unless otherwise expressly stated and defined, terms mount, link and connect should be understood in a broad sense. For example, connect may refer to fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated connection; mechanical connection or electrical connection; direct connection, indirect connection by means of an intermediate medium, internal communication or interaction of two elements. Those ordinarily skilled in the art may appreciate the specific meanings of these terms in the invention according to specific circumstances.

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1-5, this embodiment provides a packaging box with drop protection and a child lock, including a sleeve box 1 and an inner box 2. Two ends of the sleeve box 1 communicate with each other to form a receiving cavity 11 for receiving the inner box. A cavity is formed in the inner box 2. The inner box 2 is provided with a storage cavity 21. Partition boards 22 spaced apart from each other are arranged on side surfaces of the storage cavity 21, and end surfaces of the partition boards 22 are uneven surfaces. The partition boards 22 are oblique to make the storage cavity 21 shaped like an inverted frustum.

[0027] Wherein, two symmetric side plates 23 are arranged on two sides of the inner box 2 and are movable towards the cavity of the inner box 2 under the action of an external force. Protrusions 24 are arranged on the side plates 23. Mortises 12 are formed in positions, corresponding to the protrusions 24, of the sleeve box 1. When the inner box 2 is stored in the receiving cavity 11 of the sleeve box 1, the protrusions 24 are inserted into the mortises 12.

[0028] In this embodiment, the packaging box is directly formed by the sleeve box 1 and the inner box 2, the cavity is formed in the inner box 2, the partition boards 22 are arranged in the storage cavity 21, and the end surfaces, in contact with a product, of the partition boards 22 are designed into uneven surfaces, which may gradually adapt to the size of the product together with the frustum-shaped design of the storage cavity 21, thereby ensuring that the product is placed more tightly; meanwhile, the uneven surfaces of the partition boards 22 serve as retaining surfaces, and the partition boards 22 are spaced apart from each other to form buffer spaces, which provide a good buffer effect in conjunction with the cavity in the inner box 2 when the packaging box is collided or squeezed, thereby guaranteeing an effective clamping force and providing drop and buffer protection; and the inner box 2 is prevented from being completely attached to side surfaces of the product, such that more appearance features of the product may be exhibited, thereby providing a new product packaging experience. In addition, by means of the design of the protrusions 24 and the mortises 12, the inner box 2 will not be pulled out of the sleeve box 1 unless the protrusions 24 at both ends are pushed inwards synchronously, thereby fulfilling the effect of a child lock.

[0029] Further, regarding the manufacturing of the sleeve box 1, the sleeve box 1 in this embodiment is formed by folding a first sheet. Specifically, parallel first folds 100 are sequentially arranged on the first sheet from one end to the other end, the first sheet is folded along the first folds 100, and a head end and a tail end of the first sheet are bonded together to form the sleeve box 1. Holes 101 for forming the mortises 12 are formed in the first sheet.

[0030] Further, the inner box 2 in this embodiment is formed by folding a second sheet. Specifically, the second sheet is divided by second folds 200 into a first region 201, two second regions 202, two third regions 203, two fourth regions 204, two fifth regions 205 and four sixth regions 206. The two second regions 202 are respectively located on a left side and a right side of the first region 201. The two third regions 203 are respectively located at a front end and a rear end of the first region 201. One of the two fourth regions 204 is located on a left side of the second region 202 on the left side, and the other fourth region 204 is located on a right side of the second region 202 on the right side. One of the two fifth regions 205 is located at a rear end of the third region 203 at the rear end, and the other fifth region 205 is located at a front end of the third region 203 at the front end. The four sixth regions 206 are respectively located at front ends and rear ends of the two second regions 202.

[0031] Wherein, the first region 201, the second regions 202, the third regions 203, the fourth regions 204, the fifth regions 205 and the sixth regions 206 are correspondingly folded along the second folds 200 to form side surfaces of the inner box 2 by the second regions 202 and the third regions 203, the fourth regions 204 are bonded together to form the bottom of the inner box 2, and the cavity of the inner box 2 is defined by the first region 201, the second regions 202, the third regions 203 and the fourth regions 204; the fifth regions 205 and the sixth regions 206 are inserted into the cavity after being folded, C-shaped fractures 210 are arranged on the second folds 200 at joints between the fifth regions 205 and the third regions 203, the protrusions 24 are formed in the regions where the fractures 210 are located after the fifth regions 205 and the third regions 203 are folded, the third regions 203 are supported by front sides of the sixth regions 206, and the fifth regions 205 connected to the third regions 203 are clamped by the sixth regions 209; when pressed, the sixth regions 206, the third regions 203 and the fifth regions 205 are passively pushed inwards under the action of an external force; after the external force is removed, a reactive force generated by passively pressing the sixth regions 206 and a resilience force generated by bending the third regions 203 inwards form an outward pushing force to enable the third regions 203 and the protrusions 24 to restore; and after restoration, the sixth regions 206 prevent the fifth regions 205 from further moving, and the third regions 203 connected to the fifth regions 205 are prevented from further moving outwards.

[0032] Further, a seventh region 207 is arranged in the first region 201, a plurality of oblique eighth regions 208 are arranged on side surfaces of the seventh region 207, a right end of the seventh region 207 is disconnected from the first region 201, third folds 211 are arranged at a left end of the seventh region 207 and connected to the first region 201, two side edges of each of the eighth regions 208 are disconnected from the first region 201 and the seventh region 207, and two ends of each of the eighth regions 208 are respectively connected to the first region 201 and the seventh region 207. After the second sheet is folded to form the inner box 2, a back side of the seventh region is naturally bonded to the fourth regions under the action of a glue, and then the fourth regions are pushed to move leftwards and the first region is pushed to move rightwards, such that a sagging space forms the storage cavity 21, and the eight regions 208 form the partition boards 22.

[0033] Further, because the sleeve box 1 and the inner box 2 in this embodiment are formed by folding sheets, in the packaging field, the first sheet and the second sheet in this embodiment are both cardboards, which are easy to produce and satisfy the environmental protection requirements.

[0034] The above embodiments are merely preferred ones of the invention, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the invention. All equivalent structural or flow transformations made according to the contents in the specification and drawings of the invention, or direct or indirect applications to other related technical fields should also fall within the patent protection scope of the invention.
