CONTAINER-DEDICATED BULK BAG FOR CONVENIENT LOADING AND UNLOADING

Abstract

A container-dedicated bulk bag for convenient loading and unloading includes a bag body, and two forklift-specific fork guide tubes. The two forklift-specific fork guide tubes pass through an upper end of the bag body and are respectively fixed on two inner side walls of the upper end of the bag body. In use, forks of a forklift are inserted directly into the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes to quickly fork and lift the bulk bag. The bulk bag can facilitate the operation of the forklift, and improve the load-bearing characteristics and stability.

Claims

1. A container-dedicated bulk bag for convenient loading and unloading, comprising: a bag body, and two forklift-specific fork guide tubes, wherein the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes pass through an upper end of the bag body and are respectively fixed on two inner side walls of the upper end of the bag body.

2. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 1, wherein a reinforced support belt is respectively arranged in a direction perpendicular to the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes and surrounded onto two ends of the bag body.

3. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 2, wherein the reinforced support belt is surrounded on an outer surface or an inner surface of the bag body.

4. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 1, wherein a material feeding port is arranged above the bag body, and a material discharging port is arranged below the bag body.

5. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 1, wherein two ends of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes protrude out of the bag body or are aligned with the bag body.

6. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 1, wherein a diameter of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes is larger than a width of a forklift-specific fork.

7. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 2, wherein two ends of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes protrude out of the bag body or are aligned with the bag body.

8. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 3, wherein two ends of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes protrude out of the bag body or are aligned with the bag body.

9. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 4, wherein two ends of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes protrude out of the bag body or are aligned with the bag body.

10. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 2, wherein a diameter of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes is larger than a width of a forklift-specific fork.

11. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 3, wherein a diameter of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes is larger than a width of a forklift-specific fork.

12. The container-dedicated bulk bag according to claim 4, wherein a diameter of each of the two forklift-specific fork guide tubes is larger than a width of a forklift-specific fork.
