[0040] Specifically, this application enables sealed storage of tablewares 9, preventing contamination from external dust that could affect user experience. The device achieves stable storage and convenient retrieval of tablewares 9 through intricate mechanical structures. A series of precisely designed linkage componentssuch as the limit block 31, sliding bracket 32, and movable swing blocks 35work in concert to ensure secure storage and effortless extraction of tablewares 9. Additionally, the inclusion of the switch assembly 7 and the engagement assembly 8 facilitates loading and prevents disengagement, enhancing both operational convenience and structural stability. The robust fixed base 1, constructed from a left fixed plate 14 and right fixed plate 15, integrates a central tableware compartment 11. A support plate 6 and compression spring 84 are installed at the base, forming a sealed space that effectively isolates external contaminants and maintains tableware hygiene.
[0041] This application provides an easy-access tableware storage device. It includes a fixed base 1, with movable positioning rods 5 installed at both ends of the base. The fixed base 1 comprises a left fixed plate 14 and a right fixed plate 15, between which the tableware compartment 11 is centrally located. An elastic support assembly 12 for supporting tablewares 9 is mounted below the tableware compartment 11. The movable positioning rods 5 function to hold the elastic support assembly 12 at maximum compression, enabling tablewares 9 to be loaded into the compartment 11 without spring resistance. After loading tablewares 9, the upper cover 2 is closed, allowing the movable positioning rods 5 to return to their original position and apply elastic support force to the tablewares within the compartment. The topmost tableware 9 in the compartment contacts the clamp assembly 3 within the upper cover 2, designed for gripping tablewares. The upper cover 2 consists of a left side plate 21, a right side plate 22, and a top plate 23. Guide slots 13 are formed on the inner walls of the side plates. The clamp assembly 3 is slidably connected to these guide slots and comprises a limit block 31 and a sliding bracket 32, forming a single-tableware dispensing mechanism. The tail end of the sliding bracket 32 features an outlet 33, flanked by swing block fixing pins 34. Movable swing blocks 35 are pivotally connected to these pins and fitted with sliding bearings 36. These bearings slide back and forth within the guide slots 13. During tableware extraction, the movable swing blocks 35 contact the tableware 9 in a V-shaped configuration, aligning with the sliding bracket 32 in a straight line. Friction at the tableware neck is released, allowing smooth removal. Simultaneously, the head of the next tableware 9 below is pulled by the limit step 39, moving its handle partially out of the compartment 11 in preparation for the next retrieval. The sliding bracket 32 returns to its original position via the force exerted by the elastic member 37 (a tension spring). The coordinated action of the tension spring, sliding bracket 32, and movable swing blocks 35 ensures smooth, low-friction extraction of individual tablewares, enhancing user experience.
[0042] The precise interplay between the clamp assembly 3 and the sliding bracket 32 enables accurate selection and smooth propulsion of tablewares 9, improving operational precision and fluidity.
[0043] The elastic support assembly 12 beneath the tableware compartment 11, utilizing compression springs 84 paired with movable positioning rods 5, facilitates effortless loading of tablewares 9 while providing moderate support to ensure stable storage of each item. When loading tablewares or pressing the handle 73 down to the limiting portion 17, the compression springs 84 are compressed. Their use ensures stable support while permitting slight movement, minimizing collisions and noise during extraction and further improving user experience.
[0044] Movable check swing blocks 30 are mounted on both sides of the sliding bracket 32's midsection to prevent an extracted tableware 9 from falling back into the compartment. A shifter lever 38 on the bracket's outer wall allows manual extraction of the top tableware 9 from a fully loaded compartment. The check swing blocks 30 effectively prevent accidental retraction of retrieved tablewares, ensuring reliability and safety during use.
[0045] The switch assembly 7 and engagement assembly 8 provide mechanical intelligence for opening and closing the device, simplifying operation. The engagement assembly 8 also prevents detachment of the top plate 23, enhancing structural integrity and maintaining the sealed environment to isolate contaminants and ensure tableware cleanliness.
[0046] This application enables sealed storage of tablewares 9, preventing dust contamination. By pulling the tableware handle 73, the tableware slides outwardly via internal mechanisms. Concurrently, the support plate 6 elevates the remaining tablewares under spring force, preparing for the next retrieval. This significantly enhances the efficiency and hygiene of tableware management. Suitable for diverse settings like food service, public spaces, and homes, it streamlines operations, reduces labor costs, and guarantees convenience and safety. Its rational design is easy to maintain and clean, offering high promotional value and social benefits. It integrates storage, support, and retrieval functions into a compact unit, optimizing space utilization and user convenience.
