    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0043] In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the disclosure clearer, the technical solution of the disclosure will be further described in detail below. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part of embodiments of the disclosure and are not all the embodiments. On the basis of the embodiments in the disclosure, all other implementations obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall into the scope of protection of the disclosure.

[0044] Referring FIGS. 1-15, the disclosure provides a magnetic clamp, including a first shell 1, a first clamping plate 3, a second shell 2, and a second clamping plate 4, where the first shell 1 is connected to the first clamping plate 3 through a first pivoting structure 9, and the second shell 2 is connected to the second clamping late 4 through a second pivoting structure 10; and by designing the pivoting structures, the first shell 1 and the first clamping plate 3 that are integrally formed and the second shell 2 and the second clamping plate 4 that are integrally formed are of a cross hinged structure, as shown in FIG. 11. A first decorative plate 7 is clamped to an outer side of the first clamping plate 3, and a second decorative plate 8 is clamped to an outer side of the second clamping plate 4. The first decorative plate 7 and the second decorative plate 8 can be designed according to a demand for appearance.

[0045] Further, the first pivoting structure 9 and the second pivoting structure 10 are hinged in a matched manner, so that the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 correspond in position, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 correspond in position; and a first magnet 12 at a fixed position is arranged in the first shell 1, and a slidable second magnet 13 is arranged in the second shell 2.

[0046] In the above structure, when the second magnet 13 slides to correspond to the first magnet 12 in position, the two magnets attract each other, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are in a clamped state; and when the second magnet 13 slides to be staggered from the first magnet 12, the two magnets are separated, the second shell 2 and the second clamping plate 4 are overturned, and the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are in an opened state. In this application, the two magnets are arranged at a rear end of a product. When the two magnets attract each other, the magnetic force is transformed into a clamping force at a front end, and a thick rim can also be clamped smoothly.

[0047] As a preferred implementation of the solution, referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the second magnet 13 is slidably mounted in the second shell 2 through a moving part 15, slide openings 202 are formed in both sides of the second shell 2, handles 14 are connected to both sides of the moving part 15, and each of the handles 14 passes through each of the slide openings 202 and extends to an outer side of the second shell 2. The second magnet 13 can slide from the side surface through the handles 14 to control attraction or separation of the second magnet 13 and the first magnet 12.

[0048] The handles 14 can be arranged on a side surface, a top surface, or at a front end of the second shell 2. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the handles 14 are connected to both sides of the second shell 2. Referring to FIG. 12, the handles 14 are connected to an upper end surface of the second shell 2; and referring to FIG. 13, the handles 14 are connected at the front end of the second shell 2. The handles 14 can also be designed at other positions to drive the second magnet 13 to slide.

[0049] As one of the implementations of the solution, referring to FIGS. 8, 9, and 10, the moving part 15 is of a frame structure, and the second magnet 13 is fixedly mounted in the frame; the handles 14 are detachably inserted into the frame through an insertion plate 20; and a limiting block 16 is arranged at a rear end of the frame, a through hole is formed in a rear end of the second shell 2, a limiting groove 17 is formed in an inner wall of the first shell 1, and when the first magnet 12 slides to a position corresponding to the second magnet 13 to attract the second magnet, the limiting block 16 passes through the through hole and matches with the limiting groove 17. According to the design of the limiting block 16 and the limiting groove 17, the second magnet 13 and the first magnet 12 can reach to corresponding positions precisely during sliding, so that the two magnets are kept in an attracted state.

[0050] Preferably, referring to FIGS. 5-10, the first pivoting structure 9 includes two connecting plates 901 with axle holes, and the two connecting plates 901 are connected to both sides of the first shell 1 and the first clamping plate 3; the second pivoting structure 10 is an L-shaped connecting base, and an axle seat 1001 is formed on the connecting base; and the axle seat 1001 matches with the two connecting plates 901 and are rotationally connected to the two connecting plates through a hinge pin 11. The first shell 1, the first pivoting structure 9, and the first clamping plate 3 are integrally formed; and the second shell 2, the second pivoting structure 10, and the second clamping plate 4 are integrally formed.

[0051] Further, an arc-shaped structure is arranged at a connection between the first clamping plate 3 and the first pivoting structure 9, the arc-shaped structure matches with the axle seat 1001, a clamping block 1002 is formed on an inner wall of the arc-shaped structure, and a clamping bump is formed on an outer wall of the axle seat 1001; and when the first clamping plate 3 and the second clamping plate 4 are in the opened state, the clamping block 1002 of the arc-shaped structure is in tight fit with the clamping bump 902 on the upper part of the axle seat 1001 and is in a clamped state. By means of the clamping structure, the hat clamp can be kept in the opened state, so that a user can operate the hat clamp to clamp the hat more easily. During specific operation, the second magnet 13 slides, and after the two magnets are separated, the hat clamp can be opened smoothly. The hat clamp is rotated while being opened till the clamping bump 902 and the clamping block 1002 form the clamping structure and clamp the hat. The hat clamp is kept in the opened state, the rim of the hat is placed in the hat clamp, the second shell 2 is pressed to unlock the clamping structure, the moving part 15 moves toward the position of the first magnet 12, and when the two magnets attract each other, the hat clamp is closed to clamp the hat as well.

[0052] In order to clamp the hat, an end part of the first clamping plate 3 is bent inward to form a first engaging part 5, and an end part of the second clamping plate 4 is bent inward to form a second engaging part 6; and the first engaging part 5 and the second engaging part 6 match with each other to clamp the rim of the hat. A plurality of engaging teeth matching with one another are arranged on each of the first engaging part 5 and the second engaging part 6.

[0053] To connect other accessories conveniently, a connecting handle 18 is further formed on the first shell 1, and the connecting handle 18 is connected to a connection buckle 19.
