DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

[0016] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the pet guardrail 1 is configured and fixed under the fence 2 to reduce the space between the straight bars 20 of the fence 2 and prevent the pet to run from the space. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the pet guardrail 1 comprises an upper cross bar 10, a lower cross bar 11 and a plurality of straight bars 12 connected between the upper cross bar 10 and the lower cross bar 11. The upper cross bar 10 and the lower cross bar 11 have same structure for sharing but the configuration thereof is set upside down. Herein, a further description is made to the structure of the upper cross bar 10. The upper cross bar 10 is a tube shape having an open slot 13 provided on the side facing the fence 2, the mouth of the open slot 13 has locking lips 130 on the upper and lower ends separately, and an embedding notch 14 is configured in a concave form on the open slot 13 at positions corresponding to each straight bar 20 of the fence 2. A covering plate 15 is provided to cover the mouth of the open slot 13, wherein the covering plate 15 is protruded to from a clip 150 on the upper and lower ends corresponding to the two clipping lips 130 so that the clip 150 can be snapped with the clipping lips 130 to enable the covering plate 15 to cover the mouth of the open slot 13. An embedding slot 16 is defined on the end of the upper cross bar 10 where fixing the straight bars 12 and the mouth of the embedding slot 16 faces the straight bar 12. The slot wall 17 shared by the embedding slot 16 and the open slot 13 is defined as a sharing slot wall 17. The end part of the straight bar 12 is configured with a fixing hole 120 locating inside the embedding slot 16.

[0017] As shown in FIGS. 6a6d, the combination of the pet guardrail 1 is to embed the top end of the straight bar 12 into the embedding slot 16 (as shown in FIG. 6a) and then a punch head 30 of the power punch bar 3 reaches from the open slot 13 of the upper cross bar 10 (as shown in FIG. 6b) to apply a force and punch the bar wall of the sharing slow wall 17 corresponding to the fixing hole 120, thereby enabling the punching position of the shared slot wall 17 to be deformed to form a locking pellet 18 protruding toward the fixing hole 120, and the locking pellet 18 is strongly embedded into the fixing hole 120 to be fixed (as shown in FIG. 6c) to combine integratedly the top end of the straight bar 12 and the upper cross bar 10. On the opposite side, the lower cross bar 11 and the bottom end of the straight bar 12 are is combined integrately as well. The shape and outer diameter of the above-mentioned punch head 30 is designed to match the diameter of the fixing hole 120 to enable the locking pellet 18 to be securely embedded into the fixing hole 120.

[0018] As shown in FIGS. 5, 6c, and 6d, when the pet guardrail 1 is combined with the fence 2, the pet guardrail 1 is embedded and connected from the front side of the fence 2. The straight bars 20 of the fence 2 separately reach into the embedding openings 14 to enable the pet guardrail 1 to attach with the fence 2. Then, the covering plate 15 is placed from the back side of the fence 2 to attach with the open slot 13 and through the snapping between the clip 150 and the clip lip 130, the covering plate 15 can cover the mouth of the open slot 13. In this way, the pet guardrail 1 is fixed with the fence 2, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6d, and 7.

[0019] It can be known from the above description, the pet guardrail 1 is direct to install the fixing holes 120 via the straight bar 12, then the punch head 30 of the power punch bar 3 reaching into from the open slot 13 of the upper cross bar 10 and the lower cross bar 11 to apply a force to punch bar wall of the sharing slot wall 17 corresponding to the fixing holes 120, thereby enabling the punched positions of the sharing slot wall 17 to be deformed and protrude the locking pellets 18 toward the fixing holes 120. The locking pellets 18 are strongly embedded into the fixing holes 120 (as shown in FIG. 6c) to be fixed and combine the top end and bottom end of the straight bar 12 separately with the upper cross bar 10 and the lower cross bar 11 to be one. The fixation is secure and stable, and can save labor because it does not require any bolt and nut.

[0020] In summary, the present invention not only has novelty, but also has value for industrial utilization. Therefore, an application for invention patent is submitted. Your examination and approval will be highly appreciated.
