Abstract
A slide rail device includes a first slide rail unit and a second slide rail. The first slide rail unit includes a first slide rail, two support members, and two positioning members. The first slide rail has a sliding surface and two rail walls. The support members abut against the sliding surface, and abut against the rail walls. The positioning members are connected to the sliding surface, are connected to the support members, and retain the support members on the rail walls. The second slide rail is slidably disposed on the sliding surface and abuts against the support members.
Claims
1. A slide rail device comprising: a first slide rail unit including a first slide rail that has a rail plate having a sliding surface, and two rail walls respectively and transversely extending from a top side and a bottom side of said rail plate, two support members that abut against said sliding surface, and that respectively abut against said rail walls, and two positioning members that are connected to said sliding surface, that are respectively connected to said support members, and that respectively retain said support members on said rail walls; and a second slide rail slidably disposed on said sliding surface and abutting against said support members.
2. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said positioning members has a plate portion and at least one retaining portion that extends from said plate portion and that retains the respective one of said support members on said rail walls.
3. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of said support members has a main portion that abuts against said sliding surface, at least one contact portion that extends from said main portion along said sliding surface, and an abutment portion that is connected to said main portion and that abuts against said second slide rail and the respective one of said rail walls.
4. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: for each of said support members, a thickness of said at least one contact portion is greater than a thickness of said main portion; said at least one contact portion of each of said support members has a first contact surface, a second contact surface transversely connected to said first contact surface, and a third contact surface transversely connected to said second contact surface and opposite to said first contact surface; said at least one retaining portion of each of said positioning members has a first retaining segment connected to said plate portion, and a second retaining segment bent from said first retaining segment; for each of said support members, said first contact surface of said at least one contact portion is disposed for abutting against said plate portion of the respective one of said positioning members, said second contact surface of said at least one contact portion is disposed for abutting against said first retaining segment of said at least one retaining portion of the respective one of said positioning members, and said third contact surface is disposed for abutting against said second retaining segment of said at least one retaining portion of the respective one of said positioning members.
5. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: said first slide rail further has at least two mounting holes that are formed in said sliding surface; said at least one contact portion of each of said support members is inserted into a respective one of said at least two mounting holes; and said at least one retaining portion of each of said positioning members is inserted into a respective one of said at least two mounting holes.
6. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said abutment portion of each of said support members has an inclined guiding surface that is disposed opposite to the respective one of said rail walls and that abuts against said second slide rail.
7. The slide rail device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said main portion of each of said support members has a flat segment that abuts against said sliding surface, and an angled segment that is transversely connected to said flat segment, that abuts against the respective one of said rail walls, and that is connected to said abutment portion of said support member.
Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] Other features and advantages of the disclosure will become apparent in the following detailed description of the embodiment(s) with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is noted that various features may not be drawn to scale.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0015] Before the disclosure is described in greater detail, it should be noted that where considered appropriate, reference numerals or terminal portions of reference numerals have been repeated among the figures to indicate corresponding or analogous elements, which may optionally have similar characteristics.
[0016] It should be noted herein that for clarity of description, spatially relative terms such as top, bottom, upper, lower, on, above, over, downwardly, upwardly and the like may be used throughout the disclosure while making reference to the features as illustrated in the drawings. The features may be oriented differently (e.g., rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative terms used herein may be interpreted accordingly.
[0017]
[0018] As shown in
[0019] The first slide rail unit 2 is slidably disposed on the sliding surface 11. The first slide rail unit 2 serves as an intermediate slide rail unit and includes a first slide rail 21, two support members 22, and two positioning members 23.
[0020] The first slide rail 21 has a rail plate 211, two rail walls 212, and four mounting holes 215. The rail plate 211 has a first end 213, a second end 214, a sliding surface 211a, and a plate surface 211b. The second end 214 is opposite to the first end 213. The plate surface is opposite to the sliding surface 211a, and faces the outer rail 1. The two rail walls 212 respectively and transversely extend from a top side and a bottom side of the rail plate 211. The mounting holes 215 are formed in the sliding surface 211a, and are disposed adjacent to the second end 214.
[0021] As shown in
[0022] As shown in
[0023] Referring back to
[0024] It should be noted that while, in this embodiment, the first slide rail unit 2 serves as the intermediate slide rail unit, and the second slide rail 3 serves as the inner slide rail, the slide rail device of the disclosure may vary in configuration. For example, in other embodiments, the first slide rail unit 2 may serve as an outer slide rail unit, and the second slide rail 3 may serve as an intermediate slide rail.
[0025] In summary, because the positioning members 23 are fixed to the sliding surface 211a of the first slide rail 21 and respectively retain the support members 22, the support members 22 are prevented from being detached respectively from the rail walls 212 of the first slide rail 21 such that each of the support members 22 is solidly positioned between the first slide rail 21 and the second slide rail 3, thereby facilitating the assembly of the first slide rail unit 2 and the second slide rail 3.
[0026] In the description above, for the purposes of explanation, numerous specific details have been set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiment(s). It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that one or more other embodiments may be practiced without some of these specific details. It should also be appreciated that reference throughout this specification to one embodiment, an embodiment, an embodiment with an indication of an ordinal number and so forth means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic may be included in the practice of the disclosure. It should be further appreciated that in the description, various features are sometimes grouped together in a single embodiment, figure, or description thereof for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure and aiding in the understanding of various inventive aspects; such does not mean that every one of these features needs to be practiced with the presence of all the other features. In other words, in any described embodiment, when implementation of one or more features or specific details does not affect implementation of another one or more features or specific details, said one or more features may be singled out and practiced alone without said another one or more features or specific details. It should be further noted that one or more features or specific details from one embodiment may be practiced together with one or more features or specific details from another embodiment, where appropriate, in the practice of the disclosure.
[0027] While the disclosure has been described in connection with what is (are) considered the exemplary embodiment(s), it is understood that this disclosure is not limited to the disclosed embodiment(s) but is intended to cover various arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and equivalent arrangements.
