In addition, since the spherical contact surface 21 does not form a stable contact with the ground, the user facing toward the platform portion 1 can control the platform portion 1 to twist or tilt, thus achieving flexible adjustment of a plank angle to meet various needs of the user.
[0030] In the second use form, the spherical contact surface 21 faces upward, and the platform portion 1 faces downward and is in contact with the ground through the horizontal contact portion 11, and the supporting handle 12 is removed at the same time to prevent the supporting handle 12 from interfering with contact between the horizontal contact portion 11 and the ground, in which case, the user can complete required actions using the spherical contact surface 21, thereby realizing an exercise function of a traditional BOSU ball.
[0031] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the elbow support portion 13 consists of a pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b embedded in a rear part of the upper surface of the platform portion 1. Specifically, embedding grooves 101 and 102 are formed on the rear part of the upper surface of the platform portion 1, the pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b are embedded into the embedding grooves 101 and 102 and fixed with glue, and support surfaces of the pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b do not extend beyond a plane where the horizontal contact portion 11 is located. Therefore, in the second use form, in spite of without being removed, the pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b will not interfere with the contact between the horizontal contact portion 11 and the ground. Of course, in other alternative embodiments of the present disclosure, when the support surfaces of the pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b extend beyond the plane where the horizontal contact portion 11 is located, the pair of elbow support pads 13a and 13b can be arranged as a detachable structure.
[0032] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the horizontal contact portion 11 is a plurality of support blocks protruding from the upper surface of the platform portion 1 and distributed in a circular array around an edge of the platform portion 1, such that the horizontal contact portion can be in stable contact with the ground in the second use form.
