Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of tables, and in particular, to an easy-to-package spliced table. The spliced table includes table legs, where the table legs are fixed at four corners of a bottom surface of a table top through a bolt, a body of the table top is provided with two first table plates with openings opposite to each other, the openings of the two first table plates are in butt joint to form an enclosed area, and a second table plate is mounted in the enclosed area in an abutting manner, and the second table plate and the two first table plates are spliced to form the table top, so that the problems that an existing table is not small enough and light in packaging before transportation are solved.

Claims

1. An easy-to-package spliced table, comprising table legs (2), wherein the table legs (2) are fixed at four corners of a bottom surface of a table top (1) through a bolt, a body of the table top (1) is provided with two first table plates (3) with openings opposite to each other, the openings of the two first table plates (3) are in butt joint to form an enclosed area, and a second table plate (4) is mounted in the enclosed area in an abutting manner, and the second table plate (4) and the two first table plates (3) are spliced to form the table top (1).

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein the first table plate (3) comprises a fixed frame (31), an isosceles trapezoidal plate is fixed in the middle of the fixed frame, right-angled trapezoidal plates are arranged at two sides of the isosceles trapezoidal plate, respectively; the isosceles trapezoidal plate and the right-angled trapezoidal plates are fixed through three square clamping members (32) arranged at intervals, and the square clamping members (32) are fixed to a bottom surface the fixed frame (31) through a bolt penetrating through the top.

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein several fixed strips I (33) and two fixed strips II (34) are fixed to an inner side surface of the fixed frame (31) through bolts, top surfaces of the fixed strips I (33) abut against edges of bottom surfaces of the isosceles trapezoidal plate and the right-angled trapezoidal plates, respectively, and top surfaces of the fixed strips II (34) abut against the middle of a bottom surface of the isosceles trapezoidal plate.

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 2, wherein the two first table plates (3) are connected through a bolt, the bolt penetrates through circular holes (35) on a side surface of the fixed frame (31) at joints, two joints of the two first table plates (3) are provided with two circular holes (35), respectively, and the two circular holes (35) are arranged at two sides of each fixed strip I (33).

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein the second table plate (4) comprises an outer frame (41), a rectangular table plate is arranged in the outer frame, the outer frame (41) is in bolted connection with the fixed frame (31) through the circular holes (35) arranged at the side surface, and four circular holes (35) are uniformly arranged along a length direction of the outer frame (41).

6. The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein a square fixed ring (5) is arranged below the table top (1), four corners of the square fixed ring (5) are in bolted connection with the table legs (2), and the square fixed ring (5) is formed by splicing two U-shaped members.

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein an outer side of the middle of a square fixed ring (5) is in bolted connection with a side surface of one end of a fixed member (51), the other end of the fixed member (51) is connected to a middle edge of a bottom surface of a fixed frame (31) through a bolt; a bracket (6) is arranged on an inner side of the middle of the square fixed ring (5), an umbrella rod fixed square hole B (61) is arranged in the middle of the bracket (6), connecting members (62) are arranged at two ends of the bracket (6), and the connecting members (62) are clamped to the square fixed ring (5).

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 6, wherein two bolt holes A (63) arranged up and down are arranged at a side surface of each connecting member (62), bolts in the bolt holes A (63) sequentially penetrate through the connecting members (62) and the square fixed ring (5) to be in threaded connection with the fixed member (51); two threaded holes B (64) are arranged at the top of each connecting member (62), two threaded holes C (65) are arranged at the bottom of each connecting member (62), and bolts in the threaded holes B (64) and the threaded holes C (65) abut against the square fixed ring (5).

The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein the center of the second table plate (4) is provided with an umbrella rod fixed circular hole A (42), and centers of the umbrella rod fixed circular hole A (42) and an umbrella rod fixed square hole B (61) are aligned for jointly fixing a sunshade.

10. The easy-to-package spliced table according to claim 1, wherein the body of the table top (1) comprises the first table plates (3) and the second table plate (4), and the first table plates (3) and the second table plate (4) are integrated.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 14, this embodiment provides an easy-to-package spliced table, including table legs 2, where the table legs 2 are fixed at four corners of a bottom surface of a table top 1 through a bolt, each table leg 2 is fixed to the table top 1 through two M6*25 bolts. A body of the table top 1 is provided with two first table plates 3 with openings opposite to each other, the openings of the two first table plates 3 are in butt joint to form an enclosed area, and a second table plate 4 is mounted in the enclosed area in an abutting manner, and the second table plate 4 and the two first table plates 3 are spliced to form the table top 1. The two first table plates 3 are connected through four M6*38 bolts, the bolts penetrate through circular holes 35 on a side surface of the fixed frame 31 at joints, two joints of the two first table plates 3 are provided with two circular holes 35, respectively, and the two circular holes 35 are arranged at two sides of each fixed strip I 33. The second table plate 4 includes an outer frame 41, a rectangular table plate is arranged in the outer frame, and the outer frame 41 is in bolted connection with the fixed frame 31 through the circular holes 35 arranged at the side surface. The specification of the bolt is M6*38, and there are eight bolts in total. Four circular holes 35 are uniformly arranged along a length direction of the outer frame 41, and eight circular holes 35 are arranged in total in the two length directions. According to the spliced table, the two first table plates 3 and the second table plate 4 are fixedly spliced through the bolts in the circular holes 35 and can be conveniently disassembled. The two first table plates 3 and the second table plate 4 can be packaged separately, so that packaging volume is reduced, and packaging is small and light.

The square clamping members 32, the fixed strips I 33, and the fixed strips II 34 are used for fixing the isosceles trapezoidal plate and the right-angled trapezoidal plates in the fixed frame 31, the structure is reasonable and tightly fixed.

Two bolt holes A 63 arranged up and down are arranged at a side surface of each connecting member 62, M6*30 bolts in the bolt holes A 63 sequentially penetrate through the connecting member 62 and the square fixed ring 5 to be in threaded connection with the fixed member 51; two threaded holes B 64 are arranged at the top of the connecting member 62, two threaded holes C 65 are arranged at the bottom of the connecting member 62, and M6*52 bolts in the threaded holes B 64 and the threaded holes C 65 abut against the square fixed ring 5. The square fixed ring 5 is formed by splicing two U-shaped members, and the threaded holes B 64 and the threaded holes C 65 are respectively provided with one M6*52 bolt up and down at a splicing position of the two U-shaped members, and the M6*52 bolts are used for assembling and fixed the two U-shaped members. The square fixed ring 5 is connected to the bracket 6 through the bolts, and the two U-shaped members in the square fixed ring 5 are spliced and fixed through the bolts, which can be conveniently disassembled and packaged separately, and the packaging volume is small.
