Embodiment 1:
[0029] As shown in
[0030] In this embodiment, the arm guard 1 is arranged on both sides of the top of the support rod 2, so that when the child is bathing, the child can grasp the arm guard 1 and support the child.
[0031] In other embodiments (not shown in the figure), the arm guard 1 can also adopt an annular structure, and through this closed structure, the back of the young child can also be supported when taking a bath, the back pressure is reduced, and the closed arm guard 1 can also effectively prevent the young child from slipping or falling in the process of bathing, and the safety risk in the bathing process is reduced.
[0032] In this embodiment, as shown in
[0033] In this embodiment, as shown in
[0034] In this embodiment, the first button 5 is telescopic and arranged in the first sliding hole 34, and the second button 4 is telescopic and arranged in the second sliding hole 33. The first button 5 and the second button 4 respectively control the expansion and contraction of the first bump 6, and by pressing the first button 5 or the second button 4, the first bump 6 enters or exits the first sliding hole 34 or the second sliding hole 33, so that the bracket is folded and expanded. The folding bath stand is convenient to store after folding and does not take up too much space; When in use, only need to simply operate the second button 4, can realize the unfolding of the bracket, and the stability is high.
[0035] In other embodiments (not shown in the figure), the shapes of the first bump 6, the first sliding hole 34 and the second sliding hole 33 comprise a triangle, a circle, a rectangle and a polygon, and each shape has different advantages and application scenarios. In the triangular first sliding hole 34 and the second sliding hole 33, the triangular first bump 6 has a stable contact surface, reduces the wear that occurs due to friction, and prolongs the service life. For the circular first sliding hole 34 and the second sliding hole 33, the symmetry that the circular first bump 6 has, not only is it easy to process and manufacture, but also produces the least frictional resistance in motion. In the rectangular first sliding hole 34 and the second sliding hole 33, the rectangular first bump 6 has stable position characteristics, realizes high-precision positioning and assembly, and is suitable for the scene that has strict requirements for position accuracy. The polygon first sliding hole 34 and the second sliding hole 33 are matched with the polygon first bump 6, have strong adaptability, can cope with complex installation conditions and changeable stress distribution, ensure the stability and reliability of the connecting structure.
[0036] In this embodiment, the support rod 2 is composed of two parts: a casing 202 and a movable rod 201. The top end of the casing 202 is provided with a rectangular opening, and the movable rod 201 is a rectangular rod, which can enter the inside of the casing 202 and realize the upward and downward movement of the movable rod 201 in the casing 202. A groove is arranged on the outer wall of the casing 202, and a circular opening is further arranged in the groove. The outer surface of the movable rod 201 is provided with a cylindrical protrusion, and the cylindrical protrusion has an expansion and contraction function through the connection of elastic sheets. When the movable rod 201 changes height, the cylindrical protrusion is pressed, the movable rod 201 moves to a specific position, and the cylindrical protrusion is loosened, and the cylindrical protrusion is able to extend out from the casing 202 and snap with the circular opening in the groove under the elastic force of the elastic sheet. The clamping of the cylindrical protrusion and the circular opening makes the telescopic adjustment of the movable rod 201 in the casing 202 flexible and stable.
[0037] In other embodiments (not shown in the figure), the movable rod 201 may be provided with a plurality of poles and socketed with each other, so that the adjustable height of the support rod 2 can be increased so as to facilitate adaptation to young children of different heights.
[0038] In other embodiments (not shown in the figure), a circular opening is arranged at the top end of the casing 202, the shape of the movable rod 201 is circular, the circular movable rod 201 slides in the circular opening of the casing 202, and the circular rod has a higher bearing capacity under the same amount of material compared with the square or polygonal movable rod 201, because the cross-sectional area of the circular rod can be fully utilized to better disperse and resist the external load. In addition, the cross-sectional area of the circular rod is relatively small while meeting the same bearing capacity requirements, which can save material. This not only reduces production costs, but also conforms to the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development.
[0039] In other embodiments (not shown in the figure), the support rod 2 may also be an integral structure, so that it has a better bearing capacity.
[0040] Of course, in other embodiments (not shown in the figure), the support can also be a plate-shaped structure, which is convenient to be suitable for some large bathing supports, expands the support range, and improves the bearing effect.
[0041] In this embodiment, as shown in
Embodiment 2:
[0042] As shown in
Embodiment 3:
[0043] As shown in
[0044] Wherein, the clamping piece 27 is provided with a push rod 26 integrally formed with it, and the push rod 26 can be slidably mounted on the base 3 or the baffle plate 31 (not shown in the figure), so that the push rod 26 can slide left and right along the base 3 or the baffle plate 31.
[0045] In this embodiment, the first groove 24 comprises a plurality of horizontal openings parallel to the central axis of the rotating shaft mechanism, and a rectangular vertical opening that can accommodate the clamping piece 27 to slide up and down and perpendicular to the center line of the rotating shaft mechanism. A plurality of horizontal openings are communicated with vertical openings, and the clamping pieces 27 can move left and right and move up and down in horizontal openings and vertical openings. When the position of the support rod 2 needs to be adjusted, the push rod slides to the left, the clamping piece 27 is positioned in the vertical opening and slides, the clamping piece 27 is moved to the left side of any horizontal opening in the first groove 24, the push rod is slid to the right, the clamping piece 27 is snapped into the first groove 24, and the position adjustment between the support rod 2 and the base 3 is completed.
[0046] In the first to third embodiments:
[0047] The rotating shaft mechanism comprises a shaft hole 82 arranged on the baffle plate 31, and a rotating shaft body 81 arranged on the supporting rod 2, the rotating shaft body 81 is provided with a second groove 83, the opening of the second groove 83 is perpendicular to the axis of the supporting rod 2 and the rotating shaft body 81, a third groove 84 is arranged in the shaft hole 82, the opening of the third groove 84 is vertically oriented towards the base 3, and the third groove 84 is provided with a second bump 85 that can be inserted into the second groove 83. When the support rod 2 is in a folding state, the second bump 85 falls into the second groove 83, the rotating shaft mechanism is locked at this moment, the bracing rod 2 cannot rotate, and when the bracing rod 2 needs to be rotated, only the equipment needs to be flipped over, so that the second bump 85 falls back into the third groove 84.
