Abstract
The invention relates to a guide device for movably guiding a drawer element and for arranging on a lateral wall in the interior of a piece of furniture or a kitchen appliance. The guide device comprises a fixed rail which can be paired with the lateral wall and a pull-out rail which can be coupled to the drawer element and which can be moved relative to the fixed rail, wherein rollers for movably guiding the rails relative to each other are provided between the fixed rail and the pull-out rail. The fixed rail and the pull-out rail additionally have a base section which adjoins lateral sections that protrude laterally from the base section towards the same side at opposite respective ends of the base section when viewed in cross-section perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the rails.
Claims
1. A guide device for displaceably guiding a sliding element and for arranging on a side wall in the interior of a piece of furniture or of a kitchen appliance, wherein the guide device comprises a fixed rail, which can be assigned to the side wall, and a pull-out rail, which can be coupled to the sliding element and is displaceable relative to the fixed rail, wherein rollers are provided between the fixed rail and pull-out rail in order to guide the rails in a displaceable manner in relation to one another, wherein both the fixed rail and the pull-out rail have a main portion, which is adjoined by side portions, which project laterally from the same side, in each case at opposite ends of the main portion, as seen in a cross section taken perpendicularly in relation to a longitudinal extent of the rails, and which extend away from the main portion, these portions therefore forming the fixed rail and the pull-out rail, wherein, on an inner side of the side portions of the rails, the rollers roll along a longitudinal extent of the side portions for the purpose of displaceable guidance, wherein the rails are nested one inside the other, with rollers located therebetween, such that a side portion of one rail overlaps a side portion of the other rail transversely in relation to a longitudinal extent of the rails, and wherein a respective rail has an exterior side portion and an interior side portion, wherein in each case two rollers are arranged, in each case via an axle, on the main portion of the rails, wherein the axles of the rollers are offset on a rail, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the rail, wherein, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the axles of the rollers of the fixed rail are offset in relation to the axles of the rollers of the pull-out rail, and so the rollers, which have a smaller diameter than the furthest vertical distance of the side portions in relation to one another, bear against the side portions on the inner side thereof such that one roller bears against one side portion of a rail and the other roller bears against the opposite portion of the same rail, and the rail with the internally running rollers, the latter being mounted on the other rail, on the side portions is guided, via the rollers, in a closely confined manner in relation to the other rail.
2. The guide device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, via a cutout in a side portion, the rollers of a rail protrude over the outer rail contour which is defined by the side portion.
3. The guide device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rollers of a rail are arranged in the end region of the rail.
4. The guide device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rollers of a rail are arranged eccentrically in relation to a longitudinal center axis of the rail.
5. The guide device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side portions are of channel-like design.
6. The guide device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the roller axles are anchored in the main portion of the rails.
7. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 1.
8. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 2.
9. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 3.
10. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 4.
11. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 5.
12. A piece of furniture or kitchen appliance having two opposite guide devices as claimed in claim 6.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0043]
[0044] The construction of a guide device in terms of the arrangement of rails 12, 13 is illustrated in a front view in
[0045] If the rail 12 is a fixed rail, its main portion 15 is mounted, for example, on the side wall of a microwave oven. Side portions 16, 17 project from one side of the main portion 15 in the direction of the other rail 13, which in that case is a pull-out rail. The rail 13 likewise has a main portion 18, on which side portions 19, 20 project from one side in the direction of the rail 12. The rails 12, 13 here are nested one inside the other such that the lowermost side portion 16 of the rail 12 overlaps the side portion 20 of the rail 13 on the underside, wherein the uppermost side portion 19 of the latter overlaps the side portion 17 of the rail 12 at the top.
[0046] This creates a space which accommodates guide rollers and which at the same time, as result of the type of nested arrangement, prevents, in particular, microwaves which radiate in from the outside from penetrating into the nested arrangement.
[0047] Therefore, as result of this arrangement, for example, guide rollers are shielded from microwaves in a nested space 21, so that no unwanted parasitic effects are caused there.
[0048]
[0049] As can be seen in
[0050] It is thus possible for the guide roller 24 to reach a side portion 31, which overlaps the side portion 30 and belongs to a different rail 32, for example, a pull-out rail, and roll on an inner side of this side portion 31 (see
[0051] The axle 26 for the roller 23, in contrast, is arranged at a lower level, as seen over a height of the rail 22, than the axle 25 for the guide roller 24, and so, rather than rolling on the side portion 31 like the guide roller 24, the guide roller 23 rolls on the opposite side portion 33 of the rail 32.
[0052] The roller axles 25, 26 are preferably offset on the main portion 27 perpendicularly in relation to a longitudinal extent of the rail 22, and so the guide rollers 23, 24 preferably roll internally on the respective side portions 30, 33 in a closely confined manner within an inside width of the rail 32, and this results in well-defined guidance of the rail 32 in relation to the rail 22.
[0053]
[0054] It can be seen in
[0055] The guide roller 34 here rolls on an inner side 39 of the side portion 30 of the rail 22, wherein the guide roller 35, of which only that section which is not overlapped by the guide roller 34 is visible in
[0056] The guidance of the rail 22 in relation to the rail 32 is thereby defined in the opposite end region of the rail arrangement, as seen in
[0057] So that the guide roller 35 can reach the side portion 41 of the rail 22, the rail 32 is provided with a notch 42, corresponding to the notch 28, in a mounting region of the guide rollers 34, 35, as is the case in the opposite end region of the rail 22.
[0058]
[0059] As explained above, the rail 32 can be considered, for example, to be the pull-out rail, with an anchoring element 14 and a further anchoring element or stop element 44 for a food tray, whereas the rail 22 constitutes the fixed rail, which is configured, for example, for secure mounting on a side wall of an interior space of a microwave oven or, by way of fastening mechanisms, on a shelf support on a side wall.
