    Abstract

A length adjustable binding strap includes a buckle having a threading space. A strap has a coupling part formed on a surface thereof. The strap has a first pull part and a second pull part at two ends thereof. The first pull part is threaded through the threading space of the buckle, and the strap wraps around two ends of the buckle. The coupling parts of the two ends of the strap are connected to each other. A binding space is formed by coiling the strap. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0026] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, the length adjustable binding strap of the present invention comprises a buckle 1 having a threading space 10. The buckle 1 includes three transverse bars so as to form a first hole 100, a second hole 101, and a third hole 102. The first, second and third holes (100, 101, 102) are located corresponding to the threading space 10.

[0027] A strap 2 (which can be a single-piece strap 2 or multiple connected strap bodies 2), with a coupling part 20 arranged on its surface and having a first pull part 21 and a second pull part 22 at two ends of the strap 2. In this embodiment, the material of the coupling part 20 can be hook-and-loop fastener or double-sided tape, and the material of the coupling part 20 is not limited to hook-and-loop fastener or double-sided tape. Any material with adhesive effects that can make the strap 2 bond to itself is within the scope of the present invention.

[0028] In assembly, the first pull part 21 of the strap 2 is threaded through the threading space 10 of the buckle 1 and wrapped around two ends of the buckle 1. By connecting the coupling parts 20 at the two ends of the strap 2 to each other, the strap 2 forms a binding space 23. By pulling the first pull part 21, the length of the strap 2 at the two ends of the buckle 1 can be adjusted to change the size of the binding space 23.

[0029] The first pull part 21 of the strap 2 is first threaded through the first hole 100 and the second hole 101 from one side of the buckle 1, then extended to an appropriate length before looping back to the buckle 1. Then the first pull part 21 is passed through the third hole 102 to emerge from the other side of the buckle 1. This exposes the first pull part 21 outside the buckle 1, allowing for movable pulling of the first pull part 21 to adjust the length of the strap 2 at the two ends of the buckle 1. Then, the strap 2 near the first hole 100 of the buckle 1 is bent to form a fixed part 24. Finally, the first pull part 21 of the strap 2 is coiled towards the direction of the second pull part 22 to form a binding space 23 (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7), and the two ends of the strap 2 are connected using the coupling part 20 on the strap 2.

[0030] It is noted that the features of the present invention is to adjust the length of the strap 2 at the two ends of the buckle 1 by pulling the first pull part 21, and thereby change the size of the binding space 23.

[0031] For example, when pulling the first pull part 21 to make the length of the strap 2 above the buckle 1 longer than the length of the strap 2 below the buckle 1 (as shown in FIG. 4), the binding space 23 formed by the coiled strap 2 is defined as a first binding space 230 (as shown in FIG. 5). When pulling the first pull part 21 to make the strap 2 length above the buckle 1 be the longest (as shown in FIG. 6), and the strap 2 length below the buckle 1 be the shortest, the binding space 23 formed by the coiled strap 2 is defined as a second binding space 231 (as shown in FIG. 7). The size of the first binding space 230 is smaller than the second binding space 231. In other words, the present invention can adjust the length of the strap 2 at the two ends of the buckle 1 according to the size and quantity of the items T to be bound, making the size of the binding space 23 match the size of the items T, to securely bind the items T (as shown in FIG. 8), and fix the strap 2 to the required position through the fixed hole 240 of the fixed part 24. In this embodiment, the first binding space 230 can bind smaller items T, while the second binding space 231 can bind larger items T. The sizes of the first binding space 230 and second binding space 231 are only the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not limited to these two sizes.

[0032] Furthermore, the fixed part 24 can be further connected to a fixed hanging ring 3 or a rotating hanging ring 4 (as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10), or connected to a handle 5 (as shown in FIG. 11) for easy carrying by the user. The handle 5 surface has a non-slip part 50, which increases the stability of grip.

[0033] While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
