Abstract
A lid structure with a detachable spout is provided, including a lid main body, a spout structure, and a push piece. The push piece is slidably arranged on the lid main body. The spout structure is clamped between the lid main body and the push piece. A notch is formed in a side edge of the push piece. A first unlock mark and a first lock mark are respectively arranged at a position, which is adjacent to the push piece, on the lid main body. A through hole is further formed in a front side of the push piece. A lock catch is arranged in the through hole.. When the spout structure needs to be cleaned, the spout structure can be detached from the lid structure by simply pushing the push piece, without removing extraneous parts, thus simplifying a cleaning flow.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0025] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, a detailed description of the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be provided below. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0026] As shown in
[0027] The push piece 2 is slidably arranged on the lid main body 1. The spout structure 3 is clamped between the lid main body 1 and the push piece 2. A notch 21 is formed in a side edge of the push piece 2. A state indicator 22 is also arranged at the notch 21. A first unlock mark 11 and a first lock mark 12 are respectively arranged at a position, which is adjacent to the push piece 2, on the lid main body 1. The state indicator 22 is configured to indicate an unlocked or locked state of the spout structure 3.
[0028] A through hole 23 is also formed in a front side of the push piece 2. A lock catch 24 is arranged in the through hole 23. A convex edge 25 is provided on a side edge of the push piece 2. A sliding chute 14 that matches the convex edge 25 is formed in an inner side of the lid main body 1. When the lock catch 24 is in an unlocked state, sliding displacement can occur between the push piece 2 and the lid main body 1. When the push piece 2 is pushed, the state indicator 22 moves with the push piece 2 and is aligned with the first unlock mark 11, and the spout structure 3 can be detached from the lid structure. It should be noted that when the lock catch 24 is in a locked state, no sliding displacement occurs between the push piece 2 and the lid main body 1, and the spout structure 3 cannot be detached from the lid structure.
[0029] The silicone sealing element 6 is arranged on a lower side of the lid main body 1 and shares an air outlet channel with the spout structure 3. The sealed air outlet channel is convenient for sipping.
[0030] In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the push piece is slidably arranged on the lid main body. While the lock catch is in the unlocked state, when the push piece is pushed to a position at which the notch is flush with the first unlock mark, the spout structure can be detached from the lid structure. That is, when the spout structure needs to be cleaned, the spout structure can be detached from the lid structure by simply pushing the push piece, without removing extraneous parts, thus simplifying a cleaning flow. In addition, since the state indicator is arranged on the lid structure, a user can be provided with a clear and intuitive operation indication.
[0031] In one embodiment of this application, continuing to refer to
[0032] It can be understood that when the spout structure 3 is arranged between the lid main body 1 and the push piece 2, no matter how the pick 32 of the spout structure 3 is moved, the rotating hemispherical body 33 rotates around the limiting element 34 serving as a rotation axis. When the push piece 2 is pushed to a position at which the notch 21 is flush with the first unlock mark 11, the notch 21 is located directly above the limiting element 34. Since the cross-sectional area of the limiting element 34 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the notch 21, the limiting element 2 can smoothly pass through the notch 21 of the push piece 2. In this case, the spout structure 3 is separated from the lid main body 1. When the push piece 2 stays elsewhere, the limiting element 34 can be restricted from passing through the push piece 2, thereby preventing the spout structure 3 from being detached from the lid main body 1.
[0033] In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the unlocking and locking of the spout structure are controlled by arranging the limiting element on the side edge of the spout structure.
[0034] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in
[0035] In one embodiment of this application, referring to
[0036] The lock catch 24 is also provided with the second lock mark. When the sliding button 241 slides from a preset position to the second lock mark, the first stopper is inserted into the lid main body 1 to prevent the sliding displacement between the push piece 2 and the lid main body 1. In this case, the push piece 2 is in the locked state.
[0037] When the sliding button 241 slides from the second lock mark to the preset position, the first stopper slides out from the lid main body 1, so that the push piece 2 and the lid main body 1 can move relatively. After the spout structure 3 is detached from the push piece 2, the push piece 2 can be further pushed to completely slide out of the lid main body 1, so that a user can quickly and comprehensively clean the inside of the lid main body that accommodates the spout structure and prevent molding.
[0038] In one embodiment of this application, an opening of the spout 31 is inclined. In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the opening of the spout is inclined and has a recess that fits a lip, which conforms to the ergonomics and is convenient for sipping.
[0039] The above descriptions are merely specific implementations of the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. Any variation or replacement readily figured out by a person skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
