Abstract
A novel automobile anti-roll bar damper includes a spring fastening rod, a damping spring, a damping adjustment rod, angle adjusters, and fastening hoops at two ends, wherein the spring fastening rod is composed of an outer cylinder and an inner rod, and the fastening hoops at the two ends include a left end fastening hoop and a right end fastening hoop, respectively connected to a left end angle adjuster and a right end angle adjuster, the left end angle adjuster is connected to the outer cylinder of the spring fastening rod by using a turnbuckle, the right end angle adjuster is connected to an inner rod of the damping adjustment rod by using a turnbuckle. According to the anti-roll bar damper, the rollover of an automobile body during cornering of the automobile can be effectively reduced and the quality of straight-line driving can be improved.
Claims
1. A novel automotive anti-roll bar damper, comprising a spring fastening rod, a damping spring, a damping adjustment rod, angle adjusters, and fastening hoops at two ends, wherein the spring fastening rod is composed of an outer cylinder and an inner rod, the fastening hoops at two ends include a left end fastening hoop and a right end fastening hoop, and the left end fastening hoop and the right end fastening hoop are respectively connected to a left end angle adjuster and a right end angle adjuster; the left end angle adjuster is connected to the outer cylinder of the spring fastening rod with a turnbuckle, and the right end angle adjuster is connected to an inner rod of the damping adjustment rod with a turnbuckle; the spring fastening rod and the damping spring are a composite telescopic structure, connected by spring fixing hooks, and an outer rod of the damping adjustment rod is connected to an inner rod of the spring fastening rod with a turnbuckle.
2. A novel automotive anti-roll bar damper, comprising a spring fastening rod, a damping spring, a left end fastening hoop, and a right end fastening hoop, wherein the left end fastening hoop is connected to an outer cylinder connecting hole of the spring fastening rod with bolts, and the right end fastening hoop is connected to an inner rod connecting hole of the spring fastening rod with bolts; a left end spring fixing hook of the damping spring is fastened in a left end spring hook fixing slot, and a right end spring fixing hook is fastened in a right end spring hook fixing slot; the spring fastening rod comprises an outer cylinder and an inner rod, and the spring fastening rod combined with the damping spring is a composite telescopic structure, connected by spring fixing hooks.

The novel automotive anti-roll bar damper according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring fastening rod is a low damping rod, with a static initial length between 2 mm and 600 mm and a fully stretched length between 4 mm and 1200 mm, the spring fastening rod is divided into an outer cylinder and an inner rod, with the outer cylinder fixed in place and the inner rod inside the outer cylinder, sealed with a sealing ring, and the spring fastening rod fixes and limits the spring.
4. The novel automotive anti-roll bar damper according to claim 1, characterized in that the damping spring has a length between 2 mm and 500 mm, a wire diameter ranging from 0.1 mm to 10 mm, and an inner diameter ranging from 3 mm to 50 mm; when stretched, a damping of the damping spring is increased, and when contracted, the damping spring returns to an initial position together with the inner rod of the spring fastening rod.

The novel automotive anti-roll bar damper according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the anti-roll bar damper, when the length of the inner rod of the spring fastening rod in the parallel composite structure of the spring and the spring fastening rod is relatively small, the inner rod of the spring fastening rod is pulled out, the inner rod of the spring fastening rod is unidirectionally clamped and limited by the outer rod sealing ring, and the entire damper becomes a hard connection.

11. The novel automotive anti roll bar damper according to claim 1, characterized in that the damping spring and the spring fastening rod have another assembly structure, with the spring fastening rod on the outside and the damping spring inside the spring fixing cylinder.

The novel automotive anti-roll bar damper according to claim 2, characterized in that one end of the damping spring is connected to the automotive anti-roll bar, and the other end of the damping spring is connected to the anti-roll bar link or suspension lower straight arm or lower control arm or fixed point.

The novel automotive anti-roll bar damper according to claim 2, characterized in that, in the anti-roll bar damper, when the length of the inner rod of the spring fastening rod in the parallel composite structure of the spring and the spring fastening rod is relatively small, the inner rod of the spring fastening rod is pulled out, the inner rod is unidirectionally clamped and limited by the outer rod sealing ring, and the entire damper becomes a hard connection.
