The directional buckle 6 is provided with inverted teeth 63 along the direction from the second hook 41 to the adjustable connecting sleeve 42. The handle 5 is provided with a soft rubber protective part 7, and the end of the handle 5 away from the directional buckle 6 is rotatably connected with a grip 8.

[0038] In multifunctional suspended webbing training equipment of the present disclosure, the multifunctional suspended webbing training equipment is divided into a balance structure 1, a connecting belt 4 and a handle 5 in terms of structure and function. In the present disclosure, the non-adjustable connecting block means that the webbing is fixed by sewing and sealed at the non-adjustable connecting block, indicating that the length of the webbing at this end cannot be adjusted. On the other hand, the end provided with the movable strap means that there is a section of movable webbing at this position of the webbing, which is fixed by the movable strap, and the webbing can also be extended or shortened at this end by releasing the movable strap. The main balance belt 2 is the main rope part of the entire training equipment, which is used for bearing load and maintaining stability. Therefore, the ends of this part are all non-adjustable connecting blocks to ensure the strength of the main rope and prevent the training equipment from breaking due to exceeding the maximum pressure during use. One end of the main balance belt 2 is provided with a first hook 21, and the first hook 21 is made of metal. The main balance belt 2 is sleeved on the hook through the non-adjustable connecting block. For the smooth metal connection part, the friction force on the webbing can be reduced to prevent damage to the webbing. The first hook 21 can assist in fixing the main belt and at the same time ensure the fixing strength to prevent breakage during use. The sleeve 23 and the sleeve tube 24 cooperate with each other, in which the sleeve tube 24 is perpendicular to the main balance belt 2, and the balance belt 3 is connected to the sleeve tube 24 and also perpendicular to the main balance belt 2, so that the two connecting belts 4 and handles 5 connected by the balance belt 3 are parallel to each other, allowing the user to exert force better. The sleeve tube 24 is a smooth cylindrical workpiece, and the sliding connection of the balance belt 3 to the sleeve tube 24 can effectively avoid damage to the balance belt 3 itself. When the user holds one handle 5 with each hand and performs chest stretching movements, it can achieve a good exercise effect. When the user pulls alternately with both hands, it can also be smoother with the help of the sleeve tube 24, avoiding damage to the balance belt 3 itself. To facilitate the connection of the second hook 41 provided on the connecting belt 4, each end of the balance belt 3 is provided with a set of connecting blocks, and the connecting blocks are provided with non-adjustable connecting blocks. The second hook 41 can be inserted through the connection hole 31 for fixing. The connection between the balance belt 3 and the connecting belt 4 is also a combination of the connection hole 31 of the webbing and the smooth metal second hook 41. The combination of the webbing and the metal part can effectively reduce the wear on the webbing, making the training equipment more durable and preventing damage during high-intensity exercise. The end of the connecting belt 4 away from the second hook 41 is an adjustable structure. The adjustable connecting sleeve 42 is used to fix the handle 5, and the length of the connecting belt 4 can be adjusted through the adjustable connecting sleeve 42 to adapt to different user groups and improve the versatility of the training equipment. To control the adjustment degree of the adjustable connecting sleeve 42, the handle 5 is provided with a directional buckle 6 facing the connecting belt 4. When the directional buckle 6 is connected to the connecting belt 4, the inverted teeth 63 provided at the rotating shaft of the directional buckle 6 will be in contact with the connecting belt 4. The inverted teeth 63 are provided along the extension direction of the adjustable connecting sleeve 42. When the connecting belt 4 is shortened, the movement direction of the connecting belt 4 is provided towards the smooth inclined surface on the back of the inverted teeth 63. The shortening operation can be completed by pulling the adjustable connecting sleeve 42 without adjusting the directional buckle 6, while the lengthening operation requires opening the directional buckle 6. When the directional buckle 6 is in the engaged state, the greater the force on the connecting belt 4, the greater the contact force of the inverted teeth 63, ensuring the stability of the training equipment in the working state. The handle 5 is provided with a rotatable grip 8, which allows the user to exert force more smoothly during use, ensuring the exercise effect while preventing injury to themselves. The handle 5 is provided with a soft rubber protective part 7, which wraps around various structures of the handle 5, making the user's hand feel more comfortable and preventing hazards caused by slipping during use. Through the above structure, the webbing training equipment of the present disclosure can have a variety of usage methods, including using a single connecting belt 4 to bind dumbbells for lifting training, binding two sets of connecting belts 4 on a horizontal bar for use as rings, and the whole equipment also has multiple functions. Through the above structure, while allowing the user to exercise more comfortably, the suspended webbing training equipment is more flexible and durable in use.

[0039] Further, the main body of the handle 5 of the training equipment adopts an arc design, which is ergonomic like most training equipment and meets the user's usage habits. The main body on both sides of the handle 5 also has a good grip, providing a variety of possible exercise scenarios. As shown in FIG. 6, we can hold both ends of the main body of the handle 5 with both hands, and then perform chest stretching movements to exercise our biceps and chest muscles. Specifically, place the flexible stopper 22 on one side of the door, and then close the door so that it is just stuck in the door gap, thereby providing a good force bearing. The user holds the handle 5 with both hands inside the door and straightens the suspended webbing training equipment, so that various exercise methods relying on their own weight can be performed, such as arm flexion and extension, single-leg squats, etc. The specific exercise movements and methods are not limited to those proposed in this article.

[0040] Further, the handle 5 of the training equipment and the main belt of the training equipment can be used alone to perform many exercise movements. As shown in FIG. 7, in practice, when the handle 5 of the training equipment and the main belt of the training equipment are used alone to connect to equipment such as dumbbells and kettlebells, various movements can be performed without bending the body, and the grip 8 of the handle 5 can rotate to achieve a more comfortable exercise. The handle 5 and the main belt of the training equipment can also be hung with a heavy object to perform movements such as arm flexion and extension and upper arm lateral swing. The specific exercise actions and methods are not limited to those proposed in this article.

[0041] Furthermore, when using the equipment alone, high-difficulty movements such as international gymnastics rings can also be performed. By putting the metal hook on the extension belt of the handle 5 over a support frame such as a horizontal bar, the two handles 5 are naturally suspended like gymnastic rings. As shown in FIG. 8, common ring training movements can be performed with this set of devices. Moreover, due to the movable pull rope 92 that comes with the handle 5 of the training equipment, this set of devices can also perform some actions that cannot be performed by gymnastic rings. Many of the training methods in this article are not specifically demonstrated, and the specific exercise movements and methods are not limited to those proposed in this article.

[0042] With reference to FIG. 4 to FIG. 5, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the directional buckle 6 includes a rotating shaft 61 and an adjusting piece 65. The rotating shaft 61 is rotatably connected to the periphery of the handle 5. [0043] In the multifunctional suspended webbing training equipment of the present disclosure, the main body of the handle 5 is designed with an independent buckle, and the directional buckle 6 has an automatic rebound function to meet the width of most webbing sizes on the market. The directional buckle 6 of the handle 5 adopts a more flexible design. When adjusting the webbing for shortening, there is no need to move the directional buckle 6, and the webbing can be adjusted by pulling it upward. When adjusting the webbing for extending, it is necessary to move the directional buckle 6 and pull the grip 8 downward to achieve adjustment. The inverted teeth 63 provided on the directional buckle 6 are engaged with the inverted teeth of the webbing, so that the greater the force, the tighter the buckle is. The adjusting piece 65 enables the user to more easily unlock the inverted teeth 63, making the directional buckle 6 easy to adjust. The rotating shaft 61 is rotatably connected to the handle 5, and a strong spring is provided between the two. The spring is always in an energy storage state and increases the stored energy as the directional buckle 6 is pulled, so that the directional buckle 6 can automatically rebound, facilitating the user to accurately adjust the extension distance of the connecting belt 4 and make it easy to use.

[0044] With reference to FIG. 5, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotating shaft 61 includes a limiting part 62 and an adjusting part 64. The limiting part 62 is connected to the adjusting piece 65 and is provided with inverted teeth 63 facing the adjustable connecting part; the adjusting part 64 is connected to the end of the limiting part 62 away from the adjusting piece 65; when the inverted teeth 63 are in contact with the adjustable connecting sleeve 42, the spring is in a non-maximum energy storage state; when the adjusting piece 65 drives the rotating shaft 61 to rotate in a direction that the limiting part 62 is away from the adjusting part 64, the stored energy of the spring is continuously increased.

[0045] In the multifunctional suspended webbing training equipment of the present disclosure, the rotating shaft 61 includes a limiting part 62 and an adjusting part 64.
